The value for money was great. Breakfast was excellent and location is good, as the parking is just behind and the train station is very close. The city center and Arndale all within about 10 minutes walking distance, and we even walked to the Etihad Stadium as it was only about 30 minutes away. Rooms were nice and clean and staff was brilliant. Even supplied us with a HDMI cable to plug a laptop into the TV with. Fitness center was nicely equipped as well as a nifty bar area where you could watch football, have a drink etc. Nice view out the window as well. Overall, exceptional stay, definitely would come again.

Only complaints were the extortionate pricing of food (tea time) and the fact that the lift broke. However, this obviously is a one off and wouldn't happen usually.

Room very clean and tidy and appearance and fixtures to a good standard. Bed was excellent and BIG and very comfortable. Liked the little extras such as the safe, the fridge and the washing toiletries. Staff super efficient and friendly. Liked the way they kept their cool when so many of us arrived for breakfast at 9.0am.

A bit more info on how to access the hotel facilities on our TV. My wife, who is the daughter of a restauranter noted that the deep fried food tasted of 'old oil' that was with the Calamari on Thursday afternoon and the breakfast hash browns. The main evening/afternoon menu felt a little limited, a bit ,more of a snack menu rather that a main meal menu.

Ideally placed between Piccadilly Station and Central Manchester Piccadilly. Rooms clean and spacious. King size bed, comfy pillows, and complimentary toiletries. Stayed in 739. Huge TV on the wall. We were given a cookie each on check in. Would stay here again.

Check-in was at 3 despite me messaging and asking for an earlier check-in. I would have paid for this. Asked for a quiet room. All night sound of something vibrating was annoying. Half eaten day old sandwich in the fridge that immediately went in the bin. No coffee sachets on tray. Breakfast was a palava. On check-in breakfast was included. Went down for breakfast, not included? Restaurant manager sorted it despite being asked to pay £17.95 each. All just little niggles, nothing major.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my experience was very positive. The check-in and check-out processes were impressively fast and efficient. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the high level of hygiene maintained. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and demonstrated excellent customer service.

one downside was the elevator situation. Only one elevator was operational during my stay, while the other two were out of service, which occasionally led to delays Despite that, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning, especially if the elevator issue is resolved.

Breakfasts were good

My wife placed her wallet on the bed when leaving the room [942] only to find it missing on her return. A cleaner who we made contact with confirmed she had been in the room to replace laundry bags. Whilst we are unable to prove dishonesty in this case there is no other logical explanation other than the wallet was stolen. Numerous contacts with reception and duty management failed to recover the wallet. We have had to cancel all credit/debit cards etc. all direct debits and go to a lot of trouble to replace other cards that were in the wallet. Not at all happy with this outcome. Our friends, Mr and Mrs Duckworth who are frequent/regular customers of yours also followed up on our behalf without a positive outcome.

Location was easy to find, and a short walk to the main shopping area. Canal Street is just a 5 minute walk away plus plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Our room was lovely and spacious, spotlessly clean, lovely big bed and a shower which worked very well. We were able to leave our luggage behind the reception as we arrived early and went for a wander around until our check in time.

They only gave us one key card for the room. You need the key card to use the lift and open doors, so we had to wait and go together down stairs.

Staff were very attentive and very helpful. We were given a room close to the lift as requested, and there were some little treats in the room for my mums birthday, thank you. The breakfast was lovely !

We had a lovely meal in the bar, but had to juggle as we were sat at a low table, not enough tables to sit comfortably at to eat. We know its a bar but we wanted a nice meal and the restaurant wasn't due to open til 5 pm, which would have been too late for us as we were going to a concert later. The q park piccadilly is right next to the hotel, so conveniently placed.

It was easy to locate also very clean and staff attentive.

Firstly we really enjoyed our stay and I am not one to complain,the only issue was that I requested a high floor,quiet location room,however the room allocated on arrival was located on the 5th floor and in a extremely noisy surrounding space with doors being constantly banged which we had no choice but to unfortunately complain ,we were moved to a higher floor quieter room which we were most grateful for. Having stayed in other less noisy hotels the problem was the actual doors ,although they are fire doors they are exceptionally noisy on closing.

We booked a table for our evening meal at the restaurant on site. Never again, the bread that we ordered as a starter was not cooked in the middle, it was cold and raw in the middle. We then ordered steak at over £30 each, we asked for one steak medium which came rare, and the other steak well done and it came medium. Neither steak was worth the money, they were both gristly. The breakfast the next morning was surprisingly good, definitely would not eat there on an evening. My only other negative was the pillow's - too soft.

Front staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. We were treated very well and always greeted upon arrival and departure from the hotel. Room was very nice - comfortable bed, adequate bathroom, and room service was always prompt and timely. Great location near the Manchester Piccadilly rail station for trams, underground, and cross-country trains. Very close to coffee shops, quick food shops, and pubs/shopping.

The only complaint was the hotel bar only served beverages listed on their menu. No custom drinks were available to be made. Seems silly, but there were only 8 cocktail choices in their menu. Wine selection was decent and choice of liquors was adequate.
