We loved this stay. The hosts were amazing, doing extra mile on everything. From the moment we arrived they helped us with booking the best beach bars & restaurants that were fully booked online. Their housekeeping was wow, meticulously clean and ordered. And they sent us off with a gift 😍 Breakfast was great too. Property has best view and location in my opinion. We rented a scooter so it took 8min to almost everywhere and very close to port convenient for arrival/return. We loved our evenings in the terrace.View to the sea and the city. Free lovely public beach in 5min right below the appartment. I loved this place and planning to go back soon!

We loved our stay at Punta Vivara!! The location was an easy walk from the port in Marina Grande and walkable to the Piazzetta - bring water, lots of steps! The host, Chiara, was amazinggg and so helpful! She walked us through a map of the island once we got there, prepared breakfast for us, booked us a beach club reservation, and even drove us to Anacapri one night! She was also very responsive anytime I messaged her. The B&B was so comfortable, clean, and had a balcony with amazing views. Some of the space is slightly shared with the other renters, but that wasn't a big deal for us - we actually got some great recommendations from them.

The only thing for us during our stay that was slightly uncomfortable was that the air conditioning unit wasn't really working well. Luckily, the rooms had lots of windows that gave us a nice breeze while we were sleeping.

Chiara and her husband were very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. They made reservations on our behalf and gave us valuable advice on what to do and what to avoid in the area. The hotel also had an amazing view and was close to the beach. It was easy to reach on foot from the port. I would definitely recommend this hotel without hesitation.

I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The location.. it is situated in Marina Grande. Very close to the bus station, the ferries and the funicolare. Best view ever! The breakfast was more than enough. We loved the cat. Everything was perfect. A little tip for capri. If you want to visit anacapri I recommend that you go to capri first via the funicolare and then take the bus to anacapri from there. There are too many tourists that take the bus from marina grande to anacapri. Just take a picture of the bus and funicolare schedule.

Perfect B&B! The view from our balcony was spectacular. It's a short walk from Marina Grande where we arrived on the ferry. The B&B was very clean with a nice decor. The breakfast was excellent and our host was amazing even making breakfast early for us so we could catch our early ferry back to Sorrento. This isn't about the B&B, but definitely use the bus to get around Capri. We walk everywhere, but this town is not very walkable and what looks like a short walk is not!

Our host, Chiara provided us with a very warm welcome and early access to our room - which was beautifully appointed with a most gorgeous view of the sea. We were presented with a personalised key ring which her husband had 3D printed - which proved a lovely momento of our holiday. There were beach towels in a beautiful basket and several lovely areas where one could sit. Chiara provided very detailed directions as to how to reach the property and gave us a map. She explained how the buses worked and gave us recommendations for restaurants. Later, she would help organise a personalised pickup for us in Naples port.

The view is amazing! Perfectly located, at only 10 min walk distance from the harbour. A bus stop next that takes you to Capri town/Anacapri. The room was beautiful decorated, very clean. With a small fridge, and a view to die for! Also a balcony with a table and two chairs. The private bathroom with bathtub was lovely! Everything worked perfectly! I loved how welcoming Chiara, the owner, and her husband were. Upon arriving, I was earlier and I was welcomed with a glass of fresh water and a plate with melon pieces! So nice after a warm day! Breakfast was very complete! With fresh juice, water, coffee, tea. Handmade marmalade, fresh fruit and I even had gluten free croissants! Chiara and her husband were really kind, even gave me some tips about the island, where to go and where to eat. The day I left I was even able to stay longer after the check-out time. And got some cute key’s hangers from Capri and one with my name printed! Such a small gesture! If I were to be back, I definitely will choose them again. Totally recommend it!

Nothing to complain about. I only couldn’t find anywhere the bathtub stopper, so having a warm bath was not possible. I didn’t ask about it because it was late in the afternoon. And it was my last day. But the shower was great!

Views and location were excellent! Sitting on balcony looking at Marina grande with glass of wine was amazing! Chiara was wonderful host who made restaurant recommendations and gave excursion ideas! Pretty easy walk up the hill from Marina grande! She gave excellent direction to guide us from the port’

Little warm first night of sleeping because air conditioning wasn’t working but fixed very next day

I can't say enough about the meticulous cleaning of the house at Airbnb Punta Vivara in Capri! It was evident that the hosts take great pride in keeping the property spotless every single day. Coming back to a clean and tidy space after a day of exploring the island was such a delight. Not only were they attentive to the cleanliness, but the hosts themselves were incredibly sweet and kind-hearted people. Their warmth and genuine care for their guests truly made my stay even more special. I feel so grateful to have had the chance to experience their hospitality. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful Airbnb and experiencing the true joy of being hosted by such wonderful individuals! 😊🏡💖

The most beautiful place I have ever stayed! Room with the best view on the island and with magnificent balcony. Perfect location, very nice and helpful hosts that take care of every detail, comfortable and clean room. Very good homemade breakfast. I will come back for sure! 💙
