Location is amazing 5 mins walk from Green Square station, 1 stop away from central! Might want to avoid rush hour though as many travel to and from work & train is on airport line! Breakfast in the downstairs cafe is not only convenient but super tasty!

When requesting for house keeping, the beds were not made and very little vacuuming was done. Make sure to also leave your bins outside as they did not clear ours out despite the “tidy” door sign left out front. Washing machines were convenient but as there’s only 2 washers / 2 dryers, it was being used for most of our stay.

The hotel has a distinctly masculine interior design, with clean and spacious rooms. The location is excellent – directly connected by train both to the airport (10 minutes) and to central Sydney (Museum, Circular Quay, around 15 minutes). Overall, very good value for money.

One serious downside was the payment process. The hotel declined our credit card on Booking.com and asked us to pay through a direct link sent by email. When we called the hotel to understand whether this request was legitimate, they confirmed but also stated that if we didn’t pay, they would cancel our booking, explicitly noting that our rate was much lower than the current price. This phone call was unpleasant and raised concerns about the reliability of the hotel.

I liked that the room itself is clean, and the hot shower is really perfect. The location is superb, it is just 2 stations away from the airport (about 15-18 mins train), and a few stations away from the central, but i still like it because it is not far away from New Town and there is a direct bus to Coogee. The thing I wish the property could improve was providing international travel adapter, drinking water and please note the hotel is not sheltered along the way to the train station although it is a short distance walk but you definitely need an umbrella on a rainy day.

Excellent location - handy to Green Square train station, Woolworths, restaurants and cafes. 24/7 reception area - unique G-wagon desk ;) Lovely modern rooms, clean facilities. Great products in the rooms - Nespresso pods, 'who gives a crap' tissues and toilet paper and lovely soap and hand cream products. Great having a cafe downstairs - pity it's not open at dinner time. Offered free late checkout due to arriving home late one night. Held our bags after check out. Nothing was a problem for reception staff. Overall - great stay - highly recommend.

The room was extremely clean and we were given everything we needed such as cutlery, pots, towels, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies. The staff were so attentive and moved our room to the lower floor due to me not being be to go in the lift. We didn’t get thier names but it was to two staff working around 7pm on the 30th April - they were amazing and we are so thankful for thier help. The hotel was a 2 minute walk from the train line which is 10 mins into city centre and 7 mins to the airport!

We liked the size of the room and the modern decor. The greeting from the staff was welcoming, informative and efficient. We had coffee at the coffee shop on the ground floor while we waited for our room to be ready at check in time. We were given great local information from the duty managers about dining and transport options. We really liked the kitchenette facilities in the room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

We tried to watch Netflix but this option wasn’t operating and that was a little disappointing. This option would certainly improve the stay beyond its already high standard.

Even tough is not in the city center we loved the location as it was really close to the train station, that offer you easily access to trains towards CBD and airport. The room was big and didn't miss anything. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel had a bar at the ground floor and a restaurant which were really useful. The bathroom was big as well and well equipped

The room was cleaned every 2 days which is really acceptable, but the cleaning was not done as expected. We had some empty bottles that were visible stored that were not taken. The garbage bins are a bit small. But overall this was not something that would make us feel uncomfortable.

The location was excellent. It was conveniently situated near the train station, a supermarket, and several nice cafes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The price was very affordable, and the room was perfectly suitable for a short stay

While the room was comfortable, there were a few minor issues. Although a coffee machine was provided, the cups were missing. The bedside table was too small and occupied by a large phone, leaving no space for personal items. Despite the spacious toilet, there was a lack of adequate storage. Limited hangers and no shelf space made it difficult to place toiletries. A small bench in the bathroom would have been very useful

The staffs were attentive, and helpful, everything went smoothly. The room was neat and tidy. The bathroom was big. It located in a peaceful neighborhood with nice restaurants nearby and the supermarket. It was very convenient just a few walk to the Green Square Station. The cafe was great with good food and coffee.

The garbage bin was too small. And the carpet was a bit dusty. It was unclear about the cleaning conditions. We were informed later that the room would be cleaned every two days. We don’t mind using the same towels for the stay if there’s a proper towel rack to use. And the coffee capsule should be refilled everyday.

A very pleasant surprise. Close to Sydney/ airport/restaurants. We booked as we had a wedding at The Grounds of Alexandria (another amazing, magical place). Staff at reception (which is a car facade) we’re exceptional. There’s a self serve bar to chill out and a restaurant that opens at 8am. Green Square is cosmopolitan with gorgeous open green areas. Restaurants everywhere had fantastic options. Basically you can walk everywhere or the rail station is 2 minutes away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved it!
