Rooms were great,I had to look for a queen bed,and this one had it. Queen is not normal in Europe, usually o ly a double. On the 4th and 5th floor of the building, but the elevator worked great, although tiny. Staff was great, breakfast was great, lots of options.

Initial instructions to find the place were so-so. But once we got there, all was good.

The property is located around 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a short walk from the Spanish steps. The room was lovely with a really comfy bed. The free breakfast with the stay is a nice touch. The staff were amazing! They took time to show us the best locations in the city and the easiest ways to travel around without spending too much money. They also were always friendly and happy to speak whenever we saw them.

The hotel was hard to find because there was no advertisement of the hotel. It was within an apartment block. However, after first finding it, there was no problems.

I cannot thank the staff at Roma Boutique Hotel enough for making my 2-week stay so memorable. I was travelling to Roma by myself to celebrate my birthday and I felt really well cared for. The hotel is absolutely beautiful- it's in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood, right next to a wonderful supermarket and close to a Metro train station. I always felt safe and the room was incredibly comfortable- especially the bed and pillows (which is telling because as I'm quite fussy). The view from my balcony was magical. Breakfast was surprisingly good- the coffee was fantastic too. I'm reluctant to rave too much about this hotel because I don't want to compromise its availability next time I want to book- I will never need to find another hotel in Roma, this for me is perfection.

The only thing that I didn't like was that I had to run the shower for 5 minutes before the water would turn from luke warm to hot. This happened every single time but once I learned that, I just factored that into my showering time.

For the location, the Roma Boutique was quite reasonable and comfortable. The room was a nice size with a small balcony for the afternoon sunshine and fresh air in the evenings. The street is tucked away so it is not very noisy at night. The hotel is also convenient for walking to the key sites around the city. We walked through Borghese Park to Piazza di Popolo which has a great view of Vatican City. We walked to the Spanish Steps and the artists in Piazxa Navona where we stopped for an amazing lunch. There are also good restaurants less than five minutes away and the most wonderful gelateria. Just up from the hotel is a grocery store where you can purchase snacks, beer/wine, etc. A great find for my next visit to Rome!

The only thing that was not great was the tight, little elevator. It was a challenge getting in with our luggage but we did it. And it’s not something the hotel can change.

Breakfast was very nice. I had the best cappuccino ever, in Italy. Very tasty breakfast, with enough choices.

I am a celiac, and I had informed the hotel about it. The first morning I had breakfast, I was offered biscuits with honey, very tasty indeed, but there was no bread. There was bread the second morning, though. Unfortunately, there weren't many food tongs; as a matter of fact, there was only one. Therefore, one could use only this pair, either for bread, or cheese, or ham, or whatever one might like to have from the buffet.

The location is very good near to most of attractions about 20 min of walk and near to the main street where there are many coffee shops and restaurants & near to Burgess park.. the room is little smaller than pictures but clean and cosy.. the AC power was poor needs some maintenance.. receptionist is nice & professional, breakfast is average acceptable for starting your day but not international or healthy ( hard eggs, cartoon juice, croissants, bananas, yogurt, cheese, cornflex/ cold milk and a nice cappuccino made freshly).. i enjoyed my stay & recommend especially for solo traveler.. If i had chance to visit Rome again I’ll definitely comeback. Thank you

Our son is studying abroad in Sicily. He along with a few other students came to visit Rome for the weekend. On their way to the airport they stopped to get lunch & my son’s backpack was stolen. His passport was gone. He could not travel back with his group and we needed a safe hotel near the US Embassy for him. He was very upset about the situation however felt safe & secure at your property. We are grateful. Thank you

Very good location within walking distance to Villa Borghese and Fontana di Trevi, Relatively quiet area, for being Rome. Staff was very helpful before and during the booking, and traveling with a baby went perfectly fine. The baby bed was spacious and clean. The room we used was about 7 sq meters, not including bathroom.

Can't say I disliked anything in particular, but there were no lounge areas or dining areas suited for hosting more than 3-4 couples at a time. We are breakfast in an area right next to the reception, and the few seats available meant we had to wait in line for our turn. Breakfast was also quite modest. I recommend visitors to go eat breakfast early, as I believe the queues can be quite long in high season. Finally, the bathroom could have been better cleaned. We saw quite a few stains on the shower tiles and the glass shelves/wall.

The location of the hotel was excellent and easy walking into all of Rome's attractions. the staff were really helpful and friendly and couldn't do to enough to help us. Breakfast was included and simple continental style but perfect for the stay.

A little more choice and variety for breakfast which was the same each day. the hotel was on the upper floors of an older building and the lift was a little claustrophobic with a maximum of 4 people able to fit in.
