Modern. Sleek. Yes, the rooms are *that* tiny (that's a given, as shown as pictured) but the design packs a punch, wasting no space, with the 5m ceiling height makes it feel airy. Perhaps small for a couple as there is only wardrobe/storage, really, for one large luggage. Iron/board, on request. Small kettle with teas/coffee sachets, complimentary water. The gym is small yet adequate; pool, too. The breakfast buffet: eggs your way, congee station, Euro-style deli coldcuts, some Singapore wok/yumcha). Robertson Quay has that riverside squeaky-clean gentification feel of helpers walking dogs, joggers in athleisure wear, kids on rollerblades whizzing past.

Slight grip from someone who gets funny about smell: I detest the signature scent that is pumped and waft through the reception spaces.

The cost quality ratio is what attracts most of us to this hotel and of course the perfect location as its right on Robertson Quay. I have stayed here many times so I know what to expect. On the upside we have the location and proximity to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and Great World shopping centre. Its quiet and decent.

The gym is too small and not properly ventilated. Essentially its a metal shed on the roof which makes the atmosphere in it somewhat horrendous unless you are there alone and in the very early morning that the serious heat hasn't hit yet. There is no lobby to sit in apart from the adjacent restaurant. Breakfast is mundane. Finally the BIG problem is that the software they use at the front desk is problematic - On check out, I was asked to pay for things that had already been paid. The keycard demagnetizes often. Generally the front desk staff have a difficult time and share that with the guests.

The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos, but it was still comfortable and spotlessly clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find macarons left in the room as a thoughtful gesture to celebrate our marriage—something we truly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. It’s very close to metro/bus station, location is 10/10.

We were only given two towels to share, which is really not practical—especially if you have long hair. One towel simply isn’t enough to dry both your hair and body properly after a shower. This is something that should definitely be improved.

Location is very central in Singapore. 10-12 minutes walk to nearest Metro station. Hotel is typical mid range hotel in Millennium group. Great restaurant and bar area with excellent breakfast buffet options included. Bed was firm but very comfortable and room was very quiet.

Surprised by the size of the room as it was so tiny and unlike the size depicted in hotel photos. Barely room for one large suitcase let alone two. Impossible for two people to pass each other walking around the room. Bathroom is the size of a closet with an annoying outward opening door on an automatic door closer that you couldn’t leave open for fresh air. With the exception of the room size, it did offer everything we needed during our short stay.

This hotel was recommended to us by a colleague and we were very pleased they did. The room was compact but stylish and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the Butterfly restaurant was tasty, plentiful and varied each day. The Robertson Quay location was perfect for us as there were plenty of nice bars and restaurant options (and you can stroll through peacefully without being constantly approached by happy hour promoters, like in Clarke Quay). It was also lovely relaxing in the cool air-conditioned room and roof-top pool after a hot day sightseeing in Singapore. The hotel kindly stored our luggage after check out and let us use the gym shower before our late evening flight. We would definitely stay here again.

Long wait at reception for check in and check out. This may have been due to the hotel's online registration process, which seemed to add complexity rather than simplifying it. Also, the compact room meant little space for two suitcases. Otherwise, a great stay.

I am extremely happy with my stay at M SOCIAL and will continue to return. It's a great space to walk into from the outset, processes are streamlined and customer friendly and the welcoming staff helped me whenever I needed it. ROOM: Cozy, stylish and immaculately presented, as was the rest of the hotel. Super comfortable bed and a great view. Sexy bathroom, great rain shower and water pressure. Room was quiet and allowed great privacy from other guests. LOCATION: Loved the Robertson Quay location. Safe relaxed neighborhood vibe, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city to be relaxed. Situated right next to the river boardwalk, which was a handy guide to marker from which to confidently discover the city. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, takeaways and convenience stores located along the river in front of the hotel,which makes it an easy venture out whether it's your first time of you're a regular. FOYER - Great "Grab" (equivalent of Uber) pick-up and set-down location, made getting around simple, particularly for a stress free to and from airport experience. M SOCIAL will be my preferred hotel whenever I travel to Singapore. It's a real gem! Offered great value for money and a real sense of luxury at my budget. Very much looking forward to staying again :)

Cons • Room Size: As expected in Singapore, the room was small, which might not be ideal for guests seeking more space. • Limited Breakfast Options: While the breakfast was good, the overall selection was limited compared to larger hotels. Good idea would to add more raw vegetables. Overall, the hotel's strengths in location, cleanliness, and personalized breakfast service make it a great choice for future visits.

Very comfortable room & pleasant, helpful staff. Room was clean, bed comfy & location was convenient to public transport but also interesting in its own right. The hotel restaurant was also great & it offers a 10% discount for hotel guests.

I was surprised that there were no phone charging ports available. You will need to bring your own Singapore power adaptor. Also, nice toiletries are provided but - for some reason - no conditioner

The ‘Artificial Intelligence’ box that was next to useless. It rarely responded to the required ‘Hello AI’ prompt. More often it simply didn’t respond, or froze. One of the so called features was being able to play music, but the song library is so limited, there was nothing to listen to that we liked. Also, only having one (difficult to reach) power outlet for the kettle and coffee maker was ridiculous. The coffee maker wouldn’t fill the cup, so the process to make a coffee meant swapping plugs, which was cumbersome.
