Public laundry for guests at great prices. Vending machines at reasonable prices. Clean quiet room with ac working great. Strong water pressure with a decent shower head. Refrigerator in my room but I read that some rooms do not come equipped with one. No microwave either but there is a community microwave in the laundry/vending area that works great. My room was next to that area so it wasn't a problem going to use it. I stayed 2 nights at a great price. Room needs a little TLC but it worked well for me.

The room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortble. I couldn't believe how quickly I fell asleep because I was so comfortable. The manager, Sean Hayes, was very polite, respectful, and professional. Checking in was quick and easy. Staff person Alicia was also very professional and polite, and made checking out a breeze. I normally stay at this hotel every November when my spuuse and I come to Phoenix to attend the NASCAR Championship races.

Very nice compared to the one at Metro I would not have ever guessed they were the same place. The bed was very comfortable it was clean nice and cold the only thing that could be upgraded this TVs my TV was staticy but overall great place and would definitely be staying again for the price it was!!!

The check in process was relatively easy, however I did have to wait because my reservation didn't match up what was paid for in the system. More than likely just a glitch, the front desk representative was very helpful and alleviated any stress with checking in.

I was very close to the main street entrance which made my room attractive to incoming patrons, and ongoing traffic.

The property was very clean. The room was really big/clean. Housekeepers and ground-keepers were awesome, they were cleaning day and night. The property was actually much better then expected.

The office staff is rude/judgmental toward (Addicts, Scarlet's, etc) in the area, they think their better than, and the people they serve is trash/no one/nothing, I also noticed the heavy set desk clerk (Tuesday Feb 7, 2023) talked to one of the housekeepers very disrespectful. The OFFICE STAFF IS TRASH/VERY PATHETIC...

Staff was nice, helpful,room was clean, was quiet.had security. looked like they were remodeling the rooms.

Had to switch rooms because the lock on my door was broken. New room lock worked but door wobbled deadbolt but no additional latch lock on inside.

I planned a trip to AZ from New Mexico and got scammed on a room and needed a place to stay so I called and booked online and once arrived staff was amazing and very friendly! I got lucky to get the last room as people after me had to be sent elsewhere due to no more rooms. Staff in the front were again super nice and amazing and definitely put me at ease. one of the staff was training but she was doing an amazing job. They got me checked in and showed on the map where my room was. quick and easy checkin.

The beds were very uncomfortable and I woke up with bad back pain so did my mother and daughter.

The majority of the time it was quiet was left alone I was surprised by that because of the location but I really enjoyed my stay the staff was pleasant and we said needed to always check in to see if I needed anything I enjoyed my stay very much

It's not much not to like they could update a couple of things they could probably update the T v's I know that they're working on doing some room adjustments and stuff now so I didn't have to facilitate basically clean as for a low budget motel but it was it was very pleasant I stayed here longer than um I had planned 2

The staff was very accommodating; I appreciate the option of a Smoking Room and that is my reason for staying at this hotel.

The location is in the West Valley & not centrally located in the Metro-Phoenix area. No free WiFi / Internet access.

This location was beautiful. The grounds were well kept. The hotel was well lit at night, I felt very safe. The employees and staff were very helpful and gracious. Thank you so much.

More towels please!!! Every room only has two towels in it. I would prefer an extra towel be put in, and not have to ask for it. Thank you for your time and consideration.
