The hotel's location is very convenient. The metro is in a two-minute walk distance, and there is a taxi stop nearby. You can reach the Guggenheim or Palacio Euskalduna on foot. The neighbourhodd looked quite safe. The room is very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. A huge underground parking lot is connected to the hotel. Though I paid about 29 euros for two days. Not cheap, but it was OK for me, since I didn't have to worry about the car during my stay.

Too long wait time for the elevator. The hotel has three elevators, one of which only works in the morning. Though, the guests always had to wait for a long time for the elevators.

The room was spacious, modern, new and very clean. The staff was kind and the location ideal. Metro and busses (both to/from the airport and other cities) are exact out of the hotel.

It's quite far from the city center, yet you can manage it on foot, if you don't use the public transport which is very well scheduled and comfortable.

The location of the hotel was close to the center of the town something that helped to move on foot. They made sure the room was clean every day.

There was a long delay in using the elevator (didn't have up and down buttons and had to stop on every floor). Two times after waiting 7 minutes we decided to try the escalators for 8 floors from the restaurant to the 10th floor. There were communication problems since a lot of the personnel don't speak foreign languages (but this is a general problem in the basque country). The breakfast was descent but not something special. The hotel doesn't have a gym.

Great location right above the bus station, offering direct access to the airport as well as buses and metro connections to surrounding cities (e.g., San Sebastián). The metro is right there and a tram that take you directly to the Guggenheim Museum and the Old Town. Alternatively, the Old Town is also accessible by a 30-minute walk if you prefer exploring on foot. The hotel is clean and offers nice city views, especially from the 10th floor. Rooms on the other side feature mountain views — higher floors are recommended.

The door is not soundproofed, so you can hear other guests as they return to their rooms and talk in the corridor — it can wake you up. However, the walls and windows are well insulated; there’s no noise from outside, only from the hallway.

Wonderfully located 4-star hotel. Compared to other hotels, it is modernly furnished, including: automatic lighting in the hallways, a smart TV in your room with streaming options. Standard amenities are available, such as a mini-fridge, airco and a safe. The bus platform is literally under the hotel, making it ideal for day trips to, for example to San Sebastian. All in all, top-notch and definitely recommended.

Nothing to complain about, perhaps a small note: a QR code for room service is available in the room, but the order still needs to be placed by phone. In that case, I would suggest to give an option to place and pay for the order digitally.

Location suited us as we used the tram around the city as well as walking. We also bused to San Sebastián. Bus from airport went to the bus station which was next door to the hotel which was very handy.

The location is great, just above the metro station (10min to downtown), also the direct airport bus stops in an underground bus station just around the corner. Because the bus station is underground, the area does not feel congested. We could also walk from the hotel to the Gugenheim, a longer walk but very pleasant. The area was safe, maybe somewhat lacking in nice cafes in the immediate proximity. The hotel is clean and comfortable, we were two friends staying and chose it for the large double bed made of two separate mattresses, perfect for sharing.

You couldn't ask for a better location - right above Bilbao Intermodal, it makes getting anywhere across the city very easy. Finding the entrance was a little difficult, but it's to the left of the station entrance on Pérez Galdós Kalea. Reception staff are very friendly and available 24/7, and speak good enough English to get by. The hotel itself is very clean, and the rooms are spacious and modern.

I did pay a little more than I'd have liked for this room, but it was a last minute booking on Valentine's weekend, so I can't fault them too much for that. While the room was almost immaculately clean, there were a few crumbs left in the draw underneath the fridge but I didn't plan on using that, so it didn't bother me too much at all.

Excelent location. There is a bus station in the basememt of the hotel. Convenient for those who need to use such services. Clean rooms.

Overpriced breakfast. There is a bar under the hotel which ofers twice as good breakfast for half a price, specialy concerning moody waiters in the hotel reataurant. Check in period takes too long.

Very clean, modern, large rooms.

The a/c system, which covered the entire width of the room had a flashing light inside it the kept on flashing all night. The management simply said that nothing could be done to turn this off. Quite appalling. Also finding the hotels marked parking spaces in the vast underground car park was almost impossible. Even more difficult was finding the tiny unmarked door that led to the lifts up to the hotel lobby. The hotel needs to provide clear instructions, with pictures as to how to overcome navigate this space.
