It was really clean. The people were so nice and helpful. It was so close the airport with a shuttle for 2 euros.

Breakfast was so poor and the shuttle can be free. Also the room is so small without even water and refrigerator. It would be good to have coffee machine as well

It is an airport hotel so unlikely anyone will stay more than 1 or 2 nights. Our room was compact but well laid out, room for 2 suitcases on the stand, a small table and two seats, compact but functional bathroom. Our room was very clean and it was quiet at the rear of the hotel. We opted for breakfast at €10.50 each and it was reasonable, the usual stuff. No muesli or decent cereal, but plenty of fresh fruit, hot food and bread. For dinner we ate at nearby restaurant Tomar de Sal which was excellent.

Not sure what the point of on-line check-in is, we still needed to produce our passports at check-in.

This hotel is just across from the airport and you can easily walk there from the airport terminal. Porto airport is nicely landscaped so it's a pleasant walk and there are footpaths for the purpose. After spending a week in hostels, this was the first room I had just for myself. It was comfy with a good shower. For anyone concerned about aircraft noise, there was none as my window had two sets of double glazed panels. I hadn't pre-booked the breakfast but decided to go down and pay for it. There was a good selection of food including bacon, scrambled eggs, cereal, croissants, also a good selection of drinks from the machines.

We spent a night at this hotel during the blackout in Portugal. The hotel staff managed the check-ins well despite the chaos, but the situation with food was a complete disaster. Imagine arriving as a foreigner in a country where there’s no electricity, ATMs are down, you have no cash, and everywhere only accepts cash payments. You couldn’t have dinner anywhere. Your five-year-old child is hungry. You finally reach the hotel, hoping at least there you would be taken care of. But no — they demanded cash only and didn’t even consider offering a simple meal, at least for the children. In moments like these, true unity and human kindness are tested. Unfortunately, neither the hotel nor the country showed it that day. Learn from Ukrainians.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the property, it’s just as in the pictures. Rooms are of average size for the price, and it’s right next to the airport. The shuttle does cost 2 euro and the shuttle makes its round every 20 minutes. There are tons of vending machines inside the hotel, albeit to the pricier side. Staff were very nice and welcoming.

The restaurant is a bit pricey, granted it’s a buffet, but 22-23 euro for the “light” menu which includes mostly deli meats and salads and 30 euro for the full menu that actually includes the proper warm options is a tad to the expensive side, the food was good though.

I liked the convenience of staying very near the airport for my flight the next day. The shuttle service was very comfortable and a great way to get to the airport for someone who has heavy luggage (therefore walking to the airport would be difficult). I also liked the close proximity of the Botica metro station which is only a four minute walk. This is what I took to get to Porto city center in half an hour.

It is definitely very walkable to and from the airport unless one has heavy luggage they must drag over cobblestone streets, then it becomes a bit challenging. And yes, it might take around 5-10 minutes to walk to and from the airport but again, if someone had heavy luggage with them I would strongly suggest booking the hotel's airport shuttle for 4 euros.

Staff : Francesca was awesome, Helpful, efficient and gave us great recommendations on what to do and where to go for our needs. Hotel : they let us in earlier than check in time bcs they have rooms available. While waiting for the room, they had a safe , clean and spacious room with lock to guard our luggage with individual tags. The lobbly has many sitting corners with nice, pleasant looking sofas and chairs to rest while waiting . And the hotel is newly built so all the appliances in the bathroom are sparkling clean and modern. Overall it exceeds my expectation for the price.

Given a room upgrade, larger than one booked, had tea/coffee making facilities and bathroom toiletries. All rooms have liquid soap and shampoo, air con and double, double glazing for super quiet stay. Big, comfortable bed. Breakfast really good choices, hot and cold drinks, hot and cold food, plenty of choice, plenty of clean tables. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good atmosphere with TV showing morning news with subtitles-muted so not intrusive. Very convenient location, walking distance to airport and a few restaurants (although the hotel offers breakfast, lunch and dinner). Comfortable bar area serving drinks and vending machines for snacks and soft drinks.

Everything catered for, nothing could be improved.

Good value and convenient place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. Comfortable bed, small but clean bathroom. Reception staff was really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty and had non-dairy options.

The airport shuttle that is offered is not reliable, unfortunately. I was counting on it (since I arrived alone after dark), messaged beforehand and was given instructions on how to proceed once I arrived. After calling a few times trying to get through, I was told it was not available. As a female solo traveller, its the kind of thing we like to be able to rely on for safety, or at least be able to plan for in advance. So just be mindful of this if you book - otherwise, a good stay.

The room was quiet no air traffic noise at all considering how close to the airport.

.However there is no noise reduction between the room and the hallway. And a big crew from a plane we're located directly across from me, and we're noisy in the hallway. Given that I had to go to sleep early around 7:00 p.m. and wake up at 3:00 a.m. this was a little bit disconcerting but overall the room was acceptable. The boxed breakfast was a bit disappointing. The only fresh fruit was a sharp tasting apple, and an overabundance of carbs. The sandwich that was offered had one piece of meat and one piece of cheese no butter on the bun in any way. A small juice box offered some refreshment but that was about it I had to throw most of it out. I kept a few of the cookies for travel.
