Breakfasts were good

My wife placed her wallet on the bed when leaving the room [942] only to find it missing on her return. A cleaner who we made contact with confirmed she had been in the room to replace laundry bags. Whilst we are unable to prove dishonesty in this case there is no other logical explanation other than the wallet was stolen. Numerous contacts with reception and duty management failed to recover the wallet. We have had to cancel all credit/debit cards etc. all direct debits and go to a lot of trouble to replace other cards that were in the wallet. Not at all happy with this outcome. Our friends, Mr and Mrs Duckworth who are frequent/regular customers of yours also followed up on our behalf without a positive outcome.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my experience was very positive. The check-in and check-out processes were impressively fast and efficient. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the high level of hygiene maintained. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and demonstrated excellent customer service.

one downside was the elevator situation. Only one elevator was operational during my stay, while the other two were out of service, which occasionally led to delays Despite that, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning, especially if the elevator issue is resolved.

It was easy to locate also very clean and staff attentive.

Firstly we really enjoyed our stay and I am not one to complain,the only issue was that I requested a high floor,quiet location room,however the room allocated on arrival was located on the 5th floor and in a extremely noisy surrounding space with doors being constantly banged which we had no choice but to unfortunately complain ,we were moved to a higher floor quieter room which we were most grateful for. Having stayed in other less noisy hotels the problem was the actual doors ,although they are fire doors they are exceptionally noisy on closing.

Front staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. We were treated very well and always greeted upon arrival and departure from the hotel. Room was very nice - comfortable bed, adequate bathroom, and room service was always prompt and timely. Great location near the Manchester Piccadilly rail station for trams, underground, and cross-country trains. Very close to coffee shops, quick food shops, and pubs/shopping.

The only complaint was the hotel bar only served beverages listed on their menu. No custom drinks were available to be made. Seems silly, but there were only 8 cocktail choices in their menu. Wine selection was decent and choice of liquors was adequate.

Staff were very attentive and very helpful. We were given a room close to the lift as requested, and there were some little treats in the room for my mums birthday, thank you. The breakfast was lovely !

We had a lovely meal in the bar, but had to juggle as we were sat at a low table, not enough tables to sit comfortably at to eat. We know its a bar but we wanted a nice meal and the restaurant wasn't due to open til 5 pm, which would have been too late for us as we were going to a concert later. The q park piccadilly is right next to the hotel, so conveniently placed.

We booked a table for our evening meal at the restaurant on site. Never again, the bread that we ordered as a starter was not cooked in the middle, it was cold and raw in the middle. We then ordered steak at over £30 each, we asked for one steak medium which came rare, and the other steak well done and it came medium. Neither steak was worth the money, they were both gristly. The breakfast the next morning was surprisingly good, definitely would not eat there on an evening. My only other negative was the pillow's - too soft.

The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean. Welcoming, immaculate,attentive staff on all levels.Made very welcome and our needs were met even although there was issues with lifts which we were informed about before our trip. Staff offered to take luggage.We stayed in room 308 the cleanliness was second to none. Breakfast was amazing just wish the coffee was a little warmer, again superb hot breakfast and also continental and extra choices. Staff very welcoming and attentive too. We used the bar for a drink and Edward was very friendly and welcoming, excellent member of staff.

Lovely helpful reception staff upon arrival and departure. We had been notified beforehand that the lifts weren’t working, however when we arrived one lift was working so there was no problem. Excellent location for Piccadilly Station and the centre. Room was very clean and the bathroom looked as though it had just been renovated - lovely! A nice touch on Reception was the complimentary sweets in jars, complete with paper pots and tongs. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Would certainly stay there again!

Everything was fine for us!

Greeted by friendly staff we were given warm cookie biscuits on our arrival. A modern and clean hotel, we stayed one night in a Deluxe Corner King Room, which had a single chair and table overlooking the city. The staff were wonderful when I rang for an extra chair so me and my husband could sit together to look out at the wonderful city view. Breakfast was plentiful in a relaxing setting. Would definitely book a room here in the future.

There was nothing I didn’t like about it - an exceptional hotel.

I have stayed in a few hiltons and this is by far my favourite. I even compared it to my stay in the piccadilly Mariott and how I preferred it here instead! Upon arrival we were checked in by Itzy, helpful not only then but throughout the whole stay, a credit to the staff truly, we were even convinced to book another night and he made it a smooth easy process allowing us to stay in the same room also. The room, on the smaller side but maybe because of the large king size bed. As we were away for my partners birthday the room was decorated accordingly with a balloon, card, drinks and snacks, this was the best touch and truly made the stay feel extra special. We added on breakfast also, a large variety to suit everyone with superb wait on staff! Definitely will be back 100%
