The location was perfect. Right in the heart of town. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants or get a taxi if travelling further. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast style was new to us ie not a fry up, but we liked it. I ate vegan options and was completely satisfied. There was enough to eat and the staff kept replenishing items that had finished. The room had all the amenities we needed. I even washed small items of clothing and hung them out to dry on the line just outside the window, clothes pins were provided too. We didn’t spend much time in the room just sleep, bathe and then we we out.

My husband moaned about the stairs to the 2nd floor. But he’s lazy and refuses to keep fit. My son and I was not bothered and enjoyed getting our steps in. We soon didn’t even pay it any attention.

We loved having a balcony. The rooftop area was really nice and most times we had it all to ourselves. Breakfast was more than sufficient. There were numerous options and we never left hungry. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They assisted us with restaurant reservations, directions and best options for public transportation. The bus stop was so very close to the hotel which was a tremendous bonus. Taxis where always available outside the hotel as well. The neighborhood was very beautiful and we felt safe walking about at all hours.

The location of the hotel is very close to the points of interest of the area, with access to restaurants, terraces, supermarket and public transport. The breakfast was not very diversified but it was ok. The staff was very polite and attentive. The balcony was very large and equipped with a table, chairs and a space to dry clothes. The rooms were cleaned daily.

The room I stayed doesn't look like the advertised pictures on Booking. If you whant to sleep with the window or the door open, it is quite noisy.

The great location for the local beaches, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. And you can easily walk to wonderful Castello Aragonese!! The kind staff at the front desk were all excellent! The friendly cleaning ladies were fantastic too! We had a very nice clean room with a lovely balcony. The aircon and WiFi were great too. The breakfast was lovely and relaxing. We’ll stay here again.

Nothing really. We needed an electric kettle but they lent it to us as soon as we asked for it. Everything was very good here.

I loved the view was amazing and 2 min walk to the beach, staff too friendly, during check in and check out everythingwas great , the lady helped me getting a taxi, and the lovely breakfast cuz my boast was at 6 AM.

I didn't like that the room doesn't have a proper blanket and I was really freezing in the night, there is one in the cabinet but that's not the kind of blanket hotel should have , overall everything else was amazing.

Nice property at a good location close to the castle, restaurants and beaches. We had a beautiful balcony with seaview and also there is an amazing rooftop terrace. Front desk staff is available at any time and ready to support in whatever requests/questions guests may have with honest supportiveness and smiles, such a great team!

A few square meters bigger space in the room could be beneficial (to fit a sofa or chairs), though it is still at an average size by Ischia standards and we had no issues in fitting with all our package for a week.

I liked the location, close to the Castle. The building was very well kept, and the breakfast was out of this world. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a balcony so we could step out of the room for air. But don't let me forget the young men at the desk, who were so helpful and handsome .

Lovely customer service from the staff, everyone friendly and happy. I liked that breakfast was provided. Clean rooms , nice location. At check in, offered a complimentary coffee, very nice touch. Also liked the 24 hour security at reception. Quiet and calm atmosphere.

The beds were only ok, not super comfortable. Would be worthwhile updating them.

Lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and very helpful! We had a lovely, basic room but with a great balcony with a view of the sea and the castle! The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to the castle, restaurants and bars. There were swimming spots nearby and a bus stop and supermarket right outside. Would highly recommend!

Great little hotel, friendly, very efficient and professional staff. Extensive breakfast. Easy to locate right by bus stop to the port, stroll to the castle area. Supermarket next door and small little beach 5 mins away. Easy to get to Ischia’s attractions - Negombo, Sant'Angelo, Maronti beach, Giardini La Mortella, by circular island bus.
