I was pleasantly surprised by the Comfort Inn. My room was clean and comfortable. The pool was closed for the season but I didn't come to swim. The bedding and mattress exceeded my expectations. Plenty of extra pillows. The shower had great pressure and the towels were fluffy and soft. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the lack of juice included in the free breakfast. There was coffee. Nothing more.

As I stated above, the only thing that didn't meet my expectations was the offering at breakfast. A bit of juice and maybe fruit would be a great addition.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked.

The breakfast was not excellent and the staff were a little brusque in their manner. A water main broke and we were without water for about a day, which obviously is not their fault, but they were again just a little rude about it. Some areas were also very old/ dirty carpet, smelly, but not in the rooms. The elevators and hallways were very warm, but again, in the rooms and dining area it was fine.

Breakfast provided had a good selection. I liked that the milk and juice was in single serving sizes and not the large gallon to be shared. The same comment goes for the cereal. The location was surprising perfect for what I had planned to see in the area.

Indiana's construction around Indianapolis on 465 - Exit to IN37S/I69S wasn't clearly marked or indicated. Traffic was horrible on that road.

The breakfast was awesome. It has many choices.

The way they handled the incidental charges that the hotel debited to my card. It's been 5 days since I have not received my money. I never took anything from the room. I've been trying to call them for the past 2 days now nobody is answering the phone.

Friendly staff. Basic hotel with everything you need to have a comfortable night's rest. The beds and bedding were comfortable. It's very close to the university and easy to get around.

Workout facility is functional but relatively limited with one treadmill, a recumbent bike and a weight machine.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. There was someone at the front desk 24 hours a day. We came late in the night, and they took care us very well. Good, hot, and plenty of breakfast which is included with the room cost. Laundry on site.

Nothing I can think of that I did not like.

We like to walk and weren’t too far from downtown Bloomington and IU considering we don’t mind a bit of a walk

I just didn’t think it rated $170 per night. But I may just be getting old and cranky. It’s a basic hotel though.

Jessica was awesome. She helped in every way she could. She was dealing with a power outage among other issues. And she made it nice and welcoming for us

Pool wasn't working, no cable till 11pm due to power outage. But a good 4 hours after the power came on we still couldn't watch TV.

The hotel is cleaned .. it's a comfort for sure . They provide breakfast in the morning and it's actually a good clean place for people to stay in .

Easy, free parking. Breakfast. Vending machine. Close to University. Courteous staff

Beds seemed more like full size than queen size as expected
