The hotel is in a good area that's nice and clean, well lit, and safe, but just 1 stop on the subway, or 10 mins away from the chaos of Shinjuku. There are 2 subway stations within 5 mins walk. One on the M line and one on the E line so you can get to pretty much anywhere very easily. Also a lot of the bus tours to Mt Fuji etc do their pick up by the Love statue which is 5 mins walk from the hotel. The hop on hop off buss tour also has a stop there. Tokyo Metropolitan Government building is 5 mins walk away and has a free observatory on the 45th floor that is worth a visit. The hotel has a 24hr seven-11 on the ground floor and there are probably 10 convenience stores and coffee shops within a 2 minute walk. Breakfast was really good, loads of options, I had maybe 4 courses and a few coffees so good value for money there. The room was a standard double and was a bit small, but not so much that it was an issue. If I return to Tokyo I would probably stay here again

Nothing, great hotel for the price

Breakfast and staff were the high scorers of this hotel. Proximity to the Nishi-Shinjuku station (one stop away from Shinjuku station) was beneficial, about a 5-min walk. There are several Family Marts close to the hotel and there is a 24-hour 7-eleven in the basement.

Of the 5 hotels we stayed in while traveling, this is our least favorite. The TV was old, the remote barely worked, we could not connect to streaming apps nor could we screen mirror as they had suggested. At check-in I was not too impressed with the man who appeared to be the manager. He was dismissive when I was asking questions about luggage forwarding. The room we stayed in was very small, we had a standard twin with two beds.

The room was spotless, modern and a good size for Tokyo. The bathroom was well sized, also. 2 separate laundry rooms meant it was quite easy to find a washer-dryer available when required. Fast lifts and a comfortable reception area with a large selection of amenities freely available (handy as I’d run out of cleanser). Bottled water supplied every day, and the 7/11 in the basement was also very convenient for late night snacks. Close enough to touristy sites (especially with metro stops within a short walk of the hotel), but in a calmer area for a restful night’s sleep. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Luggage forwarding services can be arranged via a QR code provided by reception. If I ever need to stay in the Shinjuku/Harajuku/Shibuya areas again, I will return to this hotel.

Only some minor observations: The thermostat was a little tricky to work at first due to the modes. I didn’t require fresh towels/room amenities every single day, but couldn’t find a way to indicate this, so at the end of the trip I had so many unused towels in the room.

The property has a nice location in Shinjuku not too far from the train station and nightlife. The 7-11 In the basement came in very handy. The rooms are small by American standards but comfortable for my partner and me. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was nice and a separate bathtub was available. The breakfast was very nice and had a lot of variety to cater to eastern and western palates. The pancakes they make to order are lighter than air. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions and called a taxi for us to the train station when it was raining. All in all a great stay and I’d be happy to stay here again

Well located in Shinjuku, just a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway from where you can get anywhere quickly. Clean rooms, it is very good that there is a 7 Eleven directly in the hotel, very friendly staff.

I would no longer book breakfast as it is very limited and quite basic. The rooms are extremely small; with 2 people and 2 suitcases, you cannot move in the room.

The breakfast buffet . The front desk staff were so helpful specifically the young lady who helped us book the Yamato luggage carrier. She helped us with informative information and was very sweet . I did not get her name but she was a tall young lady with glasses and me and my husband greatly appreciated her help!

When the fire alarm went off but it was not the hotels fault

The location was good, a short walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Station. The room was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was my personal favourite part of the hotel - it was quite spacious and more comfortable to use than most other hotels we stayed at during our trip. 7-11 in the basement was very convenient and we grabbed a lot of quick meals/snacks there on days when we were hungry later at night/busy in the morning.

There was nothing we didn't like - the room was a bit small but you get what you pay for/what is advertised in the booking (plus it's quite cozy). However, it would've been nice if the hotel had a gym.

The hotel is really nice in every aspect but the location is q little bit further from Shinjuku than id like since it takes 7 minutes or so to get to the train. But I can deal with that for a great hotel like this one.

Location was a little further than I would have liked but still close to the metro

The room was very clean, the hotel has a 7evelen in the 2B floor which is very good especially if your flight arrives late. Air conditioning is great, and facilities are good.

Maybe the bed, and desk could use some renovation. Maybe having a usb-c instead of A. It’s really me being picky

Comfortable bed and great bathroom. The hotel provides bath salts for a relaxing bath at the end of a long day’s site seeing. My room was on the 14th floor with a view of Chuo Park. Breakfast was tasty with many Japanese and western dishes. Hotel also has laundry rooms with washer dryer for only 500yen! Close to subway M line. 7/11 in basement for snacks and drinks.

Everything was satisfactory
