Our stay at this hotel in Capri was truly unforgettable! Everything was absolutely amazing starting with the top-notch service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with a free shuttle to the Capri Center that made getting around super easy. The views from the hotel were just stunning truly picture-perfect Capri scenes from every angle. The breakfast each morning was also incredible, with fresh and tasty options. We also loved the wellness facilities: a lovely sauna, a well-equipped gym, and a beautiful outdoor pool where we could relax and enjoy the scenery. From start to finish, everything felt like pure luxury. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience Capri in the most perfect way!

Beautiful grounds, everything was updated, the room was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. The amenities were wonderful. The hotel staff were so welcoming, kind and professional. A lovely group of people, from reception to food service to the grounds keepers and transportation. An extremely positive experience. The pool and lounge deck were both outstanding.

The food in the main restaurant was superb for all meals, but there could be greater considerations for dietary restrictions, particularly dairy-free. I worked around it a bit of improvement there (particularly in offering bread without butter or milk in the ingredients) would enhance the already beautiful experience.

Wonderful stay at this hotel with stunning views of Vesuvius! The extensive grounds with beautiful gardens, pool, and especially the spa facilities were impressive. As an investor in premium hospitality, I appreciate properties that combine luxury amenities with authentic local character. The service here is truly exceptional - attention to detail at every level. Small tip: watch your breakfast table - the seagulls arrive instantly if left unattended! Fun fact - the chef here has a playful joke where he sometimes serves “Caesar salad” as just cut vegetables without any dressing or egg. But we managed to handle it with good humor! 😄 As someone who’s dined at hundreds of restaurants, I appreciate chefs with personality and a sense of fun. It’s these little moments that make dining memorable beyond just the excellent food and service.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Villa Marina is a smaller, boutique hotel, which we loved, and it's close to the port area if you are boating or the town center! The grounds and gardens are spectacular with 5 star service!! The daily Stai Spa soak was so relaxing. The Bartenders and Servers we met, Nicola and Fabio were so friendly and helpful!!

Small things, like the hotel faces north so the Sea View suite we chose had very limited morning sun for the upper plunge pool so we did not use it very much. We recommend a west or east deck because you can still get the sea view. Also, we had to complain about the Stai Spa not being clean after we booked it for 30 minutes, which is complimentary daily.

I loved the staff, especially Anna Laura and Chaminda. They were exceptional in every way. Chaminda went beyond our expectations and made our time special and fun. We weren’t sure about our ferry and he talked to the ticket counter for us and made sure we knew where to go. He was so kind and we loved our time there especially because of his professionalism and attitude. Anna Laura was so professional and made our check in so smooth and nice. She’s a wonderful person to have represent your hotel. Also, Eula at the breakfast service did a great job.

The twin beds made into a king were not comfortable. As a married couple, one of us sank into the middle each night. Also, there were no washcloths. Also, please don’t limit the hot water in the showers and the AC.

The property is new and in excellent condition. We had a very nice room with Ocean view. The restaurant i very good as well. Everything is great but what really marks a difference is the service. The were so kind and willing to help. They got us reservations for beach clubs, restaurants, ferries, literally everything. Hotel 10/10, service 12/10

Excellent location, 2 minutes drive from the port with the hotel's own shuttle. Our room was spacious with a large terrace overlooking the mountain and partly the sea. Breakfast was excellent with huge variety of local pastries. The pool was great, ideal for a short refreshment and also for a relaxing day on the pool terrace. Lovely semi-outdoor gym with a magical views to the bay. Staff were friendly and welcoming, dealing with all our queries. The free shuttle service between the hotel and the center of Capri is a super useful service. It was a great choice to stay in Villa Marina!

The staff was very hospitable and very helpful with anything we needed.

The room was vey small, it couldn't fit a chair. If you wanted to sit, the only place was the bed. The bathroom was almost the same size as the room itself, witch is great, but would rather have a place to sit. The pool is tiny, much smaller then it looks in the picture.

Our Concierge Annalaura was amazing! They upgarated our room like a compliment. She organized all our program and reservations perfectly. The Hotel exceeded my expectations so much! Luxury facilities, classy environment. Boutique place with style. Much better that other 5 star hotels in the island. The staff was super attentive, nice and friendly. Good dinner menu and amazing wine list.

We liked everything!

The amenities are brilliant! The staff are attentive and do anything to make your stay as easy as possible. Room is cleaned twice a day and food is great. The shuttle down to the marina grande and up to Capri town is so handy because it is abit dangerous to walk. Anacapri is a 15 minute drive, you can get a normal taxi from the hotel or the bus from the marina.
