I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Place Phoenix Chandler - Fashion Center in February. The hotel was clean, modern, and my room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a great layout. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to access everything I needed in Chandler. Breakfast was enjoyable and offered a good variety of options. Overall, the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Parking could get a little busy at times, but I never had an issue finding a spot. The breakfast had a nice selection, but I would have loved if it stayed open a little longer for more flexibility.

The room we had was excellent. It was modern and very comfortable. We think it was the cleanest hotel we've been in. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The only things we were disappointed in were the "restaurant" and the "bar". When we look for hotels we look at the amenities such as onsite bar and restaurant. The menu of the onsite restaurant was very limited and the bar had few choices many of which included little bottles of mixed drinks. However, they made up for it by offering and good breakfast.

Lucas at the front desk was awesome! I had an issue with the room, and he got it sorted out immediately. It was also our wedding anniversary, and our first round at the bar was covered by Lucas. We were there from the Saturday and got the opportunity to check out late on Monday when we left without the extra charge. I definitely will stay there once I'm in Chandler. Thanks Lucas for all you did for us. You were truly awesome!!

There was no microwave in the room.

The rooms were nice, clean and the breakfast was good. The people at the front desk were very helpful.

At the time we were checking in, the manager was nice and we had to get one of 3 room keys, we left but when returned there was a young women there. She seemed a bit rude and did not seem to get along with her manager. When I mentioned we were just about checked in, and we just needed to pick up the other 2 room keys, she has an attitude about checking id's and card all over again. The manager came back and we were he check us in because the girl had an attitude not only towards us but the manger.

The property and the amenities were all great, loved the room, the location was great, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very welcoming and helpful.

I do wish there was a microwave in the room, we traveled from California and eating out everyday with no way to reheat left overs was tough. I also wish the suits had a bigger fridge, and that the restaurant oven was working so we could have tried the food and not had to DoorDash for our kids while at a wedding.

My wife and I found our stay at the Hyatt Place Phoenix Chandler incredibly convenient, thanks to its location near shopping, restaurants, and easy highway access. Our late-night check-in was smooth and welcoming, courtesy of Vincent's polite and professional service. His thoughtful gesture of complimentary water highlighted his dedication to excellent customer service. A big thank you to Vincent! The entire front desk team, especially manager Lukas, consistently demonstrated friendly and helpful service. Lukas in particular impressed us with his ability to turn challenging situations into positive guest experiences. Kudos and thanks to Lukas! The kitchen staff's warmth and attentiveness made us feel like family, ensuring an ample and clean dining area. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping efficiently handling bedding and towels. In summary, our experience at the Hyatt Place Phoenix Chandler was exceptional. We definitely plan to return on our next visit to the area and highly recommend it for its outstanding service and convenient location.

It would be beneficial to offer more variety in the breakfast meat options, as they are currently primarily pork-based. Adding other types of meat would better accommodate all guests.

Location was very accessible to the freeway, the mall, places to eat, and of course Dutch Bros. Breakfast was so filling and yummy, I wish there was a pancake/french toast/or a waffle station, but overall breakfast was delicious!

The pool landscape is outdated and quite small. There also were dirty towels and trash around the pool next to the chairs, shame on those guests who stayed and did not clean after themselves. The hallways give off Titanic vibes.

This property is very conveniently located in Chandler -- close to the big mall, restaurants and freeways. My room was comfortable and the facilities were clean. I really appreciated the suite layout and size and made good use of the mini-fridge and coffeemaker.

The breakfast bar was average with the usual egg and waffle options, but the fruit was sub-standard. It would have been nice to have a small microwave in the room for leftovers.

The lady at the front told me that I could pay for my second day on the next day. She told me there was no time frame as long as I came in and paid it. I came in about four to pay it, and the manager had already checked me out, so it messed up my stay and they blow up my phone while I was at work all day

This had a great location near many things to do and eat. The breakfast was good with nice selection. The bar is a wonderful option. We enjoyed purchasing mimosas. The staff were friendly and patient. The rooms were clean, spacious and accommodating for my family size (6).
