Close to hop on hop off bus stop 14 and easy walk to Fisherman’s pier

No fridge or microwave in room

It was very close to all the sites that we wanted to visit such as the usual Lombard street, fisherman’s wharf, Pier 39 and there are shops around the area in case you need to buy something last minute. The parking we paid for was totally worth it because we did not have to drive around a few of our itineraries but rather we walked. There are public transport that we used as well of we did not feel like walking quite a distance which was a 2-5 min ride.

The parking space was really narrow and difficult to park in, the ramp was a two way but only one car can fit, so it would be best to bring a compact car. Luckily we brought a small SUV. There is no fridge in the room so we brought a mini cooler or ours just to keep our drinks cold, they have an ice machine in the facility though.

Location was great. Walk to pier and bridge. Bus routes at door step to downtown and beyond. Walking around the area felt a lot safer than downtown. 6th floor room gave great view of bridge. Staff friendly and informative. Breakfast was great. Room quiet and clean. Stored our luggage free of charge at end of our stay. Fast lifts. All day coffee and water refill station. For affordable and great eats, Chicos pizza and Berry Coffee over the road were both awesome.

A bit dated, but still clean and comfortable.

It was great especially for the price of 115 a night! The location was very very central (& safe) and the building didnt feel rundown at all except.... for the elevator situation. We got the 2nd floor so we just went through the staircase with no issues but theres only one elevator working and it's insanely slow. The breakfast included very basic things such as yogurt, sausage, eggs, toast but the real winner were the make-your-own golden malted waffles!! The hotel was very nice especially for being one of those chain motel type businesses and the staff was really nice. Will be back (-:

The elevator was very slow and the breakfast was missing things one of the days. There's no fridge but I didn't care about that honestly.

Breakfast was great. A variety to choose from. It was well stocked and brought out to be refilled as soon as it ran low. The man who worked the front desk was really nice and talkative. We liked his services.

Parking was a tight squeeze. My second day there we didn't have anyone come to clean the room. Usually at other hotels they come make the bed and throw the trash.

Walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

Without any doubt, the location, It's unbeatable. We didn't need to rent a car, because everything was close and we could walk. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, I felt very safe. What's close to? EVERYTHING! However if you need Bus the station is a couple of blocks. I was so tired and they did me early check in without any fee. The breakfast is good. Maybe its missing some more fruit, but for the price is excellent in SF. The Room was nice. A Nice view, very charming, just what I was looking for.

The elevator was broken exactly in the moment I arrived, then I had to get to the 6th floor with my bags through the stairs. And the wifi was very intermitent. I had to use my data 50% of the time:(

Good wifi, good morning meal (but few seats), and good location.

Refrigerator is not equipped in the room.

The only thing that stood out to me about this hotel for me was how clean my room was. Impressive. Absolutely no mold any where. My room was so spotless in fact that it seemed as if my room had either been very recently renovated or had never been occupied. From the looks of the facilities outside of my room I suspect the other rooms in this hotel are just as spotless. So, if the cleaniness of a hotel room is a top priority for you then this place will not disappoint. Other than the extraordinarly clean facilities, nothing about this hotel stands out to me as any different from any other three star rated hotel.

Lower the cost.

Location is good, you can walk or use public transportation with ease and hence leave the car in the hotel garage. We had a room with bridge view in the 8th floor. The room, beds and bathroom were convenient, although a bit more space for things in the bathroom would be nice.

One escalator was out of service which caused really long waiting times up or down. The stairs were made available as a backup, but carrying luggage up and down is not very convenient. But that was temporary, and hopefully the new one will be ready soon... What is more of an issue is the size of the breakfast room. For the capacity of the hotel this is too small, and it was that way already 7 years ago. Maybe an extension in the first floor or towards Lombard street would be help. It is the nature of most guests to eat between 8 and 10 as they do want too see the city. It would be nice to see a move that supports the hotel name also during breakfast.
