Did not have breakfast so can't comment but the coffee bar was nice & they have a little 'shop' that sells snacks if you don't feel like eating a large plate from Room Service late at night! Fab location for my needs - a concert at The Limelight venue. It's right next to a Starbucks & the bus station that provides the routes to both airports. Our room was spacious, clean & very comfy. The beds were nice & firm - we both had a great night's sleep. They provide pillows of varying firmness which is great! Bottled water was provided in room too alongside teas, coffee & biscuits :) Bathroom & carpet were both clean which is very important for me!

Room; level of house keeping good. Good sized room for two people comfortable bed. Reasonable soundproofing Location: excellent for exploring Belfast and its attractions. Good access to local restaurants,shops and public transport Breakfast: mixed experience. Monday: reasonable selection, shortage of mugs. Replenishment of food patchy. Tuesday: Replenishment of food very sporadic. Staff knowledge of food and availability poor. lack of management supervision of floor staff. Orange juice not refilled despite request, also with fruit. Severe Lack of interest and awareness surroundings and guest requirements in male floor staff Wednesday: much improvement from previous issues seemingly due to more mature male supervising the dining room. We did point out no plates for hot food, but this was remedied almost immediately.

Breakfast issues mentioned above Lack of initiative from bar staff when soda water not available Sunday, Monday & Tuesday nights despite reception being made aware of this Tuesday morning.

Second night of our stay joining room had TV on full blast and we got absolutely no sleep whatsoever Also the fact that the hotel doesn't take cash isn't very convenient

Location is excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We stayed in an executive double room and the facilities were great; the mini fridge was replenished with two cans of coke and bottled water each day. There was a coffee machine and kettle, with the coffee and biscuits again replenished daily. Daily maid service was available if required. The room was quiet (5th floor), although internal facing, so no view. Room was always warm, but could be cooled using the air conditioning.

The bed in the room was very firm to the point of being uncomfortable to sleep on. The self service breakfast area was slightly too small for the size of hotel, especially when busy. Two coded machines were slow operating and generally had queues. The first morning, both broke down with only one being fixed. The staff were all very attentive when approached, but again not enough on to attend to busy periods. The cooked breakfast was very good, there was limited fruit selection available and the pasties appeared not to be cooked fresh, but defrosted (needed breaking apart and were squashed).

2 of us stayed in a lovely clean room. Bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable. I get cold easily so I tried turning on the heating. It came on hours later and then turned off itself somehow even though it was at the highest setting. Wasn’t really bothered by it as I just layered up but would prefer that to be fixed for the next guest. Breakfast is great if you go down before 8:45am. After that, the options are limited even though breakfast closes at 10am - we came at 9am on one morning and didn’t have many veg options remaining apart from tea, coffee, croissants and bread. There were a few eggs left but they were cold and same with the baked beans. I really like the mushrooms at breakfast but there were none on the 2nd day and it wasn’t topped up. Juices were also finished and not topped up.

Very efficient friendly check-in, room comfortable and a good size. Location of the hotel was excellent with easy access to all sights/attractions. We were in the city to see a concert at the SSE arena and it was an easy and pleasant walk away. We didnt eat in the restaurant but had a snack in the bar which was delicious and served promptly. The hotel felt very secure.

The soundproofing of the room was quite poor and we could hear our neighbour's zoom call. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 7.25 one morning which woke us up. The bar area was very cold with draught from the front door.

Location was within walking distance to a lot of places we wanted to visit and there were also plenty of shops, restaurants, bars nearby. The area felt very safe even late at night. The room was very comfortable. I couldn’t fault it in any way but it was a very standard hotel room. We didn’t have a huge amount of interaction with staff but everyone we did speak to were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom could use some small updates (Eg sealant around the tiles was grubby looking and crumbling in places). We noticed at breakfast on Sunday morning (a lot busier than Saturday morning) that some of the cutlery was a bit grubby.

Loved how it smelled so nice when i first walked in. I asked if i could check in early morning and they had no problem with that (subject to availability of course) Using your room key for lift. Spacious room i got! Bed was super comfy and tv was good, all channels were there :D I had an early flight so would of missed breakfast (important part of my day :) ) so i asked if i could take away some breakfast and the staff were so helpful and let me take it in a t/a box! The lady who worked at the breakfast gave me bottled water, even offered me coffee but no lid so i declined :) then she offered me an orange 🥰 so lovely and generous!

Only one small thing which was the pumps on the shower gels were hard to pump out lol

A big minus is the recommended parking. You read the flyer about 6 pounds, and then you do not see what is written in small print and that it is the price from 16:00 to 07:00 (or something similar). As a result, parking 15:00 - 11:00 cost 21 pounds (+15% to the cost of accommodation).

When I visit Belfast, this hotel is my go-to choice as it's in my preferred city centre location. Very easy to walk to city attractions, shops, restaurants as well as the Grand Central bus and train hub. Comfortable bed, plenty of complimentary tea and coffee in room. Fluffy towels and comp toiletries.

Poor check in experience (delay / only one person on desk, several guests waiting) but polite lady receptionist on the desk. Room was clean but, surprisingly in my experience, the overall decor looked tired and in need of an overhaul. Shower gel dispenser did not work. Fed back this info to very helpful reception desk man.
