The cost quality ratio is what attracts most of us to this hotel and of course the perfect location as its right on Robertson Quay. I have stayed here many times so I know what to expect. On the upside we have the location and proximity to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and Great World shopping centre. Its quiet and decent.

The gym is too small and not properly ventilated. Essentially its a metal shed on the roof which makes the atmosphere in it somewhat horrendous unless you are there alone and in the very early morning that the serious heat hasn't hit yet. There is no lobby to sit in apart from the adjacent restaurant. Breakfast is mundane. Finally the BIG problem is that the software they use at the front desk is problematic - On check out, I was asked to pay for things that had already been paid. The keycard demagnetizes often. Generally the front desk staff have a difficult time and share that with the guests.

I am extremely happy with my stay at M SOCIAL and will continue to return. It's a great space to walk into from the outset, processes are streamlined and customer friendly and the welcoming staff helped me whenever I needed it. ROOM: Cozy, stylish and immaculately presented, as was the rest of the hotel. Super comfortable bed and a great view. Sexy bathroom, great rain shower and water pressure. Room was quiet and allowed great privacy from other guests. LOCATION: Loved the Robertson Quay location. Safe relaxed neighborhood vibe, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city to be relaxed. Situated right next to the river boardwalk, which was a handy guide to marker from which to confidently discover the city. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, takeaways and convenience stores located along the river in front of the hotel,which makes it an easy venture out whether it's your first time of you're a regular. FOYER - Great "Grab" (equivalent of Uber) pick-up and set-down location, made getting around simple, particularly for a stress free to and from airport experience. M SOCIAL will be my preferred hotel whenever I travel to Singapore. It's a real gem! Offered great value for money and a real sense of luxury at my budget. Very much looking forward to staying again :)

Cons • Room Size: As expected in Singapore, the room was small, which might not be ideal for guests seeking more space. • Limited Breakfast Options: While the breakfast was good, the overall selection was limited compared to larger hotels. Good idea would to add more raw vegetables. Overall, the hotel's strengths in location, cleanliness, and personalized breakfast service make it a great choice for future visits.

Very comfortable room & pleasant, helpful staff. Room was clean, bed comfy & location was convenient to public transport but also interesting in its own right. The hotel restaurant was also great & it offers a 10% discount for hotel guests.

I was surprised that there were no phone charging ports available. You will need to bring your own Singapore power adaptor. Also, nice toiletries are provided but - for some reason - no conditioner

The ‘Artificial Intelligence’ box that was next to useless. It rarely responded to the required ‘Hello AI’ prompt. More often it simply didn’t respond, or froze. One of the so called features was being able to play music, but the song library is so limited, there was nothing to listen to that we liked. Also, only having one (difficult to reach) power outlet for the kettle and coffee maker was ridiculous. The coffee maker wouldn’t fill the cup, so the process to make a coffee meant swapping plugs, which was cumbersome.

room space is good for Singapore. we booked 2 rooms and both were nice and clean. Location is great, you get plenty of options just downstairs, if you walk 10 mins you get plenty of restaurants for tourists. Metro is also close, 5 mins walk, and connects you with every place you need to go. Very useful a cycle parking if you want to rent and move faster. bathrooms are well organized and space optimized. Breakfast is good and you can find everything you need. I have been in other hotels in Singapore and the level is more than acceptable.

nothing specific, the breakfast experience can be improved. It's pretty common finding empty dispensers or empty plates and you need to ask to refill them.

I had a loft room over Christmas which was perfect to get together in the lounge area with the rest of my group for present giving and games! Very clean, comfy bed, great pool. Staff were all brilliant the whole trip - maintenance (to fix my safe in the room), cleaning, front desk, and breakfast - all so helpful and really pleasant to deal with. Great location for metro and buses, and to walk down the river where there were bars and restaurants and we also saw a family of otters!

We came here for our honeymoon stay and it was great. Weather wasn't great and we still had a wedding party to go to so we didn't get to spend a lot of time at the pool :( but the time we did it was a pretty pool and it faces the sunset in between the adjacent buildings. We got upgraded to a Loft room, tall windows, cozy and nice, bed was comfortable. Lighting was a little dim though, maybe an option for white light would help in some parts of the room as the interior color scheme was already dark and woody. Mirror was well-lit, lots of hangers for the clothes rack, bathroom was alright. Front desk was very responsive via the telephone, the robot assistant was a cute but startling surprise. Lobby layout is very straightforward, pickup and dropoff, too. Good that hotel is attached to a restaurant and bar downstairs - really nice menu and ambience. Right next to the riverside. Lots of other eateries nearby.

No microwave! Nor cutleries (but we got to easily ask for some cutleries at the front desk). Television is naturally up on the Loft as it is probably "the living area" but we spent most of the time in bed so maybe the television would have been better facing the bed instead as we had to use our laptops to watch Netflix in bed. A little far out from any train stations (some 10-15 minute walk to either Great World City MRT (brown line) or Fort Canning MRT (blue line). Nothing else!

The room was nice, with lots of mirrors and lights, although still slightly dark to my liking. One of the lights wasn't working but was quickly rectified upon notification to the reception. I even lost my room key and the staff were really helpful. I did enjoy that they have a coffee machine in the room with multiple options for tea. Breakfast has a robot cooking your omelet which was a first for me.

The room size is slightly small but was good enough. The table could be bigger to do some work. Breakfast was pretty limited in choice and was similar throughout my 5 nights there. Shower pressure could be a tad stronger and the swimming pool is also slightly on the smaller side. Location wise it is not close to any MRT station for now, with one opening in November. Value wise I think the price is too high.
