The staff are very pleasant and always willing to help. The pool area is fun, especially the hot tub. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. There are daily deals in the sports bar, which are great. We enjoyed the wings :) You know what you're getting with Travelodge. Check in was also very easy.

The room smelt of feet quite strongly when we got there. Some things, like the creamer and the bath plug were missing from the room (though the staff were lovely and immediately replaced both when we asked). The pool was a little too cold with quite a lot of floating bits of dirt. It wasn't terrible though, and that could have just been that evening as a lot of people were using it.

Staff were amazing and were kind enough to give me a late check out (thank you!) when I had a 11pm train ride. The pool, spa and sauna was awesome, and room was clean and perfect for what I needed. The bus is a few minutes away that takes you downtown, and there's a supermarket nearby too. Great location and hotel! Would stay again.

The only negative I could say is the sustainability. I did stay here because it has a eco star rating, but there was unfortunately take away single use coffee cups in the rooms, and everything was single use at breakfast. I asked the reception for a reusable cup, however they didn't have any. Would love to see this updated :)

The staff was awesome! Niti, at the front desk was awesome, night manager Debby was fantastic and Sales Manager Suzanne Cave was great! We had an issue and it was dealt with promptly, courteously and effectively.

The restaraunt could have still been open instead of just a continental breakfast. The continental breakfast could have been available later than 10:30 weekdays and 11 on weekends. This strictly a personal thing as we were on vacation and liked to sleep late.

I appreciated the quick check in at the front desk. Having arrived late and tired, it was good when the front desk person could find our reservation and efficiently check us in. The breakfast bar provided a good start to our day with a few cold options. We were given a quiet room, as requested, away from potential traffic noise.

The hotel's esthetics need some attention. While renovations can be expensive, a fresh coat of paint would brighten the place up, as well as provide a new smell to the building. Also, having staff take their 'smoke break' right outside the main entrance was not the welcome that I was expecting.

Beautiful reception area and pool/hot tub was really nice and inviting, nicely decorated - skylights and plants.

We requested an accessible room, but initially given a room up a spiral staircase. Then, we were given a nice lower floor room that also opened to the pool area. When we returned on the second night, our keys didn't work. Took quite a while to find our info before we got new keys. Bathtub wouldn't drain properly... showered with several inches of water in the tub.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel like family—very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. A big thank you to the housekeeping team as well—they consistently checked in to make sure our sheets were clean and that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Great staff from the front desk and cleaning staff through to the manager. Everyone was super helpful. Liked the online check in, which made the process very smooth. Managed to change rooms when on the second night our 4 year old granddaughter had a sleepover! So accommodating. Loved the little nook with child-sized table and chairs near the pool where we coloured and painted. Kiddie pool was just right. A large sports bar with many TVs (Olympics were on) and pool tables was accessible through the front lobby.

Continental breakfast was pretty standard. We would have liked scrambled eggs and bacon added to the selection.

Clean room, helpful staff, free breakfast daily, wonderful pool, and hot tub sun room, secure and quiet hotel.

My vehicle was vandalized in the hotel parking lot at rear exit, near our room on night #2. Reported to security in the A.M at check out and they will review security cameras. They do have night inside and outside security rounds at this hotel. Unfortunate incident, likeky bored teens in the local area we figured.

Very good budget option. Always flawless check-in. Polite and friendly staff. The rooms are a bit outdated, but everything is kept meticulously clean by the great group of cleaners. Also the pool area is clean and well maintained compared to many more expensive hotels we have been to. The breakfast is basic, I still appreciate it as it is very convenient when traveling with kids. They have boiled eggs, waffles, toasts, cereal, yogurt apples, and bananas and few other regular continental breakfast options.

The room might get muggy, and the AC/heater looks obsolete. I'm not sure what quality air comes out of there. Also, many rooms have windows that face hallway, so there is no option of letting fresh air in from outside.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free continental breakfast is also very good with lots of variety and good coffee. The staff at the hotel is always friendly and accommodating and there is plenty of parking availability.

The particular room that was assigned to us had a small bathroom and it had a hardwood floor. Even so it was clean, I don't like hardwood floors and prefer carpet instead. I know from staying there many times, that other rooms in the hotel have bigger bathrooms and carpet on the floor,
