Cafe area staff was great, as well as the rest of the staff. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel is quiet. We were surprised we couldn't hear anything in the adjacent rooms.

Breakfast was okay. Decent enough food, but overpriced for what you get. The carpet was not as clean as we would have liked. We understand that not everyone removes their shoes, but there were spots that the vacuum missed. There were also some sticky areas. The bathroom floor was clean, but there were some broken tiles that you couldn't avoid.

Our family suffered a house fire and we were displaced from our home. We stayed at this location for one month. The staff were AMAZING. Friendly, helpful, empathetic and accommodating. They made our very difficult and sad situation easier on our family. The front desk staff, maintenance men and housekeepers were top notch. We are so grateful for their kindness.

We were just looking for an overnight stay after a family reunion. The location was very close to the venue and easy to find. We were very happy with the location and the room itself was absolutely lovely. It had everything we needed and was super clean and had everything that we needed. Absolutely a great find!

Location was good, easy to get to. Good access to the event we were in town for. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Beds were not very comfortable. Was expecting more choices for breakfast - not a Starbucks with limited options. The gentleman working there could not have been more pleasant and attentive, but there were very few choices on the menu. Getting dinner out when we arrived was difficult - not many options/choices nearby. We ended up at a tiny pizza place in town when we couldn't get into any restaurants. The pizza was excellent, but not the atmosphere we were looking for.

The room layout was unique and worked out very well for our family dynamic.

Being on the second floor, you almost always have someone above you that seem to walk on their heels early in the morning. This is not a hotel issue, but a courtesy issue. Had a similar issue with how loud people are in the hallways after midnight.

The customer service is exceptional. They responded to my requests without hesitation. Provided us with extra mattress for my son. The room service always showed up on time as expected. The heat comes on quickly. We have no regrets. Will book them again.

The hotel was very clean, and the furnishings were up-to-date. There were plenty of electrical outlets located conveniently throughout the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room had a refrigerator. There was plenty of free parking.

The breakfast seemed expensive, and there are no other food options located within a convenient walking distance. We stayed five nights and housekeeping never came to the room, even to empty the trash or change the towels.

It was clean and staff was friendly.

When doors shut it’s loud - sounds like slamming - or that could have been the teenagers in a dance competition who were up and down the hallway late. I called front desk and was told they couldn’t do anything bc it wasn’t quiet hours yet.

The breakfast was not included at the offer. The only food that the hotel have was corn flakes, oatmeal, muffin and the do not have hot breakfast.

Everyone was so helpful and Kind . They were very understanding. My trip was to see a family member that was dying . My brother . Your hotel was very clean . But , noticed the many trees were blocking the few of the hotel . That needs to be cleaned and cleared. Anyway God Bless You All
