Convenient location within walking distance of attractions in Gatlinburg. Room was very spacious and clean. Enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby. The property was dated as are many in Gatlinburg, but the fireplace was a nice bonus. Overall, the stay was nice.

The single old elevator. It would stop at random floors and continue in the direction it was heading before it reversed. Quicker to take the stairs in many cases. The supposed nonsmoking policy was definitely not enforced, people were smoking all around the place.

The spa tub made our stay very relaxing, and the gas fireplace warmed the room in the mornings! The bed was comfy! The wrap around balcony gave us a decent view of area.

The only negative about the room was the lack of places to hang our clothes. We brought our own over the door valet hooks, but they were too thick to be able to close the bathroom door, which was the only door in the room. We ended up buying a metal over the door valet multi-hook at Family Dollar, and it did help. The breakfast could have been better. We don't eat pork, and turkey sausage would have been a healthier meat choice for everyone. The quality of the eggs was sub-par!!

Property was well maintained with cut grass, clean pool, nice friendly hotel cleaning ladies. Front desk people were alright. Hotel breakfast was well stocked and maintained. Got fresh towels and trash changed daily! Spa tub in room was cleaned well.

Cracks in foundation of stairs with water leaking. Cones laid out for who knows what. Air conditioner kept leaking NON STOP throughout the day and night. Someone came to “fix” it but it kept leaking so we just put a trashcan under it with towels to soak it up and stop the sound. View was good for the price. Ceiling had spots of water damage and missing paint. Walls were dirty and under couch and between furniture was not clean. Found a used ear swab between furniture.

The provided breakfast was actually impressive. We didn't expect a whole lot from the looks of the hotel, but they had a ton of options and the staff would come in very often to clean up the stations.

To me, you get what you pay for. We just needed a spot to sleep. It's not a fancy hotel at all, but it did the job. The condition of the building and just overall look of the doors and outside would make you say "im not staying here" but it is a great value for just somewhere to sleep.

Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. We had to have medical supplies delivered for my husband and the gentleman at the front desk was rude. When we arrived he told me he had junk there for me and I needed to come back and get it. He may not have meant it the way it came across but it was frustrating to me when he said it. It was pretty quiet, loved the balcony! It was a good trip overall and a nice place to stay. Thankful the staff was accommodating for our supplies, just wish the staff was more courteous about it. Traveling with medical needs isn't easy.

Lots of Mold in shower! I had to ask the maid, that had to use her phone to translate, for bleach. That took a bit. Also little around the spa tub. Need to paint the rails on the balcony. Very rusty and paint chipping all off. Other than that , good! Breakfast was good. Need a little to extend to 11. So we have time to get there for the night owls and late sleepers. Also add a grab rail on top of the spa near bed or near A/c older people have a hard time getting out of it. Thank you

The AC wouldn’t keep the room cool for sure. Doing the summertime but I’m glad it wasn’t hot. Otherwise, I would know not to stay in that room in the summertime. and they had a gap in the door where it loud roaches to come in we killed three roaches while we were there and they needed to just address that issue and the AC it’s a little larger than normal size hotel room, which is a good thing, but the bad thing is the ACs up by the front door and the bed towards the balcony and just wouldn’t keep kept it cold but cool

Jacuzzi and fireplace in the room was great, as was the wrap around balcony. Overall, the room was better than expected. A great value for the price. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable.

Maid was not up to par with other places I have stayed. Plenty of towels the first night, only half the next night as well as used wash cloths left behind. Third night, stack of towels left in bathroom, but no attention to detail. She wasn't trying for a tip.

Easy access to everything downtown (main street) and the mountains (Great smoky mountains national park). It is a very cozy place. I loved the view from the balcony towards the mountain. They have an ice machine and laundry. The breakfast was very good, they have decaf coffee and waffle makers. It was a very good stay . The staff gave me instructions if a bear approached. Very comfortable parking. Next time I will stay in this place again.

The elevator was not working. I think the building needs love (painting). Maybe a little more security in the hallways (presence of bears)

Lovely place, we booked a standard room but we were upgraded to a larger suite with a gas fireplace and it was absolutely fantastic. I cannot overstate how nice it is to have a fireplace in your hotel room! Other than that the room was generally comfy, clean, and spacious. The free breakfast buffet was nice, obviously don't expect five star cuisine but as far as free food goes it was quite tasty. Ample onsite parking, and you're about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the very centre of Gatlinburg.
