Location to airport & complimentary shuttle to the subway and airport was very important for us. Comfortable and clean beds & linen. Property is clean and pretty. For being right across from the airport, it’s completely quiet and a safe area.

Please post prices for items in the convenience store by the items! The 4pt font, massive list of items in the corner made it impossible to see and super inconvenient to find prices for anything!! Also, if we had known there were fresh pastries and a coffee bar in the area where the breakfast bar was, we definitely would have bought things in there. We didn’t go in there because the cost for the breakfast buffet was $30.

I really like the comfort and the style of this hotel. It was really easy checking. The staff was really nice and friendly. I love that they have two restaurants. And breakfast was good. I had a mimosa with my breakfast on Thanksgiving. It was really comfortable actually. I would stay here again. And I like that they have a shuttle to and from the airport. The room is really cozy. And the water for the shower was nice and hot. Which is perfect for the winter.

I would say the only thing I didn't like is I wish the bathroom had a little bit more ventilation.

The hotel was nice and clean made our stay very comfortable.

The parking situation was not great. I paid in advance for two days of parking. The first night went well. The second night, we had no parking spot. We arrived to the hotel at 1am, My husband had to sleep in our car in order to wait for someone to come out to leave so that he could take their spot. He was not able to get a spot until 5am when someone left. This was unacceptable, especially since I paid in advance for parking. There should have been a guarantee spot for all customers who pay in advance.

The second cleanest hotel in NY. No.1 is Pxxx Hxxxt. But at this price, this hotel is top even better than Mxxxxxt. Also the plants at the entrance are so beautiful. The view from the dining room is pretty. The room is so clean compared to the other hotel rooms in NY. Also, the shuttle driver Anthony is so professional and provides gorgeous service to customers. The server at the dining room, I believe her name is Michelle(? not sure) is willing to help customers have a good breakfast.

Seems like the wifi is not free or hard to excess.

This property is a very lovely place to stay, all the staff we encountered was really nice and friendly.i had an issue with my room door and I reported to the staff and it was taken care of right away.The rooms are very big , bright and spacious beds are so comfortable. I will definitely be going back again.

Although very nice and clean to the eye our rooms was a bit dusty , I myself would love to see more hotel rooms with no carpets . I’m glad I was able to open the window for fresh air. Rooms need a very good steam and super clean down.

Could provide an affordable bottle of water. Offer a method of transportation to and from JFK. However there was a clerk early a.m 18 Oct that tried for an hour to get us a taxi. The repeated, they'll be there in 20 min, NOT. They're within 2 min, NOT. They're 10 min out, NOT. she finally called another co who showed up in about 20 min and got us there in time to go thru the preliminaries and we hauled ass through security and to our gate on last call. Very stressful. Thanks to the clerk for all her assistance.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. It is a nice hotel, very clean and well kept. This time we could enjoy the pool and gym, so that was nice.

The price was too expensive for one night, but we needed to be as close to LGA as possible for ease of commute the next morning for a flight. I previously stayed in Dec 2023 and paid a little over $400 for 3 nights and 4 days. This time it was $365 for one night. Sadly there were not many less expensive options in the area. So it seems to just be a more expensive time of year.

Travelled with my family to Queens to attend the US Open. So close to the tournament and the hotel provides a free shuttle to and from the tennis tournament as well as LaGuardia Airport. The Plaza has a nice breakfast available in the morning as well as a nice little bar/restaurant where you can have a cocktail and a meal after a long day at the tournament.

No complaints. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom was a little outdated but it was clean and good sized and we had plenty of clean towels. Stayed 3 nights and the maid service was great.
