Great location, located 10-15 minutes walk away from the main city square and beach. Caution though there are multiple flights of stairs involved to reach this hotel. Be sure to use the porter luggage service, taxi or take the bus. However, the higher elevation meant a great view of the famed colourful houses which was especially nice during breakfast and evenings on our balcony. Breakfast was full american style and good value. We were in the Deluxe studio room, very spacious with a kitchenette, sofa area, cabinet, and desk. The host was quite responsive.

The only issue we had was with the wifi although there were tower outages when we were in town so hopefully this is not a recurring issue.

In terms of the location Positano is steep- our accommodation whilst lovely was at least 20 minutes walk to the town on a vey busy road and the accommodation was very high up. Whatever about walking down to the town there was no way at night we would walk back up - it was dangerous and exhausting. So we caught a bus which is cheap and regular but gets extremely full. Older people need to be aware of this ( and I am one of them!)

Our apartment was big, comfortable, and quiet. It was such a nice place away from the crowds with a beautiful panoramic Positano view. The breakfast was great (pastry, coffee, jams), and we enjoyed on our terrace. It's about 10 minutes walk from the center, but you have to walk on the road a bit + a lot of steps, but it's the Positano way :) The SITA bus stop is 50 meters away, which is also a big plus. The staff was helpful and really kind. It was a really good experience to stay here, and we totally recommend it.

The property was in an ideal location to get to the centre of Positano, Andrea the host and the staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Definitely one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. The room was super spacious with a huge balcony and the woman doing breakfast in the mornings was fantastic. Very attentive and so happy to help. The rooms were super clean. The view for breakfast on your balcony was unmatched and so memorable.

there was nothing we didn’t like. Yes there are a lot of steps but what do you expect in Positano. It is clear from the map you are on a hill. There is a bus that drops off outside everyday if steps are an issues. We have no issues and enjoyed the exercise.

Overall, what I loved the most about our stay was the wonderful staff, especially Rosy. She was incredibly kind and hardworking — always preparing our breakfast with care every morning and keeping our room spotless and tidy. Her warm presence truly made us feel at home. And the view from our balcony.. Absolutely fantastic!

The only downside was the Wi-Fi — it was quite weak and didn’t really work properly, even after it was fixed. But aside from that, everything else was lovely!

It was amazing. Andrea was a fantastic host and helped me not only with the room, but with my entire stay. He helped me find transportation, restaurants etc. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay.. room was clean and bed was comfortable.. Rosy was lovely always a lovely hello in the morning with a fresh breakfast.. and Andrea was so helpful and was just a wattsapp away.. would defo recommend..

The Property is at a good location with walking distance to Positano Central , and only 10 minute walking distance to Positano Ferry Terminal and Beach. You will feel at home , as everything required for a family is available in this property including a stove and a oven , you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables and cook for your kids if required which is a massive help for family guests.

The breakfast on the private terrace was amazing, one of our favourite parts of the property. The room was large and pretty with a vaulted ceiling. The hosts were amazing, very communicative, and willing to help us with a late check in.

The bed was uncomfortable, the door to our bathroom didn’t close, and all around the property there were lots of little bugs like ants. There was also very little insulation so we woke up at 7 when they started preparing breakfast.

VIEW! The most amazing spot for sunset. Room is spacious and has a lovely beachy feel. Breakfast was wonderful. Shower was great. Beach towels provided! Two pillows each.

Mattress was springy and uncomfortable. Not a con because was communicated on booking.com site ahead of time, but just a heads up parking is 50 euro per night.
