Front of house are exceptional especially Abishekh - great friendly and very helpful. Staff were all really good expect pool bar as they were quite abrupt with menu options for kids. Rooms cleaned well and housekeeping were all fantastic. Really impressed with this hotel overall just pricey and had to pay for additional bed as room couldn’t accommodate 2 adults 2 kids even though booking said it would

Spa staff were unfortunately also unhelpful - the reception staff were ok but they messed my booking time up for my massage by 30 mins then the therapist was late overall by 50mins. Her English was poor she didn’t understand that I was cold and I asked for their to warm the oil or the room or add blankets as I had fulll body massage: massage was good but could not enjoy as was soo cold. Also took time for steam and sauna to heat up which wasn’t good and floor very slippery when wet which is dangerous.

1) Hotel rooms are spacious. 2) The hotel & its facilities are luxurious. 3) The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. 4) Don't worry about parking... There are plenty of parking slots available 24/7. 5) I recommend booking your stay at this hotel early for an unforgettable experience & a great price.

1) The breakfast was varied and delicious, but during my stay, the bakery items took the biggest portion of the breakfast items. 2) My booking included a city view, but unfortunately, I didn't get it ... I don't know what happened exactly, but it was peak season & hotel rooms were almost fully booked.

We came her for our honeymoon and opted for half board which suited our holiday plans. Both breakfast and dinner were to a good standard albeit somewhat repetitive. Good choice of meat and non-veg options. We really loved the different salads every day- really tasteful and flavoursome. Great size room with lovely modern decor and excellent staff. Location was really good with easy accessibility to 2 metro stops/ easily get a taxi on the TaxiF app to main attractions (stadiums/ malls/ museums/ souq/ corniche/ mosques etc.) Very grand entrance, and clean hotel. Nice spa facility (access has to be paid separately to the hotel booking). Special Mentions! A very special mention to our house keeper Siraj- he was very good at his job, so polite, so accommodating and very sweet. He was exceptional throughout our stay...management: he deserves a bonus!! Another special mention to Esperanza, one of the restaurant waitresses who was very welcoming, attentive and over the course of our stay always took care of us at dinner.

Shower water kept leaking under the door into the rest of the bathroom. Relatively small pool- the sun beds were almost always taken; no indoor pool. Breakfast is the same everyday so can get repetitive when staying more than few days; even though there is enough choice of food.

I had a negative experience with receptionist Dina. I hope that she will show more respect towards customers, their needs, and follow instructions properly in the future. On a positive note, the manager helped resolve the situation and ensured that everything was sorted out.

Excellent amenities , fabolous hotel, 10/10 the staff were great , the cleaning staff were amazing, we had fresh towels everyday, everything was clean and tidy, the toilet experience was fantastic especially coming from the UK. I loved the segregation of facilities such as the Jacuzzi, steam room and Sauna. The food was good - both in quantity and quality. They facilitated my needs when I requested for adjoining rooms. Main events such as football matches were played upstairs in the A La Carte restaurant which was a great experience.

The only downside is that there was no dental kit provided in the rooms and no bathrobe.

Great size room, bathrooms facilities very high standard, pool very nice, gym was good as hotel gyms go. Shout out to the chef! Food was amazing! dubious about all inclusive, however it was amazing.

Better service needed at roof top pool to order food and drinks. Teas and coffees need to be served in the morning. Nobody wants to que 10 minutes in a 5 star hotel for there drink

The hotel is well located, very near to the airport and the old Doha and well connected. Rooms are well equipped, clean and comfy. Breakfast is delicious with ample variety of western, arab and even asiatic style options. The gem of the food (which in overall is delicious) offered either on the restaurant or room service is the bread, the german baker does show what bread should be and it is really nice to have fresh bretzels available everyday. Pool area is nice and in general services are outstanding as well as the facilities. They offer 24/7 room service with a wide range of options for everybody.

Room service was confusing, either it is done periodically or daily but it needs the visual alarm set before you leave the room, that is, if you forget it, then it won't be done. I think it was the only thing that was not on the same fashion as the hotel in general.

Our experience as soon as we arrived was great! Checking in was easy and relaxing in the very comfortable lobby, refreshing drinks were available as well, they have free valet parking so we didn’t have to worry about finding a spot in the underground parking area (you can however park yourself if you wish). We arrived well before our checkin time, however they were very accommodating and since our room was already cleaned they let us check in early. Breakfast was amazing with a very good spread! We even had dinner in their restaurant on two occasions and the food and service were very nice! The staff at the restaurant made us feel at home.

Certain things need attention, like the maintenance of the rooms. We had a faucet that was not working properly, although it was fixed as soon as we mentioned it.
