Everything was fine except for the first two days in my kids’ room. It was not a twin-bed room, even though I have two children over 20 years old. We were given a double-bed room, which was impractical. After two days, the kids were moved to another room with twin beds and better air conditioning. Initially, they were staying on the first floor with no elevator, but later they were relocated downstairs with us. The supervisor, I believe her name was Somya, was extremely helpful. She also offered us all a complimentary breakfast. She was very supportive, attentive, and entertaining throughout our stay.

The hotel was quite busy during the first two days, and my kids were initially placed in a non–twin bed room. After two days, they were moved to a proper twin-bed room. The staff mentioned that the booking type was not meant for a twin room, which surprised me. Nevertheless, the hotel offered me complimentary parking for the entire stay, which I appreciated.

I be honest I felt your menu was very expensive for what you served , I dined twice there chicken schnitzel very nice just a poor serving really the second I had a pizza it was very bad . It looked like you popped to Asda to but a pizza base and lump a few topping it was awful and at 20 pound ridiculous expensive for what it was, certainly puts you off using you hotel restaurants . Lastly some of your drinks are vastly over priced £7.50 for a bottle of cider is robbery tbh

The room was a good size. The check in was welcoming and staff were very helpful. The parking was easy (but do remember to register your car) and the fee allowed multiple entry/exit once registered. Providing you use the air conditioning, the noise from the road and roundabout was well suppressed. The bed was good. The common areas looked recently refurbished and were very nice. The breakfast was excellent.

Room smelt slightly of smoke. Premium room seemed to just be a mini bar - same size room - and no coffee machine. "Stocked mini bar" had very little in it, only one of each item, although the staff did rectify this.

Welcoming staff on reception who explained that the bar/restaurant was still serving drinks and food. This was appreciated as we checked in after 9pm and hadn't had dinner. Good range of food and drinks on the menu which were of excellent quality. Service was friendly and quick. The bedroom was clean and fresh, with comfortable pillows, mattress and bedlinen. Immaculate bathroom with a huge shower and lovely toiletries (shower gel/shampoo/conditioner/body lotion). Breakfast was excellent, great choice of food on offer, catered for Gluten Free and Dairy Free diets. I was so impressed with this hotel and can't believe I have overlooked it until now, especially as we visit the area regularly to see friends. I will not hesitate to stay again.

There was only one bath towel in the bathroom for two people, but it was not the end of the world! Everything else was faultless.

Very helpful staff, contacted before arrival to ensure my needs we're met. Helpful pleasant staff throughout stay. Very clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast plentyfull with loads of choice staff always there to help if required. Even manager very visible and friendly. Ample parking.

Coach load of children also staying unfortunately mainly unsupervised, not sure hotel could be held responsible but a bit more separation might have made other guest more comfortable and less Disturbed.

Clean, comfortable, good facilities, good food (I had the Makhani curry in the evening, and full cooked breakfast the following morning), friendly staff especially Vince at the bar. I had just spent three days in a B&B/pub-with-rooms in rural Staffordshire which had a great website but where the reality, although it wasn't bad, didn't really match the expectations. After that experience, I needed somewhere to stay on the way home which I knew would be a reliable product. Like all chain hotels, you know it'll be a fairly standardised product and perhaps somewhat formulaic, but actually that was exactly what I wanted: Reliable good quality.

No complaints at all.

We had a very comfortable time at the Holiday Inn High Wycombe. The rooms, beds and breakfast were very good. There were ten of us and we stayed there on two occasions in August 2024. The staff were very friendly and efficient, particularly Kelcy (who expertly juggled seating arrangements at breakfast), and Beata and Amy at the Reception (who were very helpful and also managed to swap one of our rooms for a larger family room at the last minute). All in all, a very pleasant stay and I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you Holiday Inn High Wycombe!

No complaints!

Thanks to my host Sukkasem, and all the other staff were so lovely & helpful. Thanks to Vincent for taking my breakfast to my room for me. Dinner was delicious and value for money. I was made to feel so very welcome by all of the staff Jill, Dil, Robin, Manpreet, Isobel who were on duty for my 4 days stay I will most definitely be returning again very soon. This is a fabulous hotel and I'd recommend it to anyone going up to High Wycombe. Thanks once again to you all. Blessings 😊

I do think havinga rubber mat in the shower would be a very good idea. Other thank that I have no complaints at all.

Room was in great condition, the only thing I would recommend is checking thoroughly the bathrooms once cleaned as we found some unwanted hair in the shower door and on the clean towels, also some on the bed. Breakfast was on point everything as expected. Bed was comfy as well, had to request extra pillows due to back problems but other than that comfortable as in my own home.

Definitely the unwanted hairs were a bit off putting but nothing we couldn't survive.

Lovely modern stylish and comfy hotel with nice seating areas and restaurant. The rooms were large and with comfortable beds and well appointed with nice toiletries and tea coffee and decent biscuits. The restaurant was pleasant with great food. All staff were friendly and helpful. Liked the style of the hotel which was not high rise. Handy location for M40 and high Wycombe and Amersham.

The water for the bathroom could have been hotter.
