Staff were so attentive and as were house keeping. Facilties are lovely and it's super close to cable cars. Housekeeping visited multiple times a day and were so attentive! Stunning views and the rooms are really beautiful. We really appreciated the upgrade with it being our honeymoon. Crepes at breakfast were so delicious!!

Bar drinks were quite expensive relative to costs of local restaurants and places in town. €22 for a spritz, we spoke to other people staying at the hotel and they felt similarly. Pool side you will see very few people with drinks which is an unusual sight but I think this is due to the mark up in price. Peronis/messina in the store opposite the hotel was €2 and in the hotel it was €10/€15.

I don’t know where to begin when describing our beautiful stay at Atlantis Bay. We spent two unforgettable days here and it truly felt like a little slice of paradise. The property itself is absolutely stunning — perfectly located at the bottom of Taormina with sublime private beach access. But what stood out most to my husband and me was the exceptional service from every member of staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Florencia and Sonia at reception. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. We were generously upgraded to a different room, and when our luggage was lost by the airline in Catania, both ladies did everything possible to help us recover it. They are not only professional and efficient but also genuinely kind and caring. We enjoyed a lovely lunch by the beach where we were served by Francesco. Despite his young age, he was incredibly professional, attentive, and polite. It was such a pleasure, and the food was absolutely delicious. And most of all, our hearts remain with Luisa at the Nui restaurant. She made us feel completely at home, caring for us as only a mother would. Luisa is an absolute asset to Atlantis Bay — professional, attentive, warm, and full of genuine care. She is a beautiful lady with a motherly presence, and we will miss her the most.

Our only suggestion would be to offer a shuttle service into the town, but otherwise everything was flawless. We cannot wait to return next year.

Loved the staff and breakfast. Room upgrade was a lovely surprise too! This is the best beach location in Taormina, others are heaving with people with no space between lounges. On site restaurants are great. The treats and amuse bouche are all delicious. The location is very convenient as it's just 200 metres from the funicular that takes you to the hill town. Turn down service was on point.

Bathrooms are a little small and hair dryer one with a hold down button. These are very small things however.

Antonio at the beach restaurant EXCELLENT The food generally was excellent.

Some staff were excellent (Antonia at the beach restaurant) and some staff were very slow. On our first night we waited 35mins for a drink as they only had one bar staff and one waiter and lots of guests. There was no service around the pool or beach area - guests had to go up to the beach bar to order. The gym was tiny and not great. Always hot as it is a glass box with no air conditioning on. No mention in the description of the trains and railway track literally running through the hotel. Location to the gondola as easy bit the queue to get up the hill to Taormina took 1hr. Taxi much cheaper.

Spacious room with a great terrace overlooking the pool and private beach area. Complimentary waters provided everyday and turndown service was nice each night. Location wise is short little walk to cable car into the city centre or walk over to Isola Bella if you felt you wanted a different restaurant or beach. Comfortable beds were great. Highly recommend the restaurant Nui. Awesome dinner menu. Staff were very professional, polite and friendly.

Gym was lacking in suitable air con and equipment.

The location is top notch with beautiful views of the sea. You can use the pool and deck by the ocean but you can also use the chairs and beach at the sister property which is a two minute walk. My favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast. Our server was wonderful and the food offerings were amazing. The room is nice and the balcony had a nice view. It was wonderful to jump into the ocean from the pool deck. The staff were very attentive and quickly brought towels and food as needed. Fresh bottled water and turndown service was offered every evening. I much preferred staying by the water and going up in to town for the day during the extra hot summer. Getting into town was easy via the lift. The town felt crowded but we did not feel crowded during our stay at Atlantis bay.

I wouldn’t consider this a “good value” hotel. Taormina is expensive and this hotel is well priced relative to some of the other best hotels in the city. But it’s not inexpensive. However we thought it was worth the splurge for a couple nights.

My husband and I loved our stay. From the hospitality to the beautiful accommodations it was just what we were looking for. The views of the sea were unreal. Highlights for us included the staff (so kind and helpful), beach location (perfect spot for a swim, catching a boat ride, or laying out on the comfortable lounge chairs), the breakfast (made to order omelettes and poached eggs), and the twice daily cleaning (I was surprised by how much I loved the night time cleaning. It was great to have fresh towels after showering from laying out during the day. We also loved the bedtime water and slippers).

Staff were exceptional, everything at the hotel was of high quality. Service was top class, was excellent to say by the sea rather than in Taormina itself. Good location to the cable car. Rooms were beautiful, very clean and cleaned daily. Beautiful views from the balcony.

Prices for drinks and food in the hotel was expensive, but was of high quality with exceptional service.

Very comfortable -beautifully decorated -lovely artwork -above all excellent, courteous, attentive and helpful service from the staff in all parts of the hotel. A special mention for Guiseppe at the Reception Desk and Antonio at the Beach restaurant

Our bedroom lacked an armchair in which to sit Although not the fault or responsibility of the Hotel -Stepping out of it - there is a serious lack of adequate Paving for Pedestrians that makes -for example walking to the Cable Car to take you up to Taormina quite dangerous from passing traffic in either direction

The location was excellent, the view was lovely, and I really enjoyed the hotel’s beach club. This was my third time staying here.

Room service twice confused my order of linguine with clams and brought scampi instead. Not a major issue, but disappointing at this level of hotel, especially since the scampi dish wasn’t even on the menu. Perhaps a digital menu could help prevent similar issues in the future
