Clean room and linens. Comfy bed. Appreciate hardwood floor. Room seemed secure. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coupon for Applebees for breakfast. Parking was extra. This was explained on website and also explained at front desk. Room was inexpensive. Supper venue right beside hotel.

Twit next door in adjoining room tried to open door and I advised him to rethink his life choices. Sounded like he was driving the porcelain bus next morning. Coupon for Applebees was appreciated but their service was poor (understaffed) so having several venues to choose from would be great. The breakfast meal was fine, just expensive. Breakfast advertised but it is not in actual hotel, just coffee with edible oil product creamers. That is why you get a coupon. Parking cost almost as much as the inexpensive room but I understand the strategy to keep other venue parking out of the hotel lot. If attending a convention, some will let you leave your car in their lot and you walk to this hotel. Not far.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the Falls, the Casino, many restaurants and bars. Our room was large, and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a mini fridge as well. We went for one night, mid week, and the price was great (something one can rarely state in Niagara Falls, I’m afraid). The room was refurbished, the bathroom a bit dated, but it was clean. Honestly, if you go in with the appropriate expectations, and pick an off season midweek date, it really is good value. It’s certainly not high end, but it wasn’t expected to be. We came on the train so didn’t have to pay parking fees (but I understand those can be pricey). FYI the price we found was a fair bit cheaper through Booking, rather than the Wyndham website.

Nothing…it was all as expected.

We enjoyed the 3-floor small building that is economical to book. Customer service was very friendly and helpful; the area was very safe; the room was comfy, clean, warm, big, and had enough privacy to stay. The main entrance to the food area, like the coffee/tea machine is in in good condition and accurate for people like us who are arriving on cold days.

- The outdoor pool is closed for the season. - I hope that shortly there will be an indoor pool. - I am disappointed to be charged two times; One from Canary (online) that cost me $150, and another payment of $150 from the hotel. The $150 represents any further damage during my stay.

The front staff were awesome! Very friendly, very helpful. Unfortunately there is no breakfast provided, but there is always coffee and tea available at the front. And lots of smiles! The coupons for breakfast discount at Applebee's was greatly appreciated!

Towels are changed every 3 days, which I understand re: laundry restrictions. We were provided one facecloth which was to be used by 2 people for three days. Our room was cleaned every 3 days, which was not acceptable to me as the garbage, etc. can pile up in 3 days. We had a coffee pot in our room with 2 packs of coffee and that was replenished on the 3rd day. I feel a quick daily check would be preferable with garbage, etc. emptied and coffee/tea replenished and toilet paper replenished as needed.

Close to attractions and the falls. There is a free ice vending machine. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They grant our request to be booked in a room that needs no elevator to get into since we have 6 luggage. They even gave us loads of toothpaste when we requested. They also accept cash as security deposit which we prefer.

Air condition unit needs upgrading. It is functional but you can tell from one look that it is so old.

We were upgraded from the Days Inn to the Hilton after I called in to confirm our late arrival that evening. The hotel upgrade was nice and the location was convenient to get to the attractions around Niagra Falls.

We ended up having to pay for overnight parking which I wasn't expecting. I opted for the cheaper off-site, hotel owned lot a few blocks away. There was a shuttle but the walk wasn't too bad. It would have been nice to know about the paid parking ahead of time.

The staff were lovely, location was good. The maintenance folks were puttering about fixing things, cleaning staff was cheerful and helpful. It was good to see an establishment being cared for. The front desk ladies, Susan especially, were very nice, polite and seemed to genuinely like their jobs.

The veiw from our rooms, 204 and 206 wasn't great. My kids thought it was the border or a prison 😏. The rooms needed some work, but the sort of thing that's only really appearant if you spend the night or use the toilet/shower etc. It's been a rough few years, it's good to see businesses building up again.

The beds themselves were quite comfortable. Rooms were clean, and smelled fresh and clean. Liked the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower, very convenient and the size are good to have. The location is great. The pool area was nice. Parking should be included in the price of the room.

Could use new pillows and a small microwave would have been great. Also a towel rack in the bathroom would have been practical to dry our towels. And a small shelf over the toilet for more space. The coffee cups were poor quality especially in the lobby. Had coffee in the cup for less than 5 mins and the bottom of cup almost gave way.

I was upgraded to the Hilton, which was a pleasant surprise 😮. So my rating is for Hilton. It was close to everything, the room was good, staff were great 👍 👌 😀. I loved my stay ❤️.

Didn't like that I had to pay per clothing for laundry. So went to a laundry mat close by. Got to see out of the Niagara hub. So, there was a sliver lining. Bad become a good 👍. .

Very clean, very quiet. Comfortable beds. The refrigerator was cold, unlike most mini fridges. The cleaning staff were excellent. I would definitely give it 5 stars with the understanding that I would never expect a Days Inn to have the elegance of a hotel like the Phoenix Park in DC but for what it is it was fantastic.

No lobby to speak of. Just a small room. Check in was chaotic, but that was probably due to the eclipse rush. As the hotel was in the middle of the block crossing the 4 lane street was fun. Attached to the hotel was a defunct car park , not the most attractive sight.
