Comfortable bed and room.

16.00 for breakfast flat rate. I'm not really a breakfast eater but I needed something quick and simple to eat. There were no options. And the ice makers on the floor didn't work. I had to get ice from the bar. I ordered dinner from the bar and took up to my room. It was cold.

I would have preferred to be told about incidentals costs prior to arrival, being the first time travelling to USA and staying in hotel especially coming from another country. Rather than to be told on arrival although I could cover the cost, its not a true reflection of the actual cost.

The hotel was nice. The room was spacious. Unaware to us, upon arrival you have to pay a $20 per night security deposit. If they are no incidentals you will received the deposit back which was fine. The cocktails were nice, but only two bottles of water were complimentary after that we had to pay for our own water. The water dispenser on the third floor of the hotel did not work correctly. The gym facilities were sufficient enough and water, earphones and towels were available free of charge at the gym. The hotel shuttle to universal studios was very convenient and punctual. The pool facilities were great, only downside was it is infront of that carpark so you can be seen my onlookers, the pool is enclosed but also near the highway, so it is not a tranquil experience but still sufficient, towels are also available free of charge at the pool.

The hotel was clean, modern, and very well-kept. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. It’s in a great location close to Disney and other major parks with a free shuttle that made transportation super easy. Our room was cleaned daily, and we always had plenty of fresh linens and towels. There’s also a gift shop right next door, which was convenient. We Uber’s everywhere better than renting a car

Breakfast wasn’t included, which was a little disappointing. But there’s a Waffle House right across the street that was very affordable we were able to feed our family of five for under $60.

The rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good and the price very reasonable. The lady that serves the breakfast is very kind and provided us an excellent service. Great parking. We liked the hotel very much and the price performance ratio is excellent. The Hotel has everything one needs, except a balcony.

This is the third time we are there and everytime the sliding door to open and close the bathroom gets out of its rail so this is always a problem. The cleaning is being done, but would need to smell better afterwards.

The hotel facilities are completely new just like in the pictures. The location is very well, close (a fee minutes driving) from many places to eat and shops. The hotel is 10 to 15min drive from Seaworld and Magic kingdom, which is very convenient when your day at these finishes. The gym also is very nice and clean and plenty of machines to get a good workout. The staff members were always ready to help, very friendly. The pool area is decent, simple but decent. We really enjoyed our stay and got a very good rest

All was well..

From the moment your walking in your greeted by smiles from Katherine and Karin. Kind warm and super helpful. They go above the normal would you like to check in greeting. These ladies were the top of my happy list at this property. Now this isn’t a full service hotel so you don’t have bell hop service to bring things to your room. Or the extra attractions like Mickey waffles, a lazy river or arcade. But I promise you’ll have peace and quiet in your room and people who make every effort to make your staff the best possible. Morning check in was the lovely MERIDA (destiny)! Talk about Disney vibes lol and princess Tiana (janae) fabulous group and so are all the house keepers. The bar in the lobby is open late and from what I saw he was entertaining. The Waffle House and the biggest offsite Disney store is a few feet away from the hotel and it has a shuttle to all parks including universal and Disney springs for free. Parking is available and incidentals are about 20-30 dollars per night.

The pool area could use updating fine if your just going to take a quick dip and leave. The European breakfast choice.

The hotel could not be better located. We were pretty close to the parks and major shopping malls. All facilities were modern and clean. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, and the cleaning service was outstanding. We never ran out of towels or bath supplies. The hotel had coin-operated washing/drying units for our convenience. I'd like to draw the attention of our breakfast-attending lady, Doña Maria, who was especially sweet and nice to us.

Everything was pretty good.

Big and clean rooms, great location

I was charged for 5$ for every package I sent to the hotel and found out about it only when I picked them up. it wasn't specified anywhere so I didn't have anyway to know

We liked everything. The staff was very friendly and professional. check-in was super easy with Destiny. The breakfast was delicious, incredible croissants. The room and bathroom were spacious, beds super comfortable. I liked the open closet and the bench, it was easy to store our sort our things for the week. we were 2 adults, 1 child, stayed for 7 nights.

I wish we had the schedule for the shuttles to the theme parks ahead of time, aka prior to check in. some made sense but others departed from the hotel either too late if you want to get to the park very early, or returned too early. but location was nice and close enough because we ended up taking Lyft cabs to get to Disney parks early and it was less than 12$ each way. We used the hotel shuttle to go to Universal Studios and it was efficient although you should plan 30-40 min to get there between traffic and other stops at hotels. We were there only for the theme parks so we didn’t rent a car. between the shuttles, Lyft, you can easily manage.
