The staff was kind and helpful in every way possible, the room was big comfy and had lots of space, ooh The pool was amazing too

We had everything except an microwave would have been amazing to had one

Loved the ease of communication through the Hilton app; we were able to request extra towels, check in and out using the app. The digital key in the app was perfect as well - since I checked in before my roommate, I could easily share the key so they could have access upon entry. The staff was also great; I arrived earlier than planned and they were able to situate me in a room that was available at no extra charge!

The shuttle was a little late in picking us up from the airport (about 10 mins)

Bed was comfortable as well as the room, all clean, big, good They organize my bed every day, I like that Pool looks nice, only the iguanas enjoy the sunny days there, I wish the hot tub area looks better,or updated Welcome cookies are delicious and fresh The Bartenders were fantastic, and eating at the bar was better than the restaurant.

Eat at the hotel was expensive and the restaurant only have 2 server, they said they were short of people that day. I was there attending a conference and they AC was dramatic cold! 67F ? really, is it Miami ... I feel sick for 4 days, freezing cold wearing jacket (blazer) and pants (in Miami) .... insane .... and the coffee was horrible, so toasted and re-heated . They charge the parking even for guess, when I check the hotel say they offer the parking service, and when I arrived surprised surprise Extra $10 per day o $15 with valet parking .... not nice. I have my Hilton Honors membership, but the price in booking was better than the hotel website, so no points for me, not refundable, no breakfast included

shuttle service: waiting time one hour = other hotels had more vans - it seems your hotel only HAD ONE. NO minimum breakfast: coffee and danish

The room was pretty decent, and the parking fees were reasonable.

There wasn't a since of urgency in the bar area or breakfast area. Bar: It took the server 26 minutes to take my order, then failed to check in with the table often. Restuarant: Menu was odd and the service was even slower than the bar. Waited over 30 minutes to pay, so I, charged my bill to my room and went to the front counter for a copy of my bill later. Both the bar and restaurant automatically charge you 18% for poor service. Maybe if they removed the automatic 18% the staff might try to earn their tips.

The restaurant food is good

Too far and filthy walk to the convention center which is less appealing than other hotels. The room I paid for supposed to have a sofa bed but we were given just a chair instead. I requested microwave and ref but has to reorder as those are not in the room. The toilet bowl was clogged. I received an e-mail to upgrade for a King Suite for an extra $18/night and I confirmed only to be told that it’s not possible when we arrives.

The airport shuttle was a really nice and handy touch. the room was very spacious, if a little bit dated in deco. It served its purpose. The breakfast buffet was good and had a bit of everything. It should have been explained earier that the buffet isn't available on Weekdays though as that was a bit of an unhappy surprise.

I didn't like the pet friendly environment. I didn't see any notice of this on the site before booking,

the light in the room was not sufficient. the air cooling was good but the heater was not working. I could hear the neighbors loud and clear.

It was ok, but it needs a lot of improvements. Staring from customer service.

For the price I expected it that at least they where better at answering questions or have recommendations, nobody seems to have a clue of anything including their own services. They where rude at times and it wasn’t as clean as it is expected. To be honest I pay less in other places for a better treatment.

The pool area was nice as it was surrounded by a small garden with iguanas. Nice that there was a hot spa by the pool.

The interior design throughout is outdated but I read it’s planned for a total revamp.
