The staff are a bit in your face. Sometimes you really just want to sit quietly without being disturbed but they are so insistent on speaking to you. Some are bit condescending when you go for breakfast at the Executive Lounge, they must be a bit more polite in their questioning. Especially because if you were not given access you will not just have access to the executive lounge as there is a separate breakfast room on the 6th Floor All in all the stay in the hotel was nice

Top 5 qualities in my opinion: 1. The working desk in the rooms 2. The quality of the bed 3. A 24-hour gym 4. Size of the swimming pool 5. The quality of the housekeeping personnel It is an excellent hotel in a great location, right in front of the metro station, which is convenient. I booked the Lounge Access, which has its perks. A shoutout to the housekeeping on the 24th floor for their excellent work. Most electricity ports are designed to adapt to European plugs, which is a great plus. There is plenty of wardrobe space, and a prayer mat is available as well. I did not try the spa, but I'm sure it's good as well. Will come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Dubai. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and I truly enjoyed a restful sleep every night. The executive lounge access was a great perk, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional — one of the best I’ve had. Although I didn’t use the lunch/dinner buffet or the pool, everything else exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. A special thanks to the hotel’s security team — one of my companions lost their wallet and important documents, and thanks to their quick and professional response, everything was recovered. We truly enjoyed our 3-night stay and I would definitely choose Conrad again in the future.

I chose this hotel for its location, as it’s a short work across the bridge to the trade centre.

The staff out front was the thing I did not like. They treat everyone that stays as a new traveller to Dubai, When I asked for a taxi they wanted me to travel in a limousine for 60 Aud when I told them a cab would cost me only 16 AUD they question me and said it was not going to cost me that. It actually cost me 16.50 and I had to go next door to get a taxi every time I needed one. I was last in Dubai in January and have stayed over the city for more than 20 times now.

The hotel was truly exceptional — the rooms were spacious and spotless, the breakfast was outstanding with plenty of variety, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The location was perfect, just a short drive from major attractions and shopping malls. I especially appreciated the relaxing pool area and the gym facilities.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. If I had to mention one thing, it would be the occasional wait time for valet parking during peak hours — but the staff handled it professionally.

The bathroom was also excellently equipped. The pool area was fantastic as well – perfect for relaxing after a hot day in the city. The location of the hotel is ideal – central yet quiet. Many attractions, restaurants, and shopping spots were easily reachable. I would definitely stay here again and can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for stylish, comfortable, and welcoming accommodation in Dubai!

The hotel has nice facilities and location. The food is good with variety of items. The room was nice even I faced a problem about the AC and it took long time to be fixed ( even not fixed properly). Also, the TV was not prepared well. Thus, I do not know how the management of the hotel ensured to me before I come that my room will be nice and everything will be ok and when I arrived , I faced such issues!! Also, the management did not follow up after complaining about such issues and no one was asking me if everything was fixed properly or not!? This is an indication about kind of careless and I was disappointed about such an attitude!!! Overall, the other things in the hotel was nice and comfortable

I liked everything. Breakfast was delicious. The most I liked panoramic view in the morning and a lot of space in the room. Comfortable bed was a good adition for the trip. Good location with business part in the back side at the hotel.

very often inside doors between hotel and business part at the hotel was closed. And I needed more time to go around the building. Sweeming pool was closed very earlier at 7 pm. And due to time I did not have the opportunity to visit it

We had a wonderful weekend staycation at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The room was amazing. The beds and the pillows were of extreme comfort. Rooms were cleaned up twice a day. Really enjoyed the TV in the bath tab. We were in the 33rd floor with an outstanding view. The location was AAA, Next to Metro station and close to city center. The breakfast had a a very good variety covering many different tasting profiles. Really enjoyed the fresh cold smoothies and healthy booster shots. The Gym was really nice and spacious with brand new Technogym equipment. The Byredo collection was a nice touch to the overall experience.

The closet size was small for a family of 3. It is a a pity to have a 45sqm room with such a limited closet space.
