We absolutely loved everything; the apartments were spacious; clean and well designed for optimum space - minimally and tastefully decorated and everything you need from robes and slippers to a beach bag and throw; coffee machine with fresh pastries delivered in the morning. We had the ground floor; patio and garden space; so comfy to sit outside - if you want a better view - suggest one of the higher floors but we were happy with the garden and tree as the beach with great views is just across the road. Advise keep to the right of the road for reasonable prices; restaurants with a view charge for it. Nice grocery store with friendly people just under apartment and parking space. Our host Carmello was kind and helpful and very responsive. Beach directly in front of apartment was better than isola bella beach. Nice pool for tanning in the property. Friendly cleaning ladies too. We don't repeat many trips but this one we will for sure. Highly recommend - Lancu Charme and Taormina was a highlight of our week in Sicily.

The accommodation is finished to a very high standard and we found it extremely comfortable. Our room was very spacious and included a small, but functional kitchen. Everything was very clean, and the room was serviced daily. The bed was really comfortable! Great location - a short walk across the road to the beach, and a short walk to the cable car up to Taormina historical centre. Although the property is on a street which is busy during the day, with the windows and doors closed, we didn't hear any traffic noise, and it did not detract at all from our stay. The pool was wonderful, and the fresh, warm croissants and bread rolls that were delivered for breakfast each morning were a delight! I would definitely recommend staying here, and we hope to come again in the future.

Beautiful apartments, very comfortable and the view is incredible. We had the jacuzzi and this was a huge plus.

A bit far from central Taormina, will need a car to get up or to take the cable car.

Spacious apartment with gorgeous views, about a 15min bus ride to central town. Balcony is large with great seating to enjoy the views. Apartment is serviced daily and they bring morning croissants, which is a nice touch. They can also arrange laundry for clothes. It is a 5min walk to funicular station (which unfortunately was closed during our stay in April). Parking space available in front of lobby. Has a pool (that was drained during my stay). Lots of local restaurants and markets. I would gladly stay here for an extended stay and be very comfortable.

Did not have microwave but otherwise well stocked kitchen including oven, nespresso machine, etc. there’s not much of a pedestrian side walk, which can be a bit intimidating. But was not an issue.

Outstanding and well maintained property in a prominent postion, with on-site parking, overlooking the bay and close to a number of restaurants, bars, the beach and the cable car up to the centre of Taormina. The host was very welcoming and the daily delivery of freshly baked bread and bottled water, together with an array of provisions and wine for our use, added to the overall experience. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The two large patio doors leading onto the extremely large balcony, provided an unrivalled view of the sea and a great space to relax and enjoy the sun. We would definitely recommend.

There is nothing we can complain about over the two days we spent in this apartment.

We've travelled frequently all over the world, and have very specific and high expectations for hotels. Iancu Charme is an exception and truly a luxury accommodation that exceeded our expectations. The apartment is far better in real life than in photos. The entire complex is new, well maintained, and has free on-site parking (which is rare for Taormina). Location is perfect, only 3-minute walk to the cable car going up to the center of Taormina and less than 10-minute walk to Isola Bella beach. Our unit is on the third floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that are set up with 5-star hotels' amenity. The entire apartment is spotlessly clean, and very bright with floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall glass sliding doors to optimize the breathtaking views of the sea, islands, and the surrounding town. The layout of all the rooms and the furnishing are very well thought out, elegant, modern, spacious, and comfortable. It has large balconies on both front and back, and a brand new hot tub on the back balcony. Freshly baked croissants and bread delivered to our door every morning from a local bakery was a nice treat. Carmelo was prompt with his response whenever we had questions. Marzia is super sweet, helpful, and did a superb job at keeping the place clean and replenishing coffee/snack supply daily. My husband, our son, and I very much enjoyed our 4-day stay at Iancu Charme. This is a perfect place to stay for Taormina. Highly recommended!

The apartments were beautiful. They have been furnished so well you feel relaxed from the moment you step inside, we had the ground floor apartment and it was spacious with a kitchen, fridge and all the mod cons you could possibly need. The jacuzzi was excellent! we used it every evening and it was great, especially in the evenings when it was cooler, perfect end to the day. Breakfast croissants and bread rolls were delivered each morning and you also received juice and water. It was a lovely touch and if you need anything more than that there is a little mini market about 1 minute walk away for eggs, meats and cheese as well as some fruit. We had very comfortable dressing gowns, slippers and even flip flops and towels! The location for me was perfect, it was close to the beaches and approximately 25 minute walk to Taormina town centre which is so pretty. You can take the vernacular it's about 12euro return and takes no more than 4 minutes, it gets very crowed around 5pm or so when people are leaving the beach so plan your exit!

The only thing about the property to be aware of is that it is on quite a busy little road, there is a pizza restaurant just opposite so there are early morning deliveries, bottles being collected etc... other than that there was nothing else I did not like it was beautiful.

The location was absolutely perfect, with Mazzaro Bay less than a 5min walk, Isola Bella (gorgeous beach) less than 10 mins away and the cable car transport a 1 min walk away. The apartment was absolutely perfect as well. Super modern, clean with a balcony that has the loveliest view. We received complimentary water, juice, wine, croissants for breakfast, coffee, snacks every single day. Our room was tidied every day as well and the staff were super polite, always saying hello with a smile on their face. I could not recommend this place enough or Taormina. It was my favourite holiday ever.

The complimentary bread for breakfast was a bit too hard, so we just ate the croissants.

It was lovely - spacious, clean, well-equipped - and the host and cleaning staff were exceptionally accommodating. We had a hot tub that was clean and well-maintained. We arrived to find wine, bottled water, and a big bowl of fresh fruit waiting for us. There were coffee, teas, packaged crackers and rolls, jams and juices. The kitchen seemed well-equipped, but we didn’t cook at all. “Breakfast” isn’t provided, but the host brought lovely fresh rolls every morning and that was fine for a light breakfast. If you don’t know Taormina - we didn’t - you should know that this property is along the coast, and the more populated/well known parts of Taormina are around 0.5 km up a very steep hill. You can take the many flights of stairs (we did, it’s ok and the views are lovely) or walk down the street a short bit and take a cab or a bus into town. There’s a funicular, but it wasn’t running in March. I don’t know that it matters where you stay, because you’ll want to go to the coast and up to the town, regardless. There were several good restaurants within a few minutes’ walk, as was Isola Bella.

There aren’t sidewalks everywhere so walking along the road made us a bit uneasy at night, but there wasn’t lot of traffic.

The property was very spacious and clean, with great views. Plenty of restaurants and a shop within easy walking distance and also convenient to get the cable car into Taormina. The croissant delivery every morning was good. We didn’t have to drive far down the narrow, busy street to get to it, which was a relief!

The constant noise from the road (and the neighbouring hotel’s bar? Not sure exactly but we could also hear loud American voices competing with the road noise) was a real shame for the balcony. We often had to raise our voices to hear each other on the balcony, or sometimes just pause and wait for traffic to go past. I think it would have been better from the top floor (we were on the first floor) so maybe ask for that? Also the bed was very firm and the pillows even firmer - more comfortable/hotel-like pillows would have been more in keeping with the general standard of the accommodation.
