The Location was perfect, the rooms are new and we first didn‘t like our room and the super friendly staff immediately upgraded us.

The hotel was not ready yet, no coffee machine, fitness studio, etc.

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location with friendly and attentive staff. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained with beautiful furniture. We were there over a long weekend, celebrating my daughter's birthday, the lady in reception arranged a beautiful surprise birthday gift for my daughter and honestly it was such a delight that someone thought about her. The location is convenient so we could walk to most of the key attractions, including the Trevi Fountain which was around 5 minutes walk. Although the hotel is on a narrow street, it is still accessible by car. I will certainly stay here again. Breakfast was standard, we had the option of a buffet breakfast or a la carte.

Nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was excellent with large variety of cheese, juices, yogurts, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, sausages, breads all kind of good coffee made to order and teas. Breakfast team was friendly and responsive. Room was clean and maintained daily. Receptionists were very friendly.

I could get from lobby receptionist body cream when needed, but I would expect to have body cream provided in the room., as other 4 stars hotels do provide.

The location and the stuff and the front desk staff are helpful

When they clean the room the next day the house keeping did not refill the complementary water and coffee capsules, when I called the reception, they told me we only do it once you come but they must refill them once a day. Thanks

I liked the location in the middle of almost everything you need to see. Stuff were friendly, helpful Room was clean , pretty much decorated

The breakfast was not satisfied for me The electrical socket was not practical( too deep even w adaptor from the same hotel) The standing shower need Maintainance Gym was disappointing

My stay at Je Rome Hotel was fantastic!! The location could not get any better, the rooms are lovely and spacious, the breakfast was great, but, above all, the staff is amazing — they go above and beyond to help. Thank you to Eraldo and Lorenzo!!

Nothing — everything was perfect

Absolutely everything from the moment we arrived everything was exceptional! We plan to head back asap!

The staff were very friendly, particularly Iakobo, the restaurant manager ..nothing was too much trouble, they made us feel at home. We were given a room upgrade which was fabulous and very spacious. Excellent location, lovely decor.
