They couldn’t have been nicer - everyone was so lovely. It was my birthday and they gave us a birthday treat which made the stay so memorable and warm. The room was beautiful and they brought us extra pillows when we asked (we’re more used to memory foam). The bed was very comfortable and the curtains really kept the light in or out. Our view was beautiful. The shuttle was handy and it was nice to be away from the crowds (but you needed to factor in time on the boat to get to the middle of Venice).

Was sometimes hard to get hold of reception staff beforehand on the booking.com app or by email.

Everything…Beautiful, spacious well equipped hotel with an amazing roof top pool and bar with stunning views over Venice. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with an abundance of choice including a chocolate fountain! The beds were super comfy and all the staff extremely attentive and helpful. We also loved the peace and tranquillity of the location which is a free ten minute hotel boat ride away from the hustle and bustle of St Mark’s square…

The only draw back I can think of is the two hour maximum time at the pool and the need to get in line to book your time slot at 8 am - However, it wasn’t busy and we were allowed to stay a little longer.

Breakfast was chaotic - not enough tables or staff. Badly organised. Drinks excessively priced - 16 Euros for a spritz, 10 euros for a beer. Even by Venice standards this is ridiculous! Extra charge to use the hotel boat is absurd - difficult to travel without it. This is a new and unnecessary charge on top of already extortionate room rates. Needing to book the pool is another new idea which might suit your health and safety requirements but is unhelpful for guests. This is the main reason we stay here! ( Have been using this hotel for more than 15 years).

The hotel was a magnificent behemoth. The shuttle boat to the centre of Venice took less than 10 minutes. The breakfast (American) at €27 was fantastic. We had ours in the room as we wanted to watch the marine traffic pass by. We managed TWO meals from the breakfast ( we saved our yogurt and fruit plates in the room fridge) . The hotel facilities are very comprehensive and the staff was courteous and professional. Our room was an Executive King with view. The Alilaguna water bus will take you to and from the hotel's front door. Check the times to ensure it is available for a late arrival. Would I return? Emphatically yes!

What didn't I like? Not a lot frankly, the shower was adequate but not too powerful. I couldn't find a pen in the room to complete my breakfast order ( I know...if that's all I have to complain about🙂! )

An absolutely unforgettable stay – this hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth, elegant, and welcoming. The building itself is stunning, a beautifully restored historic mill on the Giudecca Island, with a perfect blend of Venetian charm and modern luxury. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with a beautiful view over the canal and city. Every detail was thought through. Hot water, strong water pressure, and a luxurious bathroom – no issues at all. Just comfort and calm. Breakfast was exceptional – a wide variety of fresh options, both hot and cold, from fresh pastries and fruits to made-to-order eggs and Italian coffee. And best of all, everything was served in the hotel itself, in a calm and elegant setting. Staff were professional, polite, and always helpful, from check-in to room service. The rooftop pool and bar are a must – the panoramic views of Venice are simply breathtaking. The location on Giudecca is peaceful, away from the busy tourist areas, but easily accessible by shuttle boat, which runs regularly and on time. If you're visiting Venice and want a stay that feels special, refined, and truly relaxing, Hilton Molino Stucky is worth every euro. I can't wait to come back.

Stunning one off location, private vaparetto was excellent. Rooms were great, very clean and comfortable beds. Fab breakfast with a massive choice.

The staff at check in didn't give us any general info on the facilities etc or explain where breakfast was etc despite there being no queue. In the sky bar they didn't open both sides for good views despite a lot of staff being on. For price a coffee machine in the room would be fairly standard but not available. Main bar were very unhappy with ordering a drink when you return from last vaparetto at circa 11.45pm which i feel is unreasonable for a hotel bar, particularly with the cost of rooms etc

Beautiful and luxurious hotel property, spacious and comfortable rooms and lavish breakfast.

Hotel is only accessible by ferry which involves additional cost and planning.
