The hotel is pretty modern, close to the beach and has a great staff. Our room with balcony was oceanfront and very quiet. There is a swimming pool next to the lobby. Bathroom with nice hot shower. We had a great buffet style breakfast included. WiFi signal worked quite well, a rarity for the other 5 hotels we stayed in Puerto Rico. There are dinning possibilities nearby but we did not like the loud music (very common for boricuas) so we opted for La Cabana, about a 10 minute walk.

Parking area can get crowded and is a little difficult to navigate.

Coffee was lukewarm and expresso type coffee. Could not drink cold coffee. Really need to have a drip type coffee available. I enjoy a hot cup of coffee every morning . Had to go out and get one everyday. Very noisy rooms on the beach side. Rooms are adequate just beware that you are looking at 1970 style. Shower had water going on the floor due to the poor European style single glass door. No room around the sink. Again great sleeping accommodations just not roomy

The room was clean, balcony view looks nice. Great location to stay outside of old city yet being a 15 min drive to a ferry terminal to take you to old city just for $.50. Free parking is a bonus. The staff was very friendly and helping

Hotel is located next to a busy street and you literally cannot go to sleep without ear plugs. Pool is not available being under construction, and is not contributing to the sea view. Breakfast only has 2 hot dishes - scramble and bacon.

Night manager real polite and helpful. Rest of the staff was cordial.

Thought it would be nice being so close to the beach to leave the balcony door open to hear the waves. But, the locals raced their motorcycles past all night. And closing the door and windows made negligible difference.

The location is nice since it’s close to numerous great restaurants like La Cabana and The Catch. The free breakfast was pretty good and the staff were always willing to provide amenities at a moment’s notice. There’s also free parking and the staff was extremely accommodating. In fact, they made my stay better given the deficiencies. They deserve huge raises.

where do I start. I chose this hotel based on the pictures. Its in front of the beach, which made it charming. However, what the pictures don’t show is that there’s a major highway in between the beach and the hotel. The vehicles can be quite loud and, as a result, I would be woken up around 6am. The bed was also uncomfortable and there are numerous pigeons on the balcony. The staff offered to move us but there’s no escaping the car sounds. The parking is very tight so beware if you have a rental. There were also parties on Friday and Saturday that made it difficult to sleep.

Very nice welcome at check in, helpful people, very caring, extremely happy with that. This is what I call extreme good service. No nonsense, no fake, just helping with the things that matter. Explanations, billing, room key, late check in help, everything made simple and cool. Very important to receive such a welcome, makes me feel at home.

Breakfast is atrocious. American breakfast, can only be worse if it is made English breakfast. Puerto Rico is an island full of good food. No reason to make breakfast so disgusting and factory standard.

Really just stay here at night time didn’t get to try the pool but it was right off the main road so it made it very easy to go back and forth to San Juan beds were comfortable place was clean people were nice

I could hear all the cars drive by the hotel, I understand that you are located next to the road, but a little soundproofing of lower rooms should be considered.

By the time that I visit the location, the pool wasn't working. It was under construction.

There is always room for improvement. Bathroom it was too small.

The pool have a Crain chair for easy access to the elderly or who ever have some problems getting in or out of the pool. That’s for me is amazing, that the hotel think for those who might have some limitations still can enjoy freely of the facilities. Awesome!

That the breakfast time might last a little longer. When you’re on vacation one wouldn’t like to wake up early and when you have children you’ll really need more time to get them ready.
