The hotel's location is very convenient. The metro is in a two-minute walk distance, and there is a taxi stop nearby. You can reach the Guggenheim or Palacio Euskalduna on foot. The neighbourhodd looked quite safe. The room is very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. A huge underground parking lot is connected to the hotel. Though I paid about 29 euros for two days. Not cheap, but it was OK for me, since I didn't have to worry about the car during my stay.

Too long wait time for the elevator. The hotel has three elevators, one of which only works in the morning. Though, the guests always had to wait for a long time for the elevators.

The room was spacious, modern, new and very clean. The staff was kind and the location ideal. Metro and busses (both to/from the airport and other cities) are exact out of the hotel.

It's quite far from the city center, yet you can manage it on foot, if you don't use the public transport which is very well scheduled and comfortable.

Location suited us as we used the tram around the city as well as walking. We also bused to San Sebastián. Bus from airport went to the bus station which was next door to the hotel which was very handy.

Excelent location. There is a bus station in the basememt of the hotel. Convenient for those who need to use such services. Clean rooms.

Overpriced breakfast. There is a bar under the hotel which ofers twice as good breakfast for half a price, specialy concerning moody waiters in the hotel reataurant. Check in period takes too long.

The location is great, just above the metro station (10min to downtown), also the direct airport bus stops in an underground bus station just around the corner. Because the bus station is underground, the area does not feel congested. We could also walk from the hotel to the Gugenheim, a longer walk but very pleasant. The area was safe, maybe somewhat lacking in nice cafes in the immediate proximity. The hotel is clean and comfortable, we were two friends staying and chose it for the large double bed made of two separate mattresses, perfect for sharing.

You couldn't ask for a better location - right above Bilbao Intermodal, it makes getting anywhere across the city very easy. Finding the entrance was a little difficult, but it's to the left of the station entrance on Pérez Galdós Kalea. Reception staff are very friendly and available 24/7, and speak good enough English to get by. The hotel itself is very clean, and the rooms are spacious and modern.

I did pay a little more than I'd have liked for this room, but it was a last minute booking on Valentine's weekend, so I can't fault them too much for that. While the room was almost immaculately clean, there were a few crumbs left in the draw underneath the fridge but I didn't plan on using that, so it didn't bother me too much at all.

Brand new room, spacious I would say, exactly like the pictures. A desk with chair and an armchair, very comforable bed, they brought me extra pillows. Wash basin is outside the toilet, it did not bother us, spacious shower /toilet. Enough space for suitcases and clothes, safe and mini refrigerator and a nice big window with a pretty view. Everything was perfect, there was plently of information and signage in the room, we did not have to ask for something. Hotel is located on top a large public parking and 3 floors below the main bus station of Bilbao. 100mtrs from hotel is the metro station, and a few meters away the tram stop. So although not in the very center is very well connected. Breakfast is at a pleasant room very beautifully decorated (you will be also impressed with the Reception) with a very large terrace. There is more than just enough staff, extremely polite and very orginized, offering extra help to people with any kind of difficulties, Bravo!. The breakfast selection is good, it is all there and replenished constantly and you can ask certain things like a special coffee or fried eggs. Congrats to the management - for not beeing stingy on amenities, materials and staff- and to the staff for their hard work and smiles

If I had to make a suggestion, is please get a quality juice (or better a machine that makes orange juice) and add something to your sweet selection, practically there are only donuts.

Staff polite&helpful. Location is good: with public transport or even by walking, it is only around 20 minutes from the center. Around there are also supermarkets and cafes,restaurants. Also parking facility is very practical. Direct access to the hotel (we did not notify the hotel in advance, but found the parking lot under the hotel). Just below the hotel there is a nice cafe, and in the adjacent building a well equipped gym. Rooms are clean and spacious. We were very happy with our stay.

Actually all was fine, but I would not recommend the breakfast here. The options are not much, fresh vegetables and fruits were missing for example, but the staff brought upon request. Coffee was also not good unfortunately :( I would prefer to have the stay without breakfast next time since there are enough options in vicinity.

The hotel is almost in the center. The terminus of the airport bus was a 2-minute walk away, as were the metro and tram stops. The hotel is almost new and environmentally friendly. We didn't really ask for breakfast, but there was a kettle in the room, tea and coffee with sugar and cream were prepared every day. They cleaned every day and filled the fridge with fresh mineral water. At the reception, the images on the huge led wall were constantly changing, but it was not disturbing at all. There were fresh apples and lemonade in the hall every day. The staff was direct and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. If we come back to Bilbao we will only stay here.

It wasn't like that

The reception area was very engaging and different. The complimentary water and fruit was an unexpected and very welcome bonus. The staff at reception and restaurant were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was very tastefully decorated. Bed was very comfortable. The wash basin was outside the shower and toilet area. This was very convenient as a person can use the shower and the wash basin was available for the other occupant. The room was cleaned daily. The mini fridge and tea making facilities were great. Information for other guests who arrive by bus or public transport. When t you exit the bus terminal turn right, immediately another right and the entrance to the hotel is on the right. It is a very short walk. Location is excellent 2 minutes walk to San Mames Metro and tram stop.

The food in the restaurant was moderate.
