Just best location just about minutes to Termini Station which is from termini station we can go to anywhere we want. For a moslem, plenty Halal Restaurant around the property. Definitely we will stay in here whenever i come back. The staff also easy to find, even can be called using whatapps. All best and thank you for the great assistant and help.

I stay in the second floor and no lift. So if you bring heavy luggage, please be careful on handling your luggage. But i overall i enjoyed the stay.

It was in a great location for me as I wanted to be close to the train station and buses. I was surprised at what my room offered regarding space wise. *water pressure was great for the shower. Would come back with my kid as they provided a hot water kettle and larger refrigerator which is super helpful with kids. Also a pullout sofabed which was already made.

All the codes to get in everywhere. Appreciated it but cumbersome.

The location is great and central to most attractions making everything walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The rooms are large with a lot of space. A big fridge in the room too.

The location is next to a big train station so there were a lot of gangs and street people congregated outside at all times. A bit intimidating but we got Uber back if it was late and didn’t hang around. They didn’t give us any trouble but good to be wary as you come in and out. Breakfast is basic but was okay.

It was very near to the Termini 3 min walk, very near many places to eat and supermarket. The bed was comfortable. Chek in was easy without any problems.

It was permanent sound from outside. From the window was visible the ventilation tubes from the kitchens of cafes. We stayed at the room number 10. For 2-3 nights, it is acceptable.

Location - only one street back from Rome's Termini so fabulous access to trains, busses, trams and the metro. Termini also has a department store Coin, loads of food choices and services for travellers We stayed in a ground floor room with direct access to the faux turfed terrace with loads of seats to chat with fellow passengers. Why not go next door to the mini market for snacks and drinks to share. Our room was cleaned daily, with new towels. I couldn't fault the cleanliness - despite many reviews saying otherwise - not true for us. The room had a basic kitchen which worked well for breakfast though on the corner, a hotel provides one for only 5 euro. The airconditioning was great as was the wifi - so fast. The staff were friendly, helpful and keen for you to enjoy your stay I read many recent reviews that were awful. It's a budget option - don't expect 5 star amenities. Having said that it's one of the very best budget options I've ever stayed in over 62 countries. We know the Termini area so expected people hanging out around the station. There were none around this hotel though - like intimated in other reviews. Anyway, I'll certainly be going back and would recommend asking for a ground floor room if no lift is a problem. I honestly can't fault our stay.

The room was large and clean, the bathroom was big and it had a kitchenette. This would be a great place to stay for an extended period of time. Staff were friendly and check-in went very smoothly. Luggage storage was so convenient. It's right next to Roma Termini, so getting around was super easy. Very close to good restaurants, bars and cafes.

The hotel itself is very nice and once you go through the gate, very private, however the location was a little unfortunate, going back in at night, there were some creepy men hanging out by the gate.

Excellent location if you plan to use public transportation. Near the main Metro and bus hub in Rome (around 4 minute walk). From Fiumicino airport you can catch the Leonardo Express Train that takes you directly to Termini Station. And from there you can go anywhere in Rome. Spacious room.

Bed matress can be better. Not a major issue, but there's room for improvement. We took two rooms, and the first night the water heater wasn't working. We forgot to report it, and they still fix it. So, that was a glitch, but it was nice that they fix it without a complaint from us. Their maintenance people are alert and doing their jobs.

Close to everywhere.. walking distance to all sites or you can use metro. Restaurants and bargin shops KFC and dollar shops nearby.. easy access and helpful friendly staff.

Loved everything about this location had a kitchen ample space

It`s near Termini train and coach station, metro. Very good location to travel around Rome and far away. I was there for a few days and everything was fine. Very warm room during night and in cold days. Kitchen anex usefull. No coffe mashine or coffemaker dish. I think you need to take own sugar, salt, peper and olive oil to cook. The bed very confortable and everything clean. You can choose day when resort Termin cleans your room and to change beddings and towels.
