Brilliant staff, esecially Tykhoh who greeted us so well on arrival and was really helpful. Loved the view from our room on 12th floor. Great to have English TV too. Enjoyed each night in the bar and in the roof garden. Staff in the bar were very friendly. Found drinks a little expensive but as it was our anniversary, we did push the boat out and enjoyed a couple of amazing coctails.

The location on the edge off Amsterdam was good on a previous visit but since they have dug up parts of the tramway, it is not so easy to get into town. Nobody in the hotel seemed to know about this and we were constantly finding it hard to get back in the dark.

This is my third or fourth stay here. It's a very convenient location for me when I visit my son who lives nearby. However the no.13 tram stop is 5mins walk away and takes you to the city centre.. The hotel shuttle to the airport is a good price. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The rooftop bar gives a great view of the city. Rembrantpark is just across the road.

My only quibble is with the tea and coffee making equipment in the room. It's a coffee pod machine and I use the hot water function to make tea but it always has a taste of coffee. The provision of a small kettle would solve this easily. Also some milk as well as coffee creamer would be good. The safe in my room was not working on arrival due to low battery and wasn't fixed during my stay despite mentioning it twice to staff. Minor issues that didn't spoil my stay.

Price quality is quite good, nice room and there is a possibility for breakfast and/or parking space if you pay extra. It nice to be close to the Rembrandtpark and it was quiet and comfortable and all amenities were present.

We decided to go for breakfast which was until 11, however its a pity that you then pay that price and if you come at 10:15 you already feel that not everything is filled up again. So we basically paid 21 EUR for bread and cheese and juice and coffee... all more cpecial things like pancakes were already out... thats a pity At the check out the guy was a bit too over motivated to make me post a review when I said that we enjoyed our stay.. I dont like to be pressured, he almost ticked the 5 stars in on my phone...

The location is very nice, a good break from the busy, crowded city center. I loved that it's situated right by Rembrandtpark so it's very silent at night. You feel like you're staying at a hotel in the woods. The breakfast buffet add-on was totally worth it, even though it's the same items every day there's a large variety of items offered. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms facing the east have an incredible view of the city. It's very nice that they have a water fountain in the lobby to fill up your bottle - must've saved a small fortune on not having to purchase water throughout my stay (you know how Americans love and value staying hydrated). The 13 train is less than 5 minutes away and takes you right into city center, with some other stops before the center that get you right into some of the other big attractions.

The process to schedule cleaning was inconsistent, I'd request cleaning the night before and it wouldn't happen sometimes. Wished the gym was better equipped. Room was slightly on the smaller side, but not a major issue. Layout of room was a bit weird because the bathroom door would block the front door if you opened it - unable to keep the bathroom door open to let it ventilate. Wished the shower was better designed so you don't get the floor wet every time you take a shower.

Room and shower room well appointed and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Good that we could check in and check out online - although we preferred to do this in person. The hotel was quite far out and it took a while to work out the best bus and tram service to use. Tea and coffee making facilities and ironing facilities in room. Great views from rooms.

All info was on TV or got from staff - no paper at all. Safe available, but no instructions with it and not available on the services page on the TV. No plug was provided for basin, although you could probably ask for one. Shower would be improved with rail to help in and out as the shower floor was rather smooth. Very little criticism to make.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the last two years, so knew it very well. The staff on the Reception desk are always very friendly and efficient. The rooms are generally comfortable and if the room faces the Rembrandtpark, usually quiet. Rooms on the other sides of the hotel can be affected by road noise.

We feel that the parking charge is too high and that a reduction should be offered for hotel guests, particularly when staying for several nights. Our room (1206) was generally quiet, but there was some noise from the lift shafts and machinery. We felt that there were definite signs of cost cutting. The room seemed very 'sparse', with the absolute minimum of stuff provided. On our arrival, there were only small towels provided and no face cloths. This did improve after the room was cleaned following the third night.

The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The hotel has pretty much everything you need right there. It's also very quiet if you get the side facing the park with a beautiful view over the city (it may be an extra, though). There are also several different tram lines and a metro station within reach, if you don't mind walking 10 or 15 mins

Air conditioning in our room was unruly, and our room heated up to 26C by the morning. None of the settings and buttons seemed to work

We stayed at Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark for 4 nights at the Deluxe Queen Room with the panoramic view on the 15th floor and we absolutely loved it. The room was really spacious for two people and had a massive bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The big comfy bed was also a highlight. The staff was super friendly and did everything to make our stay perfect, especially since we were there for Valentine's day, they provided a superb service!

The only negative point would be the parking fees, even if 30€ per day is very affordable for Amsterdam compared to other hotels, public parkings, etc. but it would still be nice to get a discount for hotel guests in general or for longer stays at the hotel.
