The location is perfect, so beautiful. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is just perfect. Rooms were nice and breakfast was good.

What I didn't like had nothing to do with the hotel. It was the enormous amount of people on the island, so crowded and tourist laden (I'm part of the problem). The locals, cabbies, seemed to have a hate/love with tourism. Love the funds, hate the tourists and there were several times we felt like we had been maybe overcharged for certain things. Ask the prices in advance especially for the cabs.

The room we had was stunning - I will 100% come back and stay again and request the same room. Views towards Anacapri from one window and the ocean from the other. Huge room with kitchen facilities and living room. Shared outdoor patio with one other room which was a lovely surprise! Nice sun and shade chill spot outside of reception. The location is 2 minutes away from the main port, and a bus ride away from Anacapri / Capri. Or you can walk to Anacapri which we did - which was an amazing hike (note: hike!) with stunning views. Staff were all very friendly, lovely breakfast the next day.

Everything was perfect close to the ferry station and the marina, the staff were very nice from vincenzo during the day the night guy and the lady in the morning (sorry i don’t remember the name) but everyone was nice it was very clean except one thing there was no hot water in our room except from that perfect

The facilities were clean and the staff was awesome. Taxi did not come one day and the the staff gave us a ride to the Square. They were great and the bartenders and front desk staff were especially awesome. I would recommend this place. It is a short walk from the port or you can take a taxi.

The only thing was the bed had memory foam. it was good, but we sunk into it. But we were tired and made the most of it.

The breakfast buffet could’ve had more in it. The pool area was lovely and had great service so was the reception. Amazing views and room size had a lovely private balcony overlooking the mountains and the ocean would stay again.

Location, cleanliness, attentive and friendly staff, great breakfast, great food and drinks for reasonable prices, nice pool, and great views from our balcony, great value.

The bed was really uncomfortable since it was a sofa bed with no support in the middle causing us to sink into the middle of the mattress with some discomfort in the morning.

1. There were no options in breakfast. We didn't find a simple tosti bread. 2. The electric point near the bed was old and I couldn't connect my charger there 3. There was some water issue in the Capri island that day, and the hotel staff entered the room and put water bottles. This was a bit weird, even though I kept do not disturb

Amazing place. I travelled with 2 small kids and had several special requests. The staff answered promptly both before the trip and during our stay. Super sweet and caring people. The owner was very nice and helped us several times. The lady who makes breakfast bakes from scratch, very sweet. The front desk ladies are helpful and very nice. One feels like home there. Amazing view. Amazing value for money. Super close to Grand Marina. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. A bathtub in the room with great view. LOVED IT

Great location! You Can walk from the port to the hotel and to many places of interest! The room was spacious and staff very friendly! We booked a boat tour thru the hotel and it was great! Our housekeeper was wonderful!

The room just needs some upgrades! However everything is in working condition!

Check-in was easy, the hotel was walkable from the ferry at Marina Grande and very acessible, the bus also stops right near the hotel from ana capri. The accommodations were beautiful. The pool was very well-kept and quiet, the hotel room was so spacious and very cool with AC. Breakfast every morning was delicious! I will stay again if I'm ever back in Capri 🇮🇹
