Brilliant staff, esecially Tykhoh who greeted us so well on arrival and was really helpful. Loved the view from our room on 12th floor. Great to have English TV too. Enjoyed each night in the bar and in the roof garden. Staff in the bar were very friendly. Found drinks a little expensive but as it was our anniversary, we did push the boat out and enjoyed a couple of amazing coctails.

The location on the edge off Amsterdam was good on a previous visit but since they have dug up parts of the tramway, it is not so easy to get into town. Nobody in the hotel seemed to know about this and we were constantly finding it hard to get back in the dark.

This is my third or fourth stay here. It's a very convenient location for me when I visit my son who lives nearby. However the no.13 tram stop is 5mins walk away and takes you to the city centre.. The hotel shuttle to the airport is a good price. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The rooftop bar gives a great view of the city. Rembrantpark is just across the road.

My only quibble is with the tea and coffee making equipment in the room. It's a coffee pod machine and I use the hot water function to make tea but it always has a taste of coffee. The provision of a small kettle would solve this easily. Also some milk as well as coffee creamer would be good. The safe in my room was not working on arrival due to low battery and wasn't fixed during my stay despite mentioning it twice to staff. Minor issues that didn't spoil my stay.

🌟 Review for Booking.com: This hotel is absolutely wonderful! It was my second time staying here and once again, everything was perfect. The room had an amazing view, everything was spotless, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was charming and full of flowers. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – a special thanks to Ms. Flora at the reception, who was extremely friendly and supportive during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future!

The only downside was the hotel’s location — it was quite difficult to access the city center, which was really inconvenient. Also, there was no fridge or even a bottle of water in the room, which was disappointing and uncomfortable, especially after a long day out.

A Truly Memorable Stay at Leonardo Hotel Rembrandt Park, Amsterdam Our time at Leonardo Hotel Rembrandt Park was one of the highlights of our trip to Amsterdam. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The customer service stood out right away. We were kindly given a free room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise. Even more touching was what they did for my mum—they had arranged balloons in her room for her birthday, which made her day and meant a lot to all of us. It’s the little thoughtful things like that which make a stay feel special. The dining experience was wonderful—the food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive without ever being overbearing. It felt like they really wanted us to enjoy our time there, and we truly did. After full days of sightseeing and taking in all the beauty Amsterdam has to offer, coming back to the hotel felt like a treat in itself. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the beds were cosy! Having such a lovely place to return to each night made our whole trip even more enjoyable. It wasn’t just a place to stay—it was part of what made the experience so memorable. We're already talking about coming back.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Quiet, despite being under the flight path from Schiphol. Plenty of space in room. Good views. Park opposite just right for healthy walk.

Lighting inadequate. though reading light in bed was good. no comfortable chair to sit and read. Air con only worked when room key was in the slot. So when out all day the room was unbearably hot in the evening. No kettle. Coffee machine made hot water very very very slowly! The tram I was expecting to use from Hotel to centre was not working - not hotels fault but it would have been helpful to have known that before booking, as it obviously is a long term project.

We have stayed before and chose to return. It’s a large hotel, slightly away from centre of Amsterdam. Staff are v friendly and upgraded us. We were on 14th floor with amazing views. Room is large and bed is v comfortable. Coffee capsules and coffee machine.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but the room is dated. carpets need replacing (preferably with a wooden floor) as there is a damp smell when entering room. There is no complimentary water left in room- however ice/water is provided on 11th floor and reception. We requested a clean on the 3rd day - glasses were left unclean and desk were left dirty. There are no complimentary extras in bathroom just one bottle of soap. Basin was blocked and took ages for water to go down.

The location was quite good, one can comfortably reach the centre within half an hour with the public transport - the tram stop is only a few minutes away on foot and tickets are either sold inside or one can just tap in and out with the bank card. The facilitates in the hotel were extremely comfortable, it is very rare to be able to sleep sooo good in a hotel room! It was also quiet and clean - one should order housekeeping service extra though.

Most of the staff were friendly and nice, upon arrival we were not welcomed by a very friendly one though, the parking was closed and he failed to validate our parking ticket which was paid in advance - eventually it was not a problem but it was accompanied by a grimace which did not make us feel welcomed and free to ask questions regarding the stay. The room was booked as triple room, but prepared as a double one, which lead to further grimacing by the same staff member, luckily there was another very decent and helping staff member on duty who helped us with the extra bed.

The smart tv with Netflix was a treat! I loved the kingsize bed, and the view. The restaurant on the 17th floor has a great view, the meals were overpriced (dry chicken). Breakfast was pretty standard, quite busy at the time they indicated it should be less busy.

I called to ask for an early checkin, and the lady on the phone kept interrupting me and wouldn't listen. When I went in early to have a bite to eat before checking in, I asked the front desk if I could get some lunch whilst I waited. She pointed vaguely in the direction of a muffinstand. Not mentioning the restaurant in the building. Of course, I found the restaurant eventually, but it seemed disinterested and a bit lazy of her not to give me a complete overview of the food options. The lady on the phone and the front desk were the same person.

This was my 4th stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for me as I am visiting my son, who lives nearby. Normally, tram 13 into the centre works well, but there are route works which I had to navigate o arrival at Centraal Station, but this was not a real problem. The shuttle bus to the airport is very much appreciated. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and restaurant provide stunning views of the city.

The hairdryer in my room was broken and clearly had been for some time and should have been replaced prior to my arrival. A replacement was provided after 2 requests. As I have previously fed back, the coffee machines in the rooms do not allow you to make a cup of tea that doesn't taste of coffee. A small kettle instead, please 🙏

The staff on the rooftop were absolutely great, one of them helped me to venture out to the rooftop as he calmed my anxiety down.I wish I could remember his name.

When I needed help with a Taxi the concierge said I need to use their taxi and it cost's more ?? I think the hotel needs to run a courtesy trip to the centre in the morning and a pick up in the afternoon . The breakfast buffet was sooo busy some mornings, there was not enough food....we paid an had scrambled egg and beans o toast as that's was what there was left....we paid when we ate and so glad we didn't pay for breakfast upfront. 2 people in a room need 2 suitcase racks!
