It was a pleasant location with easy access to good restaurants and fun activities. The room was super comfortable, clean, and modern

The requirement for valet parking was a bit of a nuisance. The texting system to call for your car did not work smoothly and when arriving at the hotel you just pull up and sit in a long line with just one or two guys working, no signs directing, no one comes out to inform you of what’s happening. It was confusing and chaotic.

Room layout, size and amenities. Heavenly bed, full kitchen with dishwasher. Oversized shower and large screen televisions.

Power outage created departure issues in getting our car back from valet parking. The almost hour wait impacted our arrival time to a wedding. Valet service was a bit understaffed on the weekend given the number of people in the hotel that had to use this service.this was further compounded by the power outage. The Valet service staff was hustling to deliver customer service doing the best they could under the circumstances. Additionally, bathroom shower water was ice cold. Not sure if it was due to the power outage or not. Had to take a very cold shower . Did like this at all. Never heard what caused these issues.

Beautiful facility, friendly staff, cleanliness and extremely comfortable, beautiful scenery from room.

Not having immediate access to our vehicle/our vehicle not parked on location within our sight. Having to use their valet service and being charged for it with no other options. Valet, though some prefer is not convenient for my family who travels with a child and pet.

The stay was modern and comfortable. Staff was very nice and the alcohol at the bar was spot on. Not to mention a good breakfast made by a very kind women Sunday morning.

Was a nice an experience other then no water in rooms and Valet parking was a bit of a mess and could hardly squeeze my car in to get it out of the road and had not been told our car was brought back after requesting for our vehicle.

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Rooms are spacious, well appointed and super comfortable. We only stayed 1 night, but would definitely stay again and for additional time :) It was our first time in Nashville and this was a great find! We chose this property because it was 'downtown' without being right in the middle of 'downtown'. Freeway access was easy and quick, without having to fight any downtown commute traffic as we left in the morning.

Very clean and modern design. Great breakfast buffet and rooms are spacious with all amenities you need. Also shout out to Dennis and Ms Wanda from the breakfast crew - friendly staff members who seem to really love their jobs.

Staff members at reception were totally disengaged and not friendly. Not sure if they’ve had a bad day but we spoke to 3 different people and all seemed annoyed when approached.

The facility we're really good and the breakfast was fantastic really friendly and helpful staff

Communication in terms of how to go about getting my roomed clean was lacking so they just need to inform people of the process other then that was a great stay

The staff was amazing as well as the valets. The room was clean and comfortable. Due to having knee surgery two weeks prior to staying, I was limited in my walking. The front desk clerk told me to let her know if there was anything at all she could do for me to make my stay more comfortable. She even offered to bring me an ice bag!! I will definitely stay here if ever in Nashville again.

The location was very close to the wedding venue we had booked for the weekend. We enjoyed the breakfast each day and the ease of the valet parking. We would stay here again.
