Upon check-in, a room-related issue caused some delays in my accommodation. However, when I brought the matter to the attention of the management, my concerns were handled with exceptional professionalism and care. I was personally contacted by Mr. Mahmoud El Sayed, the Front Office Director—a true gem in the hospitality industry. His dedication to guest satisfaction and loyalty to the hotel was evident as he went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness. His proactive approach and genuine care completely transformed my perception of the property. To further enhance my stay, I was offered complimentary club lounge access, where I encountered the delightful and professional Miss Yasmin. Her hospitality skills and warm demeanor exemplified true service excellence. Additionally, I learned about the remarkable leadership of General Manager Ms. Anna Collier, whose commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences is clearly reflected throughout the hotel’s operations. It was evident that she leads by example, ensuring every guest feels valued and well cared for. Thanks to the dedication and hospitality of this outstanding team, my stay turned into one of the best experiences I have had in Dubai. The Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai has now become my go-to choice for future visits. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking impeccable service and comfort. Hats off to the entire management for creating such a welcoming and exceptional environment!

Club on the 5th floor Ameeri Manager refused to listen to me after serving pathetic food Already Complained to Dubai Municipality

First time in Dubai on way back from Mediterranean cruise. Great time of year in March or early April. Wouldn't come in Summer though. Excellent manners & professional service staff but down to earth and always asking if we're satisfied and if they could do anything else for us at meal times or during room service. Range of food in Feast is excellent. Different menu daily in Club Lounge esp. during afternoon tea then Happy Hour. Ordering as much as you like during Happy Hour in Club Lounge negates the need to venture out to find a restaurant that caters for coeliacs. Extremely accommodating for people with dietary requirements in Club Lounge. Our heartfelt thanks to the Feast manager "Huney" who remembered our names the following day from hundreds of guests in the restaurant. Also many thanks & appreciation to the wonderful staff in Club Lounge including, but not limited to, Sylvia, Johana, Tristan & the courteous young lady at the desk who always stood up to greet us as we walked in. So respectful ! Also a shout out to Uyros, the Serbian hotel duty manager who took time out to talk with us for an hour whilst in the Club Lounge. Great conversationalist. Very proud of "his" hotel. Forgive us if the name, spelling or job title is incorrect. A modern hotel recently renovated to a high standard necessary to compete with hundreds of other hotels within close proximity. Great location to many local attractions and airport, either by metro or taxi. Great rate for 5 star hotel. It's the staff that makes a great hotel perfect. Stayed in King Suite with Club Lounge access for 7 nights.

Nothing. Wouldn't consider any other hotel after the experience we had there. We searched and looked at reviews for many, many hotels before booking the Sheraton Grand.

Excellent breakfast as you have choices from western, middle eastern, asia and continental. I like the idea that they provide fruits available for take away. Staff are super attentive from reception, housekeeping and in the restaurant. Everybody always try their best to fulfil our requests.

Since we were staying during full occupancy, it's better to get rooms in higher levels. If you are staying in lower floor, it will be a disaster because the lift is always full from the upper floor residents. Thus , going for breakfast is better during off peak hours (avoid 8-9.30am) Be super patient with the lift esp morning and afternoon peak hours.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The facilities were spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed — every detail seemed to be carefully considered for guest comfort. Whether it was the cozy rooms, the relaxing amenities, or the top-notch service, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely can’t fault a thing and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable getaway.

Breakfast was amazing; so many options and they had different sections- Asian, Arabic, continental, Indian, then bakery/pastry, yoghurts Rooms were lovely as well; modern vibe. The staff kept checking on us to make sure we were happy Also free parking despite being in downtown Dubai, excellent location too

The timing of the swimming pool on booking.com is wrong. It said was open till 12.30; went with kids at about 8.30 after a day out excited as that was the only day we could do only to find it closed at 7pm so that was quite disappointing! I am not sure why hotels close pools so early especially in hot countries like that!

My room had an interesting floor-to-ceiling city view onto a busy highway, but the sound insulation is excellent, so that no significant traffic noise was audible. Staff was exceedingly friendly and very international. Food prices are reasonable. The breakfast is close-to-perfect; for a full score the juices would need to be fresh (e.g., it does not pass what I would call “the orange juice test”). Lighting in many areas of the breakfast space is a bit dim. But this all should not distract from the fact that the quality and breadth of offerings are really exceptional, together with the very attentive staff. I also had a dinner via room service, and I was surprised by the generous portions and the quality overall (except for the tiramisu which still has a lot of improvement potential).

Check-in was a bit tedious; initially my room type was not available, and I was told that instead I would get a “great” room … which it was definitely not, looking straight into a wall of windows. This ended up being resolved, but after an intercontinental flight with late arrival it almost turned into a nightmare. However, the always friendly staff did manage to finally unearth a room that I was very happy with.

Superb breakfast! Room is big and comfortable, complimentary water in glass bottles, ice on request. Nice pool on the rooftop with restaurant and bar, and very tasty cuisine. Gym is big and good equipped. Staff is very helpful and friendly, all you need you can ask by phone and they bring all very quickly. Location is close to Dubai Mall and Burj Halifa, metro is 5 minutes walk.

It would be nice to have a dryer for swimming suit. And the pool close very early...at 7pm. And they ask you not to delay even 5 minutes...though the evening is the best time for swimming. No shuttle bus to the beach

Booking.com had not amended my booking correctly, even though I spoke with customer services rather than do the changes online myself. The hotel were unaware of my 24 hour earlier than expected arrival, therefore my original room was not available. The hotel staff went over and beyond to find a room for me with little or no notice, which showed how much the Sheraton team value your custom and loyalty as I had been to the hotel two months earlier. The hotel is presented beautifully.

sadly, the room I was given had little or no view and the tall building over the way and the direction the room faced made it feel dark with little or no natural light.

I really liked the hotel’s excellent location and accessibility. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures, the room service was impeccable, and the breakfast was exceptional. Overall, the property provided a great experience. The room had a great view, and the bed was very comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like was the absence of factory-sealed bottled water. The drinking water provided in the rooms was in bottles branded with the hotel’s name, which I personally didn’t prefer. I would have preferred factory-sealed water from a reputable brand instead.

Location is good, in room facilities are excellent, all day room service helps when you want the room to be done-up at different times of the day

The bathroom shower had water pressure issue, the shower head also appeared to have salt deposits making the water stream think and without force. One thing I really didn't like with this hotel is the lack of flexibility in last day check-out. They made me pay for the half day charges for delayed checkout by 3 hours.
