Public laundry for guests at great prices. Vending machines at reasonable prices. Clean quiet room with ac working great. Strong water pressure with a decent shower head. Refrigerator in my room but I read that some rooms do not come equipped with one. No microwave either but there is a community microwave in the laundry/vending area that works great. My room was next to that area so it wasn't a problem going to use it. I stayed 2 nights at a great price. Room needs a little TLC but it worked well for me.

The room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortble. I couldn't believe how quickly I fell asleep because I was so comfortable. The manager, Sean Hayes, was very polite, respectful, and professional. Checking in was quick and easy. Staff person Alicia was also very professional and polite, and made checking out a breeze. I normally stay at this hotel every November when my spuuse and I come to Phoenix to attend the NASCAR Championship races.

Very nice compared to the one at Metro I would not have ever guessed they were the same place. The bed was very comfortable it was clean nice and cold the only thing that could be upgraded this TVs my TV was staticy but overall great place and would definitely be staying again for the price it was!!!

The check in process was relatively easy, however I did have to wait because my reservation didn't match up what was paid for in the system. More than likely just a glitch, the front desk representative was very helpful and alleviated any stress with checking in.

I was very close to the main street entrance which made my room attractive to incoming patrons, and ongoing traffic.

Staff was nice, helpful,room was clean, was quiet.had security. looked like they were remodeling the rooms.

Had to switch rooms because the lock on my door was broken. New room lock worked but door wobbled deadbolt but no additional latch lock on inside.

The Vibes are good. It's not the fanciest place, but sometimes it's needed...Alot can be learned during this time...❤️ 🙏

The pool could be alot better n needs more plants outside. It looks too dead...

The staff was very accommodating; I appreciate the option of a Smoking Room and that is my reason for staying at this hotel.

The location is in the West Valley & not centrally located in the Metro-Phoenix area. No free WiFi / Internet access.

The property was very clean. The room was really big/clean. Housekeepers and ground-keepers were awesome, they were cleaning day and night. The property was actually much better then expected.

The office staff is rude/judgmental toward (Addicts, Scarlet's, etc) in the area, they think their better than, and the people they serve is trash/no one/nothing, I also noticed the heavy set desk clerk (Tuesday Feb 7, 2023) talked to one of the housekeepers very disrespectful. The OFFICE STAFF IS TRASH/VERY PATHETIC...

It was decent for the price and age of the building. Room was clean, ac works, TV old but works fine. The bathroom was clean and ready. No issues at all.

It is not a Marriott, so do not expect super clean and great technology, but it was great for a couple nights.
