The room was great and the balcony was so big, in fact massive (if you are going there book room 401...which is top floor, were we stayed!) looking down with so beautiful views over the bay. The breakfast was really good, loads of choices...hot or cold.....Staff were brilliant, so friendly & helpful.

The very small fridge, could not get in more than a couple of bottles of water etc?.,....The main issue that there was not a real 'Dressing table/mirror'....(obviously for my wife).....there was a 'Dressing table', but for some reason the TV was stuck on it where a mirror should be? She had to do her make-up sitting on toilet in bathroom, using her own small mirror. Does not bother me, but a bit awkward for her.

Location was excellent with great view and a very nice terrace in the lobby floor. Located very close to the cable car and shuttle busses to old city center, therefore it was very easy to travel back and forth. Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Room was spacious and silent.

The small fridge in the room was not working, which i didn't realize until the next morning, resulted with some loses on my part :) There were complimentary water bottles but unfortunately one of them was half, which I also realized late at night. In these terms, housekeeping has some margin to improve. In the breakfast, some items in the buffet run out very early and when asked we were told it is really finished :)

Great location in regards to the beach, and cable car to head straight up the hill. Minimart’s just downstairs with absolutely everything you need. There’s a great public access terrace on the top floor with sun-beds and a shower to keep cool.

Air conditioning was average. Likely just old.

We had the most amazing view from a very comfortable, spotlessly clean room. The staff were great, always friendly and helpful (even before the trip when I emailed with questions). Our beds and towels were changed daily, and even the floors were mopped. The breakfast was lovely, the timings were generous and meant we didn't have to rush. On our last morning, they made us up breakfast bags as we left so early, my gluten free needs were also taken care of well.

Location was excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were helpful on arrival.

Nothing that the hotel did wrong, but the noise from the road was loud with horns beeping and engines revving (we had a sea view room). Clearer instructions / directions needed for the car park. We ended up using the underground parking for €30 for less than 24 hours. It's chaos outside the hotel to access the parking.

Location, just steps from the cable car to Taormina, short walk (and about 140 stairs steps) from Isolabella and several decent restaurants very close by. Our room was tight but had a lovely east-facing sunrise view of the bay with a couple of chairs on the balcony. Off-street parking at €10/day.

Hard bed, leaky shower door, no space to sit comfortably in the room.

Our room was comfortable, with a nice view overlooking the beach. The breakfast room was bright offereing a substantial breakfast. The hotel is located above a few small shops, great for snacks & drinks. Close to the cable car, which takes you up to the top. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area!

This Hotel is well located and staff was very helpful. Hotel was great and had a nice solarium and bar area which overlooks the bay.

One thing I did not like about this hotel was the rooms where a little dated and could do with an upgraded. But I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Beautiful hotel super close to the main beaches, restaurants and parkings. The staff was friendly, the views from our room were breathtaking and also the breakfast was great to start the day with great quality of foods. I was delighted with our stay and would totally recommend.
