Excellent location, very near to the beach. View from the 19th floor and 20th floor rooms were breathtaking!

It is a 5 Star hotel, unfortunately the bathroom amenities are not at all goes with the image of the hotel! Very basic like a starless simple hotel! Room sleepers are exceptionally cheap!! Every time I took shower eventually it flooded the toilet area! It was due to the design fault, to make the design interesting architect compromised the functionality factor. There is a gap in the glass partition between bathing area and toilet, why?

Location: Awesome, you may travel to any point of Pattaya from here; one of the best shopping malls also there, Room: Room quality is excellent. Try to take a floor sea view room; you will get a sea view and pool view room. Breakfast: Awesome; food taste and variety is excellent. Staff behavior is also excellent.

Lifts are wet due to people coming from the pool to rooms directly; no one protects them from changing their wet dress; there should be a security control to check and balance this portion. There should be a separate KIDS Zone where kids can play adequately.

Excellent location overlooking the seafront and beach, room with the bath on the balcony is incredible and the ultimate place to privately relax. Breakfast is a game changer. Such a broad selection and variety, with wonderfully attentive staff who are very happy to help. Have stayed in many different hotels for both business and vacation in Pattaya, and this is easily the best one.

There was a music festival on at the same time that I stayed, so music playing until 2am, but that was more just bad luck and timing than anything else. The pool gets a little cold, based on where it's positioned in the hotel, but not the worst problem in 35 degree heat. Overall an excellent hotel with an excellent lounge, gym and restaurants.

Food, staff, room, pool, all far exceeded my expectations

In the morning around 9:30 or 10 AM every day. I could hear house keeping staff in the hallway being extremely loud. Talking, laughing letting doors slam closed. It was so loud it sounded like they were in my room. This continued throughout the day, as they would yell to each other from one room to the next.

Hotel location is good, right above Central department store, is easily accessible to food and massage places. Overall hotel service is good. Horizon is good for drinks and fine dining. Private room for dinner with a minimum charge of 5,000 with an excellent view. Food is good. Breakfast is ok but would love to see more varieties of cheese and cold cuts like salami, sushi rolls are far too basic. Different smoothies everyday taste really good.

Gym is relatively small and aircon is not cold enough. We are a family of four with 2 kids aged 18 and we used it often. There aren’t enough equipments. Only one skywalk, two bikes and 3 treadmills and a small section of weights. Hotel bathroom sliding door is a bit too heavy.

Location - 10/10, it is perfectly located in the middle of the beach road, reachable from all modes of transportation and in the midst of the buzz Staff - 10/10, staff was very helpful and polite Facilities & prices - 10/10, unlike other properties, the rates of cabs, airport transfers is very economical and at par with market rates, In fact while staying here, you may choose to use their services, since it is reliable and dependable. Rooms were spacious, and clean, in-rooom service was good. All the restaurants in the property are at amazing places, giving amazing views.

Breakfast.........it was a bit of let down, in variety. Though quality and taste was good. Even before the closing time, the dishes once over are not refilled. Sometimes the food was cold, and not proper care was taken to serve.

Definitely Pattaya’s best accommodation, directly overlooking the beachfront. Spacious rooms, courteous staff, upscale property, amazing breakfast spread, convenient location directly adjacent to a shopping mall and convenience stores nearby. I really liked the express laundry service, that was a bonus add on. Definitely recommend this property if you’re visiting Pattaya.

Since it’s overlooking the beachfront you can expect some noise during the night. Additionally, some events and concerts are also organised in the nearby beach area, which can make things noisy till 11 PM at most.

We booked an Executive Premium Oceanfront King Room, and it was beautiful. Clean lines, modern and comfortable. The infinity pool was very nice and picturesque. We had access to the executive lounge, and the check-in process was very smooth. Also, they had afternoon tea from 2pm-4pm and cocktail hour from 5pm-7pm in the lounge which was nice. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Due to the height of the hotel and it's positioning, there is no sun at all around the infinity pool between 12pm and 3.30pm, which definitely eats into your sun-bathing session (if that's what you are there for). The location of the hotel is right in the centre of Pattaya, so if you want something a little quieter, book a hotel further out. Even though we were on the 26th floor, I struggled to sleep, as the night life music, on the street below, was banging until 3am in the morning. The pool area was not open in the evening, which was disappointing. Not a lot of sleek hangouts in Pattaya, so would have been nice to be able to enjoy a drink by the lit-up pool in the evening.

Excellent hotel in the middle of the scarf opposite the Spanish stairs, the staff is cooperative, and the smile does not leave, and their faces were the beginning of my reservation. He happened to meet the father of Al-Vetikan, he was engaged in the same hotel square, and the roads were closed, but the receptionist Emmanuel moved himself, thank you to me and rented a taxi, and took me to the hotel. The hotel is excellent, but there is no parking lot, but there is parking near it, called SABA. The price of parking for a period of 24 hours, 22 Euros. I visited with my husband to celebrate my birthday. The executive service was much better than I expected, and I am very grateful. The fact that the staff checked my passport and decorated the room beautifully for my birthday brought me to tears. I feel so bad for forgetting to give a tip after receiving such perfect service—I’m still very sorry about that. I would like to express my deep gratitude to SOM for decorating my room. I also want to thank the kind staff who helped with check-in and the doorman who took care of my luggage. I will definitely repay the kindness on my next visit. Thank you so much!
