Every person I interacted with at the property was kind and positive. I got stuck in phoenix due to a luggage snafu - called at 9:55 for pick up - shuttle ends at 10. No worries they said and Brian came and got me with a smile on his face. Checked in after the restaurant had closed 15 minutes before - Desire checked me in, was so kind, and grabbed me a yogurt and helped with a quiet room. Next morning Leslie at the restaurant was lovely and offered to put something in a to go box. We all know that airport properties aren't anyone's first choice, but the people who work here sure make it feel like they're happy to have you there.

Everything, The staff are very pleasant. Security on site 24/7. Breakfast is okay, could have a few more options or change it up. Very clean. Pool and hot tub are a great bonus. The views of the red rock mountains are amazing.

Breakfast could have a few more options or change it up daily. Also if you book off a booking site don't always expect to get the room you booked. We booked a king room and ended up with 2 queens. Other than that our stay was nothing short of amazing.

Great location close to the airport, with a free airport shuttle. The bed was big and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was good, although the menu choices were quite limited.

There was no rubber bath mat to stand on when using the shower. The bathtub was quite slippery so this was a concern. We asked at reception to have a mat put in the room while we were at dinner, but when we got back to our room, we found we had been provided with another cotton floor mat. As we were only staying one night we didn’t pursue it further, we were just very careful when using the shower.

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and check in process was super easy. We got text updates about events happening at the hotel. Happy hour , dinner service and through the stay asked if our amenities were to our liking.

It was super quiet and easy to access nearby restaurants, shopping and the airport. Nothing we didn’t like!

Was on the list for the 4am shuttle. I was in the lobby early & the driver left without me & another guy. We waited until about 4:20 still no shuttle. Luckily the gentleman who was also left by the shuttle called for a Uber & offered to share a ride with me or I would've missed my flight. Don't know the shuttle drivers name. I've NEVER BEEN LEFT BY A SHUTTLE BEFORE

I loved having a separate sitting area from the bedroom. It was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was very clean and employees were very friendly.

I don't think the restaurant was open during lunch hours, so we had to find someplace else to eat. It would be more convenient for people on training to be able to eat there.

We loved the cozy bar area which offered a good selection of appetizer foods and well stocked bar. Kathy was very friendly and remembered us on our second evening there. Great asset to your staff. Breakfast was a little pricy and should have had an option for those who only wanted toast or a bagel.

This is a decent airport hotel, and also not a bad place to stay if you're just visiting phoenix as we were. The room was well appointed and modern, with a comfy bed. I've stayed here more than once!

The area around the hotel is nothing special.

I stayed here for one night before getting on an early international flight. It was fine for one night. Bed was comfortable and it was clean.

It’s a little old and outdated

The room was great. Beds were so comfortable. Pool and the Whirlpool was so relaxing. It was a great weekend I spent with my granddaughter.
