This was not the first time we spent a night in this hotel. The hotel is very close (right opposite) to the airport (DXB Terminal 3), but you should not think you can simply cross the road (the motorway). No way! Take a taxi (26 AED from DXB T3 to the hotel) or use the hotel's free shuttle bus instead. The shuttle bus departs every whole hour (i.e. 8:00, 9:00, etc.) from the hotel and 10-12 minutes later (i.e. 8:10, 9:10, etc.) from the airport. Just follow the hotel shuttle bus sign! But I am not sure if the shuttle bus is also available at night. Another feature of the hotel is the excellent breakfast that satisfies all needs and tastes. We really appreciated that breakfast was available from 6 am, so we didn't have to miss breakfast (which was included in the price) and we were able to catch our plane without rushing because the hotel provided the shuttle bus also at 6:30. It was very kind from the hotel.

Just two small remarks: 1 - we noticed that the wall-to-wall carpets in the hallways were very much worn. A good hotel like this should pay attention to the apprearance. 2 - In January, the air conditioning in the hotel was slightly exaggerated.

It was pretty close to the Airport; Checking in/out process very fast and smooth; Room was spacious and clean; Wifi working good; Shower, towels and water in the room all good; Reasonable selection at breakfast;

Not much, tbh. If I’d want to be very picky I’d say more selection at breakfast, but really I’d be just looking for something not entirely awesome; You can see the hotel from the pick up location (I’d say 80-100m) it takes like 10mins to drive there, but you can hardly blame Hotel for this; One thing I really didn’t like was complete lack of signage where is the pick up/drop off at the terminal, you just stand somewhere in 35 degrees celsius and hope for best… which is less than ideal.

Friendly staff, proximity to the airport, the presence of a travel agent to provide fast assistance to tourists. Reasonably priced.

Lack of some amenities in the bathroom (ex. shower cap, cotton buds, floor towel, slippers) although maybe you can request these but we did not try.

The property has complimentary airport shuttle every 30 minutes 24/7, the shuttle also goes to the mall and the beach. There are shops and restaurant on the same block if you don’t want to eat at the hotel and when you need basic things. Their complimentary breakfast is continental. The WiFi works perfectly. My room had 2 beds,mini bar, tv, closet with light and a prayer mat, table and chair and a bathroom. The staff is friendly and were helpful whenever I was in need. There is also information desk for tourists.

The shuttle to the mall only goes after 10:00am

The airport pick up was confusing. The driver seemed to be in a hurry. I had to run with the cart to the parking spot. It was not made clear that someone will pick you up and there was no need to panic in the heat. Waiting in the heat could have been avoided.

A good, simple room very close to the airport. I arrived very late at night and was able to check in without a problem. I slept right through the window for breakfast though, so missed out on that.

One weird thing about this hotel is that it is directly across the road from the airport terminal yet, thanks to Dubai's obsession with highways and cars and its inability to provide adequately for pedestrians, I had to wait twenty minutes at the airport for the hotel shuttle bus to drive me across the road to my bed.

The location is close to the airport. Free shuttle departs form terminal 3, but I have found it difficult to find the bus. The breakfast is good.

The towels were not perfectly clean. The room is OK for the money. Free shuttle to the dubal mall is just once per day 10.30 am. I wasn't mentioned on the website.

The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and very accommodating to our needs. Rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and worry-free stay. We also appreciated the attention to detail—from smooth check-in processes to the thoughtful amenities provided. The locations of the hotels were also ideal—close to transportation, major attractions, and good dining options. Our overall experience was seamless and enjoyable from beginning to end. This hotel is conveniently situated close to Dubai Airport and Emirates metro train station. The shuttle bus service, not only to and from the airport, is exceptional. The shuttle bus is also available for multiple locations downtown including Dubai Mall. Breakfast included is a bonus as is the hotel bar in the lobby. The hotel is clean, comfortable with warm, friendly staff. Great for a Dubai stopover.

Weather outside was over 40 degrees but the hotel air-conditioning was excellent.
