Sunday breakfast was pretty good. The shuttle and location were excellent for what we planned. Monday breakfast was less than overwhelming. The hotel ran out of waffle batter, and it didn't seem like staff were keeping things stocked. The Canadian bacon was nasty. The sausage on Sunday was much better.

The shade in the bathroom was tore. The bathroom had a window that looked directly into the unit across the courtyard. My partner could literally see a woman across from us putting makeup on in the afternoon. The top drawer of the dresser would roll open w/o something to keep it shut. House cleaning didn't make the bed or pick up used towels.

Good breakfast. Yummy oatmeal bar plus eggs, waffles and the regulars like toast, cereal etc. I love a good oatmeal bar with nuts and fruit. We didn't realize parking was across the street, but since my husband has walking issues, and we arrived late and were leaving early, the wonderful staff allowed us to park in front of the building. They had a two bedroom available and gave it to us as an upgrade from our one bedroom (very appreciated). They were kind and helpful. Beds were comfy. I would stay here again.

There was a small number of stairs to climb from the front door to the lobby. A super skinny ramp was rigged in the middle of the stairs I suppose for people and luggage who couldn't climb stairs, but our luggage wouldn't fit, so I imagine a walker or a wheelchair wouldn't either and it was quite steep. Perhaps they had ADA accommodations elsewhere but I would double check if you need that.

Aaron stole the show. Best front desk person ever. Our room wasn't ready, and he bent over backwards to keep us updated and managed to get us into a room earlier than the estimated 45-minute wait. He was cheerful and empathetic at the same time. Great combination! The room was spotless and fresh, and the pullout sofa bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Loved the waffles and fresh orange juice. Open from 7am - 10am on weekends so accommodating for everyone's schedule. Hot fresh coffee and tea all day and night long in the lounge. Great location for walking to the Market District for a variety of restaurants and close to Creighton University.

The view. We were grateful for our room but looked out over construction and a parking garage. Would have loved a top floor room overlooking downtown, especially at night. The Omaha skyline at night is gorgeous. Will request it next time I book it.

The bathroom was bigger than most hotels. They also have a nice area with a counter and mirror so you can get ready outside of the actual bathroom when someone else is in there. I liked the full size fridge and the couch to relax on so you didnt have to sit on the bed. The breakfast area and patio are super spacious and a nice place to hang out if you have a group.

Parking could have been explained better. The website says 15th and Capital. Well that's a private ramp so I called the hotel to ask (because we were coming alot earlier than check in) if we needed a pass prior. They told us no and to tell the attendant we were staying at the Residence Inn. We pull in there and there is no attendant and cant get in. We had to back out of there. We were a little irritated and just ended up parking in the public ramp right next to the hotel. It's cheaper and closer anyway. Small irritation in the grand scheme of things but maybe it will help some avoid the same situation.

Very nice room, spacious, well designed and equipped. The location is fantastic and served great for my needs. Staff was helpful and nice. I loved the shuttle that took me to Creighton and the airport!

My room did not get cleaned, and I was not expecting that. If this is the rule, it should be obvious for guests.

great and convenient location as it’s near everywhere we wanted to visit on our short stay in Omaha. It’s near a park and surrounded by office buildings so the streets doesn’t get too busy since we stayed on a weekend. They have great, clean rooms, soft beds and pillows.

they don’t have parking so you have to pay parking on the street or on the ramp. not enough toiletries. not sure if you really have to ask them to provide you toothbrushes but good thing we always bring our own.

The window in the bathroom did not have a DARK shade to go along with the see thru shade. We were situated toward the garage, n wanted to keep our privacy and not be exposed when we switched the light on. As it was a short visit didn’t complain to staff.

There is nothing to complain about. Exemplary modern hotel with long time history.

It was clean, modern & stylish. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Parking was a little separated. Lack of luggage carts. When other guests near us left their rooms, their doors would slam and it shook the room. Maybe you could install pneumatic door closers or something from Amazon that prevents doors from slamming. Someone’s finger could get caught too.

Check-in was great. Breakfast was good.

Parking - it is over a block away. We were traveling with luggage - and a bad storm had us running down the street to get the car, park in front of the hotel, luggage got wet - it was inconvenient to say the least.

Clean rooms, comfortable, helpful staff, free shuttle up to 3 miles including airport. I was surprised to learn that this was previously a government building, built in the 30’s.
