The staff was kind and considerate. The rooms and bedding were clean. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. I liked that they had the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion on the walls, so you could use them easily. It was also very quiet, and the blackout curtains and A/C worked excellently!

The only thing I didn't like was the parking area right in front of the hotel. It was a little cramped, but once you got to the side, there was plenty of parking available. That said, I think it's only fair to warn about the big trucks that park there at night, they can take up some room...

The beds were the best. Very comfortable. The breakfast was nice to have hot items. The staff was very helpful when we had some confusion with our keys. I appreciated having an ice machine on my floor.

The only negative I have is that there is not a curtain to cover the sheers on the windows. The room was adequate to change in if you were not worried about your figure being seen. No curtain meant that the lights shown in your eyes as you tried to sleep. The room did not get really dark. Also the sun hit the mirror and went in your eyes and brightened up the room early in the morning. I would suggest you add a curtain to cover to sheers.

It was clean, comfortable and convenient to the interstate.

The individual at the front desk seemed somewhat disinterested while I was checking in. When I approached the desk after entering the lobby, she hardly took the time to look up and acknowledge my arrival. As a member of the Board of Directors of a large RV Resort, i know the importance of good customer service. I certainly did not feel that at your facility and on our next trip we'll find more inviting accommodations. I also observed a number of rather seedy looking individuals spending time gathered behind a dumpster on the fringe of the property. They drew my attention by their actions, my law enforcement instincts kicked in immediately and put me on alert. Seems as if there could be some improvements made.

Booking.com was a complete failure on this booking. When I called ahead to check the booking because my flight had been changed to a later time I discovered there was NO RESERVATION. Luckily I was able to get a reservation on my own (at 2 dollars less the booking.com’s price). I did call the booking.com customer service phone number and all the agent could do was confirm that there WAS NO reservation. All in all a huge disappointment. I have spent decades travelling and used Booking.com many times. If I was a brand new user you probably never be used again. As an experienced user I’ll probably give you another chance.

The breakfast was good. The staff member there that prepared the breakfast made sure everything was fresh and plenty fir everyone that was coming and going. She was very polite and friendly to each and everyone that came in. She kept the area nice and clean.

There was nothing that I did not like. The staff was awesome from the time I checked in until I left. No issues or concern.

The property was quiet - clean with a very friendly staff. Room was clean and bathroom looked as if it had been recently renovated! It was close to my son I think as visiting and close enough to downtown to navigate with ease. The breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs, meat & ALL the other usual’s at breakfast! I will stay again!

It’s a little hard to navigate on initial arrival but once you get there it’s very easy!

everyone was very nice. Whitney checked me in & was friendly & extremely helpful. She is a major bonus to your hotel with a big smile & beautiful personality. I was leaving the next morning after visiting my very ill 90 year old father & i think she must have picked up on my sad feeling. She made me feel calm & at home. Thank you Whitney!

The fee for having a dog with me. I understand the deposit but I disagree with the extra charge per day.

Friendliness staff: Karrie, Stan the MSN, and Amelia were very professional 👏 and courtesy 👏 to ensure our visit was enjoyable. Around the clock, refreshments such as lemonade, hot chocolate, and amenities were available. Fresh towels daily. Great 👍 breakfast. The grand finale was fresh, clean, and comfy 😌 🛌 bed. Hot showers.
