Did not have breakfast so can't comment but the coffee bar was nice & they have a little 'shop' that sells snacks if you don't feel like eating a large plate from Room Service late at night! Fab location for my needs - a concert at The Limelight venue. It's right next to a Starbucks & the bus station that provides the routes to both airports. Our room was spacious, clean & very comfy. The beds were nice & firm - we both had a great night's sleep. They provide pillows of varying firmness which is great! Bottled water was provided in room too alongside teas, coffee & biscuits :) Bathroom & carpet were both clean which is very important for me!

Nothing :)!

All the front of house staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Our room on the fourth floor was perfectly quiet (it faced inwards to the inner courtyard of the building rather than the main road). Comfy bed. Breakfast was fine: we stayed three nights over a weekend and went down before 8am each morning and got a table no problem.

The quality of the breakfast food was really quite poor (slightly worse than what the more budget hotel chains would provide in my opinion). Expected much better. Need to provide more fruit. Staff were weirdly slow to clear the breakfast tables! Almost every single available table had used plates and cutlery sitting on them at one point. They were sorted at glacial speed! There were dozens of empty tables each morning but we often struggled to quickly find a clear / clean one.

Always had to ask for something, not consistently replenished ie. Cups, glasses, spoons, jams, fruit salad. As soon as I found a member of staff they were happy to replenish but this should be automatically done.

In the restaurant I always had to ask for something, not consistently replenished ie. Cups, glasses, spoons, jams, fruit salad. As soon as I found a member of staff they were happy to replenish but this should be automatically done. I mentioned on a number of occasions about it being my mums birthday by email & at reception, they said they would sort something out, nothing was acknowledged. I asked for a shower as my Mum couldn't step into a bath, this wasn't acknowledged but fortunately when i went back down to reception they gave us an upgrade, this was perfect as it had a walk in shower. Our cleaner (girl with brown curly hair) sorry forgot your name, beautiful girl with a lovely manner was amazing, if you asked her for anything, it was no trouble!

Location was excellent easy to check in room was very quiet - perhaps because I was at the rear of hotel rather than street facing

Although also a positive - room doors were very heavy and therefore required a good push to close. This also meant that the 'bangs' in the corridor were very loud when people arrived and left. Particularly noticeable early morning I also tried to call room service one evening and got no reply from there, the restaurant or reception. Ended up going out to get some food

Quick check-in, the large quiet room and friendly, helpful staff.

There did not seem to be a great time to go to breakfast to avoid queuing, and we tried 3 different times over 2.5 hours. The staff were working hard, but even when you got your table, there were consequences because of the high number of guests. E.g. No coffee cups, or glasses available, the coffee machine needing to be refilled, no fruit salad, not enough tongs to serve hot food: these were all things we experienced during our stay. It was OK on our last morning because we were not on a schedule, but on the days we had trips booked, these issues meant that we basically went without.

The location was great, 5 mins from city hall. Beds are comfy and shower was very good. The room we were reallocated was much better than the first and provided enough space for suitcases. The car park nearby (value car parks) was in an ideal location, 3 minute walks from the hotel entrance if carrying bags and suitcases.

The room we were initially given was okay, though it looked as though it had been a while since it was last cleaned, as it was dusty and there were a few stains on the carpet. Given this is a 4 star hotel, we did not think this was acceptable and we were promptly moved to a better room. The lady who checked us in could have been more friendly and provide more details also, but her colleagues made up for her frosty reception.

I took my son to Belfast for the night as a birthday surprise. I called ahead to enquire if it would be possible for us to check in early and the receptionist named Olivia said she couldn't guarantee but would try her best. We arrived around 1pm and went in just to check and Olivia greeted us at the desk and said she had secured us our room early which was so so kind. We went up and on the desk was a Handwritten Card and bag of Chocolates for my son. He was so taken aback and absolutely loved them, it really made him feel so special. Olivia was fantastic, such a kind gesture, a really lovely girl and a credit to the hotel! We only stayed one night but we cannot wait to go back again and hopefully stay a little longer next time.

Was pleased with room once relocated. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok.

On arrival allocated a disabled room which was not required and the bathroom was not suitable for an able person in particular the basin. Room was changed but this meant me having to relocate a couple of hours after initial check in. Check in staff advised booking.com had charged me a high rate stay for first night and staff queried why breakfast not included. I paid separately for 3 x breakfast and felt in lieu of comment and need to change rooms, the first morning breakfast could have been complimentary. The breakfasts were ok but found the fresh fruit section was not kept topped up and ran out frequently.

The staff were all extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. There are limitedGluten Free breakfast options but I did appreciate that they kept the gluten free bread in the kitchen and toasted it there so there was no risk of cross contamination by my having to use the communal toaster in the breakfast room.

More gluten free breakfast options, and chilled, bottled water in the room would have been appreciated. The staff were happy to fill my reusable water bottle in the bar but the bar closed at around 23.30 and although there was a notice that there were water refill stations in the hotel I didn't see any in reception or on my floor.

Room; level of house keeping good. Good sized room for two people comfortable bed. Reasonable soundproofing Location: excellent for exploring Belfast and its attractions. Good access to local restaurants, shops and public transport Breakfast: mixed experience. Monday: reasonable selection, shortage of mugs. Replenishment of food patchy. Tuesday: Replenishment of food very sporadic. Staff knowledge of food and availability poor. lack of management supervision of floor staff. Orange juice not refilled despite request, also with fruit. Severe Lack of interest and awareness surroundings and guest requirements in male floor staff Wednesday: much improvement from previous issues seemingly due to more mature male supervising the dining room. We did point out no plates for hot food, but this was remedied almost immediately.

Breakfast issues mentioned above Lack of initiative from bar staff when soda water not available Sunday, Monday & Tuesday nights despite reception being made aware of this Tuesday morning.
