It was really clean. The people were so nice and helpful. It was so close the airport with a shuttle for 2 euros.

Breakfast was so poor and the shuttle can be free. Also the room is so small without even water and refrigerator. It would be good to have coffee machine as well

Absolutely nothing wrong with the property, it’s just as in the pictures. Rooms are of average size for the price, and it’s right next to the airport. The shuttle does cost 2 euro and the shuttle makes its round every 20 minutes. There are tons of vending machines inside the hotel, albeit to the pricier side. Staff were very nice and welcoming.

The restaurant is a bit pricey, granted it’s a buffet, but 22-23 euro for the “light” menu which includes mostly deli meats and salads and 30 euro for the full menu that actually includes the proper warm options is a tad to the expensive side, the food was good though.

I liked the convenience of staying very near the airport for my flight the next day. The shuttle service was very comfortable and a great way to get to the airport for someone who has heavy luggage (therefore walking to the airport would be difficult). I also liked the close proximity of the Botica metro station which is only a four minute walk. This is what I took to get to Porto city center in half an hour.

It is definitely very walkable to and from the airport unless one has heavy luggage they must drag over cobblestone streets, then it becomes a bit challenging. And yes, it might take around 5-10 minutes to walk to and from the airport but again, if someone had heavy luggage with them I would strongly suggest booking the hotel's airport shuttle for 4 euros.

Given a room upgrade, larger than one booked, had tea/coffee making facilities and bathroom toiletries. All rooms have liquid soap and shampoo, air con and double, double glazing for super quiet stay. Big, comfortable bed. Breakfast really good choices, hot and cold drinks, hot and cold food, plenty of choice, plenty of clean tables. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good atmosphere with TV showing morning news with subtitles-muted so not intrusive. Very convenient location, walking distance to airport and a few restaurants (although the hotel offers breakfast, lunch and dinner). Comfortable bar area serving drinks and vending machines for snacks and soft drinks.

Good value and convenient place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. Comfortable bed, small but clean bathroom. Reception staff was really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty and had non-dairy options.

The airport shuttle that is offered is not reliable, unfortunately. I was counting on it (since I arrived alone after dark), messaged beforehand and was given instructions on how to proceed once I arrived. After calling a few times trying to get through, I was told it was not available. As a female solo traveller, its the kind of thing we like to be able to rely on for safety, or at least be able to plan for in advance. So just be mindful of this if you book - otherwise, a good stay.

The room was quiet no air traffic noise at all considering how close to the airport.

.However there is no noise reduction between the room and the hallway. And a big crew from a plane we're located directly across from me, and we're noisy in the hallway. Given that I had to go to sleep early around 7:00 p.m. and wake up at 3:00 a.m. this was a little bit disconcerting but overall the room was acceptable. The boxed breakfast was a bit disappointing. The only fresh fruit was a sharp tasting apple, and an overabundance of carbs. The sandwich that was offered had one piece of meat and one piece of cheese no butter on the bun in any way. A small juice box offered some refreshment but that was about it I had to throw most of it out. I kept a few of the cookies for travel.

The walk was very easy from the airport and back again the next morning. There was a garden to walk through! The room was very efficient and clean -- wish all rooms were laid out as nicely as this one was for a quick stay. The staff was friendly and helpful -- their instruction on how to walk from the airport alleviated any concerns I had about walking to the hotel. The buffet dinner was OK -- a bit over priced, but there was nothing else closely.

I would have preferred a restaurant with a menu, but that was a minor flaw.

An airport hotel that really was close to an airport! (5 minutes walk or a 2 Euro shuttle). Breakfast was served from 4.30am for those with early flights unlike most other 'airport' hotels I've stayed in -- a buffet with lots of choice and reasonable at 9.5 Euros. Dinner in the hotel was quite economical (25 Euros for a full buffet) and there was lots of choice and the food was generally of a good standard. The hotel was quite well sound-proofed so take-offs were barely audible and a nearby busy road ditto.

The location is perfect, and the service is excellent. It’s situated just 5 minutes from the airport, making it ideal for a break between flights or for late-night or early-morning arrivals and departures from Porto Airport. The room is very comfortable, with absolutely no noise from outside, and the bed and pillow are quite cozy.

The breakfast is very good with several options. However, I would suggest including some choices for people with allergies or intolerances, particularly with the pastries. Offering sugar-free or fresh juices, at least from one type of fruit, or providing the option to squeeze fresh fruit, could be an appealing alternative. I would also recommend including toothpaste among the amenities. Lastly, keeping the prices below 100 euros would make the stay more budget-friendly, especially considering that these are typically short, transit stays, which would better align with the value-for-money ratio.

No electricity plugs by the beds, only on the table so if you want to use your phone in bed while is charging, not possible. Asked the help of the staff at the reception to let me cancel the booking and re book via a link provided by the airline that cancelled my flight and rebooked for the following day, if he accepted I would have the stay for free but he denied it so I had to pay it. Staff should make exceptions sometimes to help guests in trouble…
