Of course I feel like paying for parking is a bit much when paying to stay at a hotel.

Aloft Dallas Downtown is a fantastic choice—safe, centrally located, and full of character. The building used to be a Santa Fe freight terminal from the 1920s, and the hotel has kept its industrial charm with exposed brick, high ceilings, and large windows. Rooms are clean, spacious and stylish. On-site parking is just $15/day, which is a great deal in Dallas. Don’t miss the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza nearby, and be sure to check out the cowboy and cattle sculptures at Pioneer Plaza right in front of the hotel.

The hotel, room and staff were all very good. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Reception helped with my questions and got me checked in early. Which was great because I was there to visit the convention center. And another threat point is how close this property is to it - 5 min walk if that. Can’t judge the food options but they had some cold and hot offerings and a beverage fridge. Parking is very behind the property and the nightly fee is very attractive given other property options in the area so the total cost helps you stay within your budget.

It met all my needs for the weekend including early check in and parking and convenience to the convention center. Can’t say there was anything negative.

When i was booking this hotel it said that breakfast is included. But actually they gave me 20$ voucher, for 2 people! When just salad costs 13$. This should be mentioned when you book hotel. I was very disappointed when i heard that.20$ voucher is for the room so no matter if there’s 1-2-3-4 people this will always be 20$, coffee, water are not free as well so for 20$ you get one salad and 2 coffees and probably 1 water.

The parking at the hotel is a steal at around $18, much cheaper than other options nearby. From there, you can easily walk to downtown and the main sights. We picked this hotel because it’s close to where we watched a Dallas Mavs game, and it worked out great for that.

Unfortunately, the room had a bit of a weird smell. The fridge was wobbly, standing on just three legs, and the coffee maker really needs an upgrade to something better. Still, it’s a solid hotel overall, and I’d recommend it.

The stuff was nice, kind and very professional. We were there to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and they made it soooo unforgettable, room upgrades to a presidential suite(more comfortable), credit on breakfast (Saved us tone of money), prompt to respond to any questions you have not just me but even people around. This place has definitely become our favorite place!!!

Great location in the Downtown, easy parking (open parking lot, not fenced), very nice loft space inside the lobby but also in the room, very big spaces, nice furniture and all clean. Helpful staff.

There is a speaker in the side entrance which is placed outside and we could hear the music very loud all night long even in the 6th floor. Simple breakfast charged by item, a bit oily / fried but ok for the price.

Location is around 250 metres from the main part of the city. Walk is ok but stick to the main pavements. Reception was very good, quick and helpful. Room is fabulous. Very big and spacious. Not much space to hang clothes though. TV channels excellent. Wet room shower which was a very good shower. Bed was extremely comfortable. Very clean room, housekeeping was super. Didn't have breakfast but looked good. Bar was good.

The swimming pool is not good. looked filthy. Considering how good the rest of this hotel is then it stands out for its poor state. Surely not difficult to keep clean?

Monteyo (spelling) was the best! He is a true City Guide. And, values Customer Service! My colleague loved him as well. Amazing room facing Reunion Tower. Worked on that side of the room Will always stay here when in Dallas.

Uber pulls to the front vs. Side entrance. Easier for people traveling with luggage. Do the Bingo on other nights.

The room was so big and beautiful. The room was huge, the beds were so comfortable, and the shower was amazing. I loved the brickwork. The windows were amazing and the views were beautiful. The hotel was amazing, and the bartender was so nice and professional. Everyone was so nice. So much was in walking distance
